Facilities, lap pool etc. very happy with ground floor unit. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops.

No airport bus pickup. Cost of Maxi taxi way to expensive. For the cost of the taxi we could have stayed at Rydges and walked across to airport. You have all the right things BUT you need to get airport shuttle services pickup. PLUS info on how to get from central station to your hotel by bus.

We travelled with kids and arrived early, well before the check-in time. I had sent an email to request for early check-in which they were able to do so. The Location is not far from city yet it was not congested either. There was a small park within the property which was great for our kids.

We had booked the 2 bedroom suites, I was disappointed that the room services was not provided regularly. For the duration of our stay (6 nights), we were only provided with one housekeeping and that too only the cleaning of the washrooms, change of towels and linens. The floors or carpets were not cleaned. Felt that the services were not provided for the daily suites rate we were charged.

The room was quite (facing the inner garden), spacious, well equipped and private. The complex is overall clean, has nice facilities (pool, spa, gym, bbq) and friendly reception staff. Free coffee pods are provided and the wifi is great. Each room has a smart TV on which you can watch Netflix, YouTube and other streaming services, perfect for a family with teens. The location is excellent, only 20 min to the city by bus, or 15 min away by Uber from Bondi and other lovely beaches. The Zetland village has everything you need, including supermarket, chemist, cafes and restaurants. In summary, the location, quality of accommodation and value for money were a real win for us.

We had to change room due to a faulty aircon unit, but this was professionally managed by the staff and we were offered a free late check out.

Facilities do not enable connection of HDMI cord from my laptop to the TV. No toaster. Air freshener scent in corridors much too over powering. Would like option NOT to have towels taken and washed before I indicated - many other accommodations have a notice to say that towels will only be renewed if left on floor, but not renewed if kept on towel rail. this helps with the environment!! Less power use and less water use. Similarly, one day when I was out the staff put 3 dirty dishes in the dishwasher and ran the dishwasher - incredibly wasteful of power and water. I had planned to wash these myself by hand - good to somehow give guests the option whether to have this happen or not.

Spectacular apartments located in Zetland, an outer city suburb near Sydney’s entertainment precinct. Conveniently close to local attractions such as Moore Park, The Grounds of Alexandria, and East Village Shopping Centre. Spotless, clean, tidy, and incredibly spacious — perfect for unwinding after a long drive, with onsite parking making the experience seamless. Practical and roomy inner-city accommodation that delivers fantastic value without the inflated price tag. The beautiful onsite spa and heated indoor pool were a standout — ideal for relaxing and recharging after a day out exploring. Despite being close to the highway, road noise was minimal — far quieter than many other places I’ve stayed in. As a traveller for work purposes I have just booked Meriton suites in other locations based on this stay. I hope they are as much of a fine Establishment as the Zetland property.

While there’s no direct onsite restaurant, there’s no shortage of great cafes and eateries within a short walking distance.

Our suite was roomy with nice furniture, great facilities including smart TV, microwave, oven, large fridge, desk, the bed was AMAZING, linen very comfortable. Coffee pod machine. Also had a laundry with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. A/C in the main area and bedroom, worked very well. Bathroom was large with plenty of storage. The location is perfect. Close to everything including the City, Bondi, Darling Harbour, airport. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and grocery shops nearby, a really good shopping centre a 5 minute walk away. Parking is easy - we got parking through Meriton for $30 per day but could have used the street parking which is all 4hr around the hotel during business hours and free after hours. You can also park at the same underground parking facility without going through the Meriton for $20 per day.

It would have been better to replenish the supplies the bathroom and kitchen every day. The safe didn't work, even though the staff reset it, I couldn't open it after setting the code. I was glad I checked the safe before putting my valuables in it.

This was our second visit to Meriton Suites Zetland. We like the location, the accessibility to public transport into Sydney city centre and local facilities - a shopping mall with a Coles supermarket and lots of independent businesses with some restaurants and cafés. The suites are comfortable, well equipped, and spacious. Really comfortable beds with quality bedding and a balcony. Good value in an expensive city.

We were allocated a ground floor suite but requested one at a higher level. Unfortunately, this was at the back of the suites, and it overlooked an extremely busy and noisy six-lane road. The noise meant that we could not sit out on our balcony or open the windows. The noise persisted throughout the night. There was also a large TV on the bedroom wall placed at an angle, and it was difficult to get past in the night.

Staff were very welcoming and after a little mishap with the key for entrance to lift and room, they made an effort to walk me to lift and make sure they were working. And then made a courtesy phone call after we checked into the room to make sure we were all good getting into the room and settled. Very good experience.

Maybe you guys could update and put some charger ports in the rooms. We had 3 leave our blocks home but had charger cords and would have been amazing if there were charger ports to plug into. Although that was our fault. But just a suggestion.

Loacation

- The most important thing is that the elevator making an up normal annoying friction noise and also smells bad because the house keeping and maintenance workers are using the same elevator. -The water pressure was too low in the shower -The furniture smells especially the sofa - The bed set have signs of makeup meaning that having been changed from the previous resident I am a retired senior engineer and I strongly warn to have the elevator been checked by professionals to prevent further dangers

Very spacious studio suite in a convenient location. The suite is very spacious and has most of the facilities that you might need. It was also very clean and easily to find. Good value for money and not too far away from the CBD.

We had some water pressure issues in both the kitchen and bathroom sinks. The staff promised to fix it for future guests. Also, although the suite comes with a lot of amenities (even included a washing machine & a dryer!), strangely enough, a dental kit was missing. I could've asked for it with the reception, but you expect it to already be available.
