The cabin was beautiful. Nice and quiet and relaxing

The rest of the resort could do with some maintenance and clean up. The pool area was full of leaves, pool cabana had mold and webs. Board walk is a liability waiting to happen. Rotted wood on path. The main house where you check in had rubbish all under the veranda out back. I get it'd a rainforest but if it was kept tidy, and added maybe a BBQ etc at the end of board walk etc. Could make it even more beautiful. Maybe even some lighting on the board walk to travel during night.

Located in a lovely, peaceful location in the rainforest but close to restaurants and shopping. The cabin was very clean. Shower was strong and hot. Bed was comfortable. Didn't use the spa and the basic tariff didn't include breakfast or firewood.

The bathroom and shower floor was wet the whole time as the shower tap had a small leak. Some vertical blind slats fell out when trying to close the blind. Rain overnight meant that the stairs were slippery.

I loved how the location of property was only 10-15 min drive from the waterfront, and nestled away in the rainforest. The cabins are beautiful, very clean and tidy. The property managers did a fantastic job at arranging the romance package that I requested.

Only thing I could critic is the fact the outdoor lighting near the cabin we stayed in was low, there was no lights working which made it hard to drive in and out of a night time.

This a lovely quiet location in a small but lovely rainforest. small rustic style cabins. my cabin had a lovely outlook onto the rainforest and a lovely balcony/Veranda on which I could sit! Continental breakfast provided. The room spa was very relaxing. some of the fittings in the room need a little bit of maintenance, and the bathroom is somewhat Bijoux… but it did not detract from a comfortable stay.

wi-Fi is only workable on the balcony. This was a little bit of a problem when I needed to do some work at night. some of the window coverings need maintenance as does the vanity.

Location was great and the breakfast was adequate. The blueberry muffins were lovely 😊 We loved the peace and tranquility there and being amongst the trees. The spa bath in the room was beautiful 😍

Lots of spiders on the walls near the ceiling…..especially in the bathroom. The fly screens on the doors had a lot of holes in them which stopped us leaving the doors open as there were a lot of insects around which you would expect being in a rainforest environment.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Felt like a honeymoon stay or something!!!! I would recommend to ANYONE. Massive spa. Netflix !!!! Can watch from the big, comfy bed. We didn't use the Aircon but happy it was there. The view was incredible. Clean as can be. So spacious, felt very private. The best hotel I've ever stayed in honestly. They even had a coffee machine!!! Also our host was so lovely and helpful, thanks muchly Yan!

Place was perfect

I enjoyed the serenity. I was pleased with how quiet it was, I could not hear any traffic just the birds and other wildlife. I enjoyed the well equipped rooms with both air conditioning and a fireplace and a spa with a view of the tv. I also found the visiting wildlife a sweet memory to cherish.

The water pressure was poor, meaning the spa takes quite a while to fill. My wife also found the Wi-Fi slow. I thought the breakfasts were a little underwhelming. I thought for the cost of $300 a night they would offer a range of locally sourced products to compliment the food. I would have liked some locally sourced honey or Maleny milk. Instead they provided cereal and milk bought from the local Coles.

The bath and fire place in the one room was amazing, the owner, he is very friendly and welcoming! The added extras offered to purchase is great! The added extras on offer to purchase from flowers, chocolates, balloons even private massages or just some cheese and bath bombs! We had complimentary cereal, juice, muffins and milk more than you get anywhere else which is lovely, I read others that had complimentary bacon and eggs?unless that’s an added extra unsure. Definitely a place I wouldn’t mind going to more than once.

The shower and toilet are very small like a caravan. Our room needed to be dusted specially around the windows and maybe having the bathroom sink/mirror cleaned down of toothpaste splashes. The carpark we had was a bit hard to fit a large car.

These are the most stunning rainforest cabins, the owners are far beyond hospitable. The lady owner even made the kids roti for breakfast (second breakfast) served with fresh fruit (no charge), and upgraded us to the deluxe cabins (with jacuzzis)! Everything is provided free: good coffee, tea, milk, juice, snacks, cereals, yogurt. Wine and cheese at a reasonable price.

Nothing, minor maintenance ongoing but didn’t detract at all from the enjoyment of our stay.

The location was beautiful, scenic and tucked away for deep connection without outside disturbances. The spa was to die for along with the little extra from the hosts like delivering firewood whilst we were out. The location is perfect to getaway from the city but also still close enough to cafes and little holiday extras. We will definitely be back!
