I live two hours away from hotel and the lady at the reception was kind enough to wait for our late arrival I was suprised with the apartment we booked, It had everything we needed to accomodate our stay even the laundry room we were able to use it easy access and free. Was too cold to use the pool or spa but overall enjoyed it also the view. I loved the fact it had bins outiside you could chuck your rubbish in it. The price was worth it. Overall the staff members were absolutely lovely had smiling faces and lovely customer service just overall kind. You hardly see friendly staffs anymore but was glad to find it here and hope it stays that way. Highly reccomend hotel based on our stay there Also the receptionist recommended some places we should visit and loved that she did that cause we werent locals.

I just loved it. It reminded me of the old customer service and hotel services where it felt like home not like many hotels now where it feels depressing.

We have stayed before and do like this motel. The rooms are clean and nicely presented. Beds very comfy Love the kitchenette with the microwave and the fridge is capable of making ice cubes overnight.

Foe the second time we were given the wrong type of room. I booked online and ordered a deluxe king room. A single and a king bed. When I returned to reception I was told it was my fault for ordering in the double bed section not the single section. Far dinkum - My receipt said "Deluxe King Room". What more could I do. Don't they read the booking information???

The family room was a good size and enabled us to have our space, from our kids, while also being in together. It was tidy, the grounds maintained, they had a room service option which was awesome even for a small establishment and the staff were friendly and polite. It was also in a good location. Our friends had the double room it was nice, with bed and lounge chairs, good sized bathroom and space for the two of them. The Golfview Motor Inn was all in all a really nice establishment to visit and enjoy our family weekend away highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Wagga and enjoy somewhere nice to go back too that also isnt to expensive.

Rooms always clean and plenty of supplies to get through the stay. Beds are comfortable, lots of lighting options (lamps and overhead lights) and plenty of room for parking. Reception always very friendly and happy to accommodate requests.

A bit noisy, if you're in the middle of the block of rooms bring some earplugs to help with the noise and avoid being woken up by people outside the room. Also be mindful that dinnerware and cutlery will need to be collected from reception during open hours, or bring your own.

The accommodation was very spacious for two people and would be good for a family. Out of the town but easily accessible, and close to where we wanted to go. Beds were very comfortable and had electric blankets which was great as it was very cold.

We had some issues with the hot water, it took a very long time to come through to our room and we felt we wasted a lot of water.

We arrived at about 9pm and were able to arrange a late check-in at no extra cost which we were very appreciative about. The bed was very comfortable (not too firm or too soft), TV was quite big, and staff were very friendly when we checked out. The shower was great and the whole room was a good size for 2 people for an overnight stay. We didn't hear anything from the other guests in their rooms even though 2 groups arrived shortly before and after us, and the curtains blocked out all light coming from the carpark. The location was excellent - on the edge of town right across the road from an affordable petrol station. Meant continuing on our long journey the next morning was very convenient.

The wifi password was written in amongst other information in the welcome folder and wasn't very eye-catching. It wasn't a bad thing but meant we had a good search with some pretty tired eyes :D

The location was excellent. Plenty of places to eat. The cleanliness of the unit exceeded expectations. We were checked in within minutes without hassle.

The information folder in the unit was quite out dated. It had information about room service, breakfast served in rooms and meals to order. None of that is available now. That's the information in booking.com too. Very misleading.

The room was excellent and staff were very helpful. In terms of accommodation and hospitality you not could ask for more at such a reasonable price.

Regrettably the only downside which is the close proximity to the highway resulting in a lot of truck and general traffic noise is not a problem easily fixed. This noise lessened after about 11pm but the occasional trucks all night were noticeable at times.

It was large family room with separate sleeping spaces for kids and adult with extra pull out sofa bed, which worked well for the three generations travelling together

the neighbour smoking beside our room drifted into our room while I was trying to put my kids to bed. But when I kindly asked if he could smoke further away, he was polite and did this.

The manager was welcoming, courteous and helpful. I had left a bag behind in my room by mistake and the manager called me. She kept the bag safely for me to collect. Her thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable and good value. The motel is well positioned for travellers.
