We liked the fact that it is a small family run business. Beautiful gardens, quiet, lovely little pool and bbq area. The units have everything you need, could do with an update, but everything that needed too worked. Sheets and towels were clean and beds comfy. Nice seating area outside the cabin and little washing line for wet towels . We loved spending the afternoons by the pool, most of the time on our own, then doing a bbq. What a way to spend Christmas Day. We even had a visitor from a cockatoo 🕊️. All in all we enjoyed our stay here.

We initially booked a 2 bedroom cabin. To be told about a week before Christmas that we had been down graded to a queen studio. At first we were told it was because we had booked then cancelled, but we had rebooked straight away, and had confirmation of this. The second reason we were given was that there were plumbing issues. Then we found out that there were lots of families needed to be fitted in. We got a refund of a $100. We would have preferred the space we had booked but made the best of the space we had.

The cabin we stayed in was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable - with perfect air conditioning and fans for the heat. We were in a family cabin - which had two large bedrooms - one with two single beds, and one with a double and a single bed. We were met on arrival during a rainstorm by Damien, with big umbrellas - very thoughtful of him, and a lovely welcome after a very long set of flights. The cabin was perfectly equipped, and just what we needed for our 6 day stay. The staff couldn't have been nicer or friendlier. The cabin was an easy bus ride (from bus stop right outside outside) into Arlie or a 20 minute walk down the boardwalk. Shops close by, including a big supermarket. We loved it and would go back in a heartbeat. Damien and his team went above and beyond to make our stay perfect - and even went out of their way to post a much loved cuddly toy all the way back to the UK for us, that somehow got left behind. Cannot recommend highly enough - excellent value for money, and perfect for a stay at Arlie.

Nothing - not a single complaint. It was ideal for our family of four.

Value for money. Rooms were clean and no bad odour like most of the hotel rooms.

I requested the staff twice to make sure that the keys are available once I arrive there after hours and they assured me that the keys will be on the front door with my name. However, when I reached there were no keys with my name and no reply on the phone/mobile despite more then 10 calls. Imagine a person driving for more than 10 hours with family and left on the road with no accommodation despite paying for one in advance. Another group arrived with same problem and they managed to get hold of the property manager who then gave us the cottage number. Very frustrating and unprofessional behaviour.

- The cabin was spacious and clean. - The neighbourhood is quiet. - The owners are helpful and friendly. - There is a bus stop close by to go to the centre. - A grocery store is within walking distance. - There are local ducks roaming around :-)

- The cooker did not work properly. We used the microwave which worked fine. - The office working hours are quite short but it was easy to set the arrival details by email. - Although there is a bus stop close by, there are just very few buses every hour. In the evening/night, expect to walk back (around half a hour).

the cabin was clean, a little bit old but a little TLC could make the place be 100% better. The floor step drops down to the room, it caught me out and i almost fell. We put a rubber mat down to avoid any further accidents during our stay. Walking along the esplanade is really beautiful and very relaxing. I am glad we didn't stay in the heart of Arlie Beach. We felt we had privacy staying at the Bush Cabin Village. Well done team, i look forward to come back again.

The beds are great, a sofa in the 2nd room to sit to watch a bit of TV would have been great. a double bunk bed could easily be put into the room with a single and double bed, plenty of space. Something to consider. A fan is definitely required in the bathroom. It was a bit disappointing there was no pool table when the web site still shows this.

Absolutely beautiful location. Big sized bedrooms and spacious in general. The main bed was the comfiest I’ve slept on in a cabin, aircon in both bedrooms was a plus. Even though you are near a main road it was serene, and not having car spaces at the cabin was weird to start with but then it makes sense as it’s safer and more lovely. We had a lovely stay here and would recommend for an overnight stay like our family or longer as it’s beautiful.

Nothing not to like in my opinion

Very nice and friendly staff, late check-in was well organized, very beautiful place isolated from the driveway, nice pool, priceless advice from staff when we asked about parking at the Airlie Port.

The laundry accepts only cash coins, which is very inconvenient compared to other places where you can pay for laundry by QR code or directly by card. We've had to exchange some coins at Coles, which was kind of difficult during the rain weather.

Great value for money. While the staff may not be the friendliest, they are still very helpful. The room is well-equipped and has everything you need

The location isn’t ideal if you don’t drive. While there is a bus service, it’s not very reliable and only accepts cash. There’s also not much around within walking distance, so don’t expect to be close to shops or other amenities

Spacious cabin. Relaxed, genuine tropical atmosphere throughout the complex. Well set back from main road. Quiet. Short walk to shopping centre.

Crossing the road by foot from the complex to the beach & coastal walk was challenging, as the road is busy & pedestrians are not catered for.

Lots of palm trees made the environment feel tropical. The property is wel taken cares of. The workers , are always on site working hard . The interior of the cabins was white in appearance and clean looking.

It’s not the property I didn’t like. But the fact that the is no pedestrian crossing for people to catch the bus on the other side of the road. Super dangerous esp for families with small children. For me to return to the property I’d def rent a car to prevent using bus that is not safely accessible.
