Rooms are a good size, staff puts 4 layers of sheets on the bed including the comforter shoves it under the foot of the bed so you can’t take it out or pull it up when it’s cold- it’s made too short so your shoulders are not completely covered. I’m only 5’1” he he… Location is great, short walking distance to grocery store and restaurants also to bus stop if you want to take the bus. Uber is much more convenient when the weather is not kind because the bus stop is a 15 to 20 minute walk.

No rubber mat in the shower and the tiles are shiny, my husband slipped and fell, bruised both hands, cut one, bruised both knees. 1 knee is still painful until now. Manager was kind enough to provide a rubber mat after the incident. I also slipped twice but was able to balance myself. My nieces also slipped in the downstairs shower but didn’t fall. Tiles are a bit slippery when wet, otherwise the place is nice- this is our 2nd time staying. They only clean the room Wednesday and Saturday’s so you don’t get enough toilet paper unless you ask for it, they do give you supplies but you have to ask them when you run out because they have scheduled cleaning days. No bidet bdw.

Had a 7 nights stay. The location is great, the apartment was level 18 with giant windows around so had a panoramic view of the city which was amazing. Apartment was fulled equipped. The indoor pool and spa were great. WiFi was pretty good. Room service was provided on 3rd and 6th day. The amenities included toiletries, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, sealed water and milk supply which was pretty awesome. Only 10mins from airport and CBD. Shopping wall at walking distance. A perfect place to stay with family. Highly recommend.

Aircon/heating was separately installed in each room but all appliances were centrally controlled i.e. same temperature in all rooms which was a big inconvenience as was unable to control temperature in each room separately.

Awesomeness to the max! My family enjoyed the one week stay in Meriton a lot. 1. Very spacious unit with great morning sunrise view 2. Facilities like sauna, swimming pool within the building O, which made it convenient to get in 3. Overall indoor facilities, like kitchenette, bathrooms, washing machine, dryer all work well 4. Close to Coles, short distances to Woolworth & Aldi 5. Easily accessible via bus & train to CBD 6. Very courteous front desk staffs. Was even given complimentary drinks while waiting after checked out 😊. Very nice gesture.

1. Supply of cooking utensils, e. g. extra pans, pots, and aluminium foil for oven should be provided. 2. Supplies of toiletries should be more environmentally friendly, instead of single used plastic tubes. 3. Should change to Smart TVs

Facilities, lap pool etc. very happy with ground floor unit. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops.

No airport bus pickup. Cost of Maxi taxi way to expensive. For the cost of the taxi we could have stayed at Rydges and walked across to airport. You have all the right things BUT you need to get airport shuttle services pickup. PLUS info on how to get from central station to your hotel by bus.

Great location and great value for how nice the apartment is. Its quite close to the center like darling harbor (15-20 mins drive), without needing to cause a dent in your wallet staying there. But driving there is a NIGHTMARE (red light everywhere, some long tunnel just be careful of the exits), so take note of that! The apartment itself is clean (minor dust here and there but nothing major), but we did see some small roach in the living room and bathroom for some reason. They have washing machine and dryer, worked perfectly. The staffs were all very friendly, especially the asian / chinese lady (I'm sorry I forgot your name, but you're so lovely and helpful!), and even walked us to our building. We didn't notice any noise from the road, it wasn't busy at all since we're a light sleeper. They have a working desk which is perfect for writing and doing a little bit of work, though the location is a liiitle questionable (wedged in the middle of the room, in front of the kitchen- bad fengshui lol). Most hotels nowadays dont offer anymore ammenities inside the bathroom, but meriton does, so we appreciate that!

Nothing major. The parking is quite expensive (I guess it's sydney standard ($35). There were some tiny cockroaches that we saw in the living room and bathroom... TV in second bedroom is located in a questionable area... but probably structure issue. The heater inside our room doesn't really work as well as the one outside and in the other room.

We hired a two-bedroom suite. Very comfortable. Minor housekeeping issues which were addressed when brought to the attention of staff. As we were visiting family in the neighbourhood, the location was perfect. The hotel is situated in a very nice part of Sydney. Friendly, helpful staff,

Housekeeping could have kept the apartment serviced a little better. We had "floppy" shower heads and the complimentary coffee pods and tea bags were not topped up. Not all towels were initially supplied. All of these issues were speedily rectified when notified to the front desk,

We travelled with kids and arrived early, well before the check-in time. I had sent an email to request for early check-in which they were able to do so. The Location is not far from city yet it was not congested either. There was a small park within the property which was great for our kids.

We had booked the 2 bedroom suites, I was disappointed that the room services was not provided regularly. For the duration of our stay (6 nights), we were only provided with one housekeeping and that too only the cleaning of the washrooms, change of towels and linens. The floors or carpets were not cleaned. Felt that the services were not provided for the daily suites rate we were charged.

I stayed at this Meriton a few weeks prior to this visit & that visit wasn't a good experience however this time the service & staff were very helpful & professional (unlike my previous stay). I'm also surprised that Meriton followed up on my previous review & they seemed to be genuinely concerned I hadn't left a favourable review. Anyway the rude staff issue that time seems to have been a one off as I have stayed at Meriton run places well over a dozen times & nothing had ever disappointed. In short, well done Meriton, everyone makes mistakes but they owned it then fixed it.

The room was quite (facing the inner garden), spacious, well equipped and private. The complex is overall clean, has nice facilities (pool, spa, gym, bbq) and friendly reception staff. Free coffee pods are provided and the wifi is great. Each room has a smart TV on which you can watch Netflix, YouTube and other streaming services, perfect for a family with teens. The location is excellent, only 20 min to the city by bus, or 15 min away by Uber from Bondi and other lovely beaches. The Zetland village has everything you need, including supermarket, chemist, cafes and restaurants. In summary, the location, quality of accommodation and value for money were a real win for us.

We had to change room due to a faulty aircon unit, but this was professionally managed by the staff and we were offered a free late check out.

Facilities do not enable connection of HDMI cord from my laptop to the TV. No toaster. Air freshener scent in corridors much too over powering. Would like option NOT to have towels taken and washed before I indicated - many other accommodations have a notice to say that towels will only be renewed if left on floor, but not renewed if kept on towel rail. this helps with the environment!! Less power use and less water use. Similarly, one day when I was out the staff put 3 dirty dishes in the dishwasher and ran the dishwasher - incredibly wasteful of power and water. I had planned to wash these myself by hand - good to somehow give guests the option whether to have this happen or not.
