Amenities were excellent for the price. I don't mind using a shared bathroom, so it is worth the money. The room's styling was lovely and made great use of the space. Finally, the location was excellent.

The parking in Potts Point is atrocious, but I appreciate that they have a deal with the local undercover parking. If there were an option for a parking permit on Challais Ave, that would be incredible, particularly as I was bringing musical instruments. If this permit was an upgrade to the room, it would be worth it.

Lovely helpful staff, beautiful setting. Great area to stay at, so close to the city and fabulous coffee & food options. Very clean and well appointed. Such a funky old style guest house, it had a great vibe.

Telstra phone service in the building was very poor, but the wifi worked well. I had to do online meetings & work, so the phone service was a bit of an issue. Some hanging space/hooks on the walls would have been a bit handy, as I was there for a few days & it would have been good to hang some clothes. There are no lifts, and 3 stories of stairs, it wasn't an issue for me, but may be if there was limited mobility - something to be expected in this style of accommodation..

Cleaning services every day, and according to what was expected. In a really small apartment room there was everything I needed. The place is 30 minutes walking from the major atractions and has good conections. Close to bars, cafes and supermakets.

It was a bit cold and noisy at night, as the window insulation was not the best. There is no elevator, and the stairs are narrow, so if you take big luggage, it will be hard to get to the upper floors.

The room was clean & comfortable. It is in a great location, close to public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. They had our room ready earlier than the check in time which we really appreciated.

Our room faced the street so it was quite noisy particularly in the early morning when garbage trucks were doing the rounds. Also whenever someone walked up the internal stairs you could hear noise. This isnt the fault of the owners, it's just the location & the fact that it's an older building & not much sound proofing. The sliding door to the ensuite didn't shut properly & the vent above the the shower was dusty and needs cleaning.

The location was amazing, plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Really easy to get into the city via train, again short walking distance away. The staff were really friendly and gave us suggestions about where to go while we were there.

Seems very petty but towels were a little hard on skin, and Wi-Fi not great. Other than that, everything was great for what we paid.

We are out of country travelers and could not be reached by phone or email while we were out due to lack of service, yet the staff was incredibly nice to us when we returned for our luggage and keys after office hours, and provided the keys and luggage. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and well decorated. The location was perfect as well. The staff was also extremely flexible when we asked if we could extend our stay by one more night, and the whole process was completed in less than 10 minutes.

Staff were helpful. The room met our needs with own bathroom, coffee/tea and beds were good. The location was perfect. Transport, dining, supplies and sightseeing all on our doorstep.

As has been mentioned before, the stairs are a bit narrow and it was tricky getting luggage up a few flights of stairs. But this is stated clearly when booking, so - suck it up or book somewhere else!

Great location and very clear instructions. I had no problems with access. Room was very comfortable and stylish.

No shower cap or body lotion provided but two lots of shampoo and conditioner. A greater selection of tea bags would have been nice. The shower was very tight I wondered how a big person would fit as I am on the small side.

It’s in a pretty, tree lined street near a small supermarket and cafes. A fun (hilly) walk to the harbour through the botanical gardens or a cheap uber/taxi ride. Public transport close by as well. Compact but comfortable. Mostly quiet (a little street noise). Great communication from the staff.

Our loo seat needs replacing as it was broken but that’s an easy fix. Everything else was terrific.

The place was very close to King Cross station, which had connection to Town Hall and Circular Quay, Airport by metro and buses. Very good atmosphere around, lots of like-French restaurants, and lovely stores. Nice and safe environment, close to a very nice park and costal walk that ended in the Opera house. Very close to Woolies, Priceline, and also a Saturday market, among others (everything you could need was handy). Friendly and bilingual staff (Spanish/English).
