No breakfast provided. I arrived late at night and hadn’t eaten. It would’ve been great if there was a small breakfast basket provided. I went into the main town the next morning as I hadn’t eaten since the lunch time. Fruit and a bread roll or toast would be great. I received a phone call at the airport demanding payment or the room would be cancelled. I made the payment over the phone, even though I had booked the room on booking.com and hadn’t even arrived yet. This was very disappointing as I’ve used booking.com many times and never had that happen. I’d called from Perth to check all was good and got that on arrival.

The room was nice and well situated. enjoyed the spa and privacy. view was beautiful and the location was close to restaurants and other attractions..

The communication between the property and myself was very poor. I sent two requests through booking.com and did not receive a response. It has been 10 days since the stay and I have just received an email offering extras on my stay. I received this email prior to the stay and requested an extra for the room yet didn't receive a response nor was the extra added. This was very disappointing as I had booked this weekend as a gift and wanted it to be special.

The owners Lisa & Nick were so lovely. Easy to contact if we needed anything. We did request a basket of fire wood which they happily delivered to our door. Everything was just perfect. Best weekend ever 😀 Thank you so much for having us we will definitely be back real soon 😁

What a perfect stay! Despite being so conveniently close to the city and everything it has to offer (including Uber Eats to your cabin door), the serenity felt like you were at a rainforest retreat far away from civilisation. The fireplace and spa were highlights of our stay, and being dog friendly meant the whole family could come. We loved waking up to the peacefulness of bird sounds and a crackling fire, and can't wait to come back.

The cabin was beautiful. Nice and quiet and relaxing

The rest of the resort could do with some maintenance and clean up. The pool area was full of leaves, pool cabana had mold and webs. Board walk is a liability waiting to happen. Rotted wood on path. The main house where you check in had rubbish all under the veranda out back. I get it'd a rainforest but if it was kept tidy, and added maybe a BBQ etc at the end of board walk etc. Could make it even more beautiful. Maybe even some lighting on the board walk to travel during night.

The room was great. Had a spa and fireplace for us to relax and enjoy.

Service was poor no one at reception when we arrived. Had to call someone to get any information on what room we were staying in keys etc. Had to pay for bath bombs for spa that were ridiculous price. Room was missing blinds . Sink plug was wrong size couldn’t wash dishes properly.

Located in a lovely, peaceful location in the rainforest but close to restaurants and shopping. The cabin was very clean. Shower was strong and hot. Bed was comfortable. Didn't use the spa and the basic tariff didn't include breakfast or firewood.

The bathroom and shower floor was wet the whole time as the shower tap had a small leak. Some vertical blind slats fell out when trying to close the blind. Rain overnight meant that the stairs were slippery.

I loved how the location of property was only 10-15 min drive from the waterfront, and nestled away in the rainforest. The cabins are beautiful, very clean and tidy. The property managers did a fantastic job at arranging the romance package that I requested.

Only thing I could critic is the fact the outdoor lighting near the cabin we stayed in was low, there was no lights working which made it hard to drive in and out of a night time.

The location was great,being right amongst the trees. The room was lovely and a spa bath added to the enjoyment.

Sadly we could not use the pool as it was very hot weather and we were only told on arrival that the pool could not be used.

first morning there was a female kangaroo and joey (feeding on mums milk) on the deck and walkway. A lovely experience with wild life. We didn't feed her.

Quite a dark room which needs some TLC especially with lighting. Swimming pool was locked and appeared unusable. the boardwalk was a bit treacherous in places but there was a warning sign.
