Easy check in, room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom clean and has body wash on wall. Common area has multiple tables with microwave toaster kettle etc. 3 vending machines with drinks, snacks, and one other. After talking to another guest I found out I was on the ‘good side’ so I had no traffic noise overnight. Taxi was $29 to property from domestic airport.

The door locks when closed but didn’t have working addition lock however I still felt safe. No sink in common area so had to use bathroom sink to fill water bottle with difficulty. The description for the property says there is a vending machine with microwave meals available, however I could not find it and the reception said that there was none and would need to order food to property.

The staff were fantastic and super helpful. The location is extremely convenient. Super close to the airport and anything you may need is close by! There are also vending machines on the bottom floor which was great for the midnight munchies!

There is no lift. We would have still stayed here regardless however if there are no available rooms on the bottom floor be prepared to climb the stairs. This was difficult for one of our party but book ahead and let it be known you need a bottom floor room and you should be fine. We booked last minute so this was our fault.

The location was 5km from the airport. Perfect for a connecting flight home the next morning. Contrary to some of the previous reviews, the room and bathroom were clean. The walls were quite scuffed making them look dirty, which puts "the room is dingy and dirty" thought in your head upon first entering the room. The bed was very comfortable and we slept like babies before our departure. Oh!! The a/c worked really well! Loved that part! Lol!

When you first enter to check in, it looks like you're checking in to a hostel. Which wasnt really a problem, just an observation.

Good location for airport stay, just per-book your transport to and from airport as the taxi driver was not happy about the short fare from the airport. They sleep in the carpark of hotel so properly don't mind going to the airport. Easy late night check in. We didn't eat but should have, there was a variety of food available that we didn't see coming so late. The rooms are small but well laid out for a short stay and shower and toilet room was big.

Our room had an old box aircon that really needs replacing and a little noise (I travel with ear plugs for reasons like this). It was up high with no remote, I would have had to stand on a chair if hubby wasn't with me to turn it on.

There was plenty of parking available and it’s in a good location for getting to the airport or international cruise terminal. Close to DFO for a bit of shopping and there’s a Woolworths just down the road. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable.

Lack of an elevator, but I was asked prior to my stay if I’d require a ground floor room. I just didn’t realise how heavy my suitcase would be to carry up the stairs.

Great location if you just need to overnight to catch a flight next morning. Rooms are compact, though clean and tidy. They are well priced, though less luxurious compared to other hotels with similar proximity to the airport. About 10 minutes drive to the domestic terminal. Location is very safe. Not many eating options close by but if you are up for a 15-20 minute walk there are some good places you can find using Google Maps.

Close to Andys Airport Parking & Brisbane Airport- clean amenities, comfy bed, no dramas. I requested ground floor when I booked as sometimes I have a dodgy knee, this was accommodated for me.

On booking in, the staff member was a bit glum and disinterested. I had just driven 8 hours, the last few hours in traffic & rain so a cheery smile would have been nice. However when I emailed requesting the wifi password, my request was quickly handled, so all good.

The overnight stay was convenient, as we had to be at the international airport by 5:30am the next day. Everything was clean and neat, and the bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, the shuttle was not available for the morning trip to the airport - disappointing. Also disappointing was the lack of options for dinner - fortunately, one of us had the Uber Eats app, otherwise we would have starved that night.

Well I arrived the the airport at 1am in the morning so had to get a taxi which is fast cause they are already waiting. I already read the reviews stating no food shops closeby so I have to tell the taxi driver take me to McDonald's grab something to eat then drop me off. I like the room it is very clean and the bed ohh so comfy.

Well I got up early morning again at 5am so I didn't meet any staff's but I know they must be friendly. There is nothing there for me not to like.

After reading reviews, I was almost hesitant to stay at this hotel as many commentators were negative. (I suspect entitled yuppies) But this only added to how surprisingly WRONG those who bagged it were. The hotel was clean, staff were excellent, and the locations was just fine to the airport.

Unfortunately, due to motel policy, we were unable to check in before 12pm, and after arriving at the airport early morning really wanted a bed to lay down and sleep. But we understood the policy and it is clearly stated on their website. We asked, but still no luck but were accommodated by staff right on 12, which was nice.
