The owners Julia and her husband were so sweet, kind and friendly, which I really appreciated. The price was excellent. I travel a great deal and many of the people I deal with like herbalists, naturopaths, doctors and favorite bookshops are in the Sunshine coast area. Therefore, the Fiesta Motel is central for an area that I love and have been familiar with since 1964. I used to live just up the road. I will stay at the Fiesta motel a great deal now I know that it's there. It's convenient and delightful.

Gorgeous space and great vibe. Comfy for the night for us, but I think it'd easily be comfortable for weeks. Clean, tidy, quiet. Basic kitchen facilities and sink available, great seating area outside. Friendly staff with great communication. All around a great stay!

The only minor disappointment was the lack of parking spaces - the park allocated to our unit was taken by another vehicle overnight and the rest of the main car park was full, meaning we had to move our car into a small space away from our room near the driveway.

After I booked I read some reviews. A couple were not kind to the owner. I did not know what to expect, however, upon getting there he was friendly and the next morning helping his kid(s) hook up their boat. He struck me as a nice guy and making sure his kids got everything right for their fishing trip.

I had to ring the door and ask for the WiFi password . There was no "official" sign in for the room. When I arrived, I was told by the owner the key for my room was inside on the counter. It was all a bit informal. I think he would benefit by posting by the TV the check out time and password for the internet. Other than that I have no complaints. The cleaning lady was very nice.

Ease of communication, instructions to enter and park were very clear. The room was clean and pleasant, it also had a kitchenette facility and an extra bed so would be great for a small family. We booked this room very last minute due to a late work commitment. It was surprising to get such great accommodation at this time of year and for a reasonable price.

I didn't mind being around the end on my own. Lovely comfortable bed. Even on a busy road, it was quiet.

The price was expensive for what I got although it may have been hiked because of school holidays. The carpark is very tight especially for that end park.

Clean and availability of all appliances (hair dryer, kitchenette , tv, ..). Swimming pool was also good and private. There is only 8 rooms in this motel so no noise! It is close to Australia Zoo, SeaLife, Molloolaba cruises and other activities so good for a 4 day stay in Sunshine Coast .

Booked & paid via app, nil direct contact with owners/ managers; texts/emails received re: Confirmation/ C/In & C/Out etc!. Room basic (Bed/TV/Combined Shower & Toilet) but was nice & clean. Kitchenette with Tea/coffee/sugar/milk/Biscuits (1 x Pkt. Only = 2 x Biscuits; & was stale) Kettle/Microwave.

Overpriced for what it is & only a 1 x night stay, in my opinion.

Location was good although a novice traveller comes upon the property abruptly even with the use of Auto App. May be useful to suggest property is alongside a Liberty petrol station which is an easier landmark to look for (daytime or night). Property had BBQ facilities which we didn't get to use but looked very presentable.

Shower head dripped which was a distraction. Didn't want to overtighten the tap in case I stripped the tap valve. Notified owner who was aware of the problem and looking at resolving. There was the absence of a welcome booklet which usually provides the do's and don'ts during the stay and makes a difference to a traveller passing through.

Bed comfy and neatly made, room was very clean and fresh, quiet and relaxing especially being in room 7 we had our own privacy and on top of that, we were able to bring our fur baby a long with us too which was so very nice of the owner. My partner an I are so very grateful and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back again in the near future. Thank you all ever so much. 😊

Only downside was the Television playing up, but that's understandable as it was quite old. My partner an I didn't really mind though, we could still watch movies and play the game. 🙂

I stay at many motels and the absolute ease of after hour check in here is brilliant. A quick phone call, room is ready, open with key waiting inside. On a main Rd, parking at your door. Quiet, comfy bed, some dishes & cutlery Microwave. Everything you need. Servo next door is convenient as well.
