The location was great The dinner at the Deck restaurant was amazing

Having to pay for car parking, free parking should’ve have been included in the room rate. The noise from the public parking located adjacent to the building.

Loved the central location, close to all the main restaurants, bars and shops and the lagoon. Despite my room being directly opposite Magnum’s the sound deadening was great and it wasn’t a problem. Bed was comfy and the room was the perfect size for a solo traveller like myself. Reception staff were lovely throughout my stay.

The bathroom (toilet and sink) wasn’t cleaned very well when I arrived. The room I had in particular (the cheapest on offer) may be a bit cramped for two travellers with suitcases etc, would suggest upgrading if you’re in town for a while and with a partner. Fine for a night or two.

The staff were first class and extremely helpful. While the rooms are small they are very modern, clean and have everything required. Nice balcony off the rooms overlooking either the Main Street or the water to the rear. Great location, easy parking behind the hotel. Great location to stay. Close to all restaurants etc

I like that Heart Hotel is centrally located, right in the center of Airlie Beach and there are restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, very accessible to everything. The room is quite small, but it is comfortable and clean. On our first day, we were awakened by a load machine noise at 6am and could not get back to sleep as it lasted for a while, but our second day was nice and quiet. Friendly and accommodating staff

Fantastic location right in the heart of Airlie Beach. Within easy walking distance of all the attractions and services. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious, well laid out and with great views.

Hotel does not have any onsite or secure parking, and required to use and pay for public car park.

The location is perfect, central to all parts of Airlie Beach. Amazingly enough, we accidentally booked on schoolies and the double door sound proofing worked, we could hear a small hum of music from the event but nothing to keep us awake. Very surprised!

The window shelf could be cleaned as it has mould, and the shower head in Room 212 does need a clean. But overall the room is well presented.

the room was clean and comfortable just quite small my only issue was the TV remote didn't work and no Netflix or Foxtel they did replace it and the second one again didn't work correctly it then turned the TV on but wouldn't do anything else I am sure the staff would have tried to fix the issue but Didn't bother again we were there and it was very wet so we did spend a little bit of time in our room The location is in the very center of town but with the double glazing the room was very quite

the location was incredible. Next to everything you could need and seconds away from the beach/lagoon. Rooms were very nice and supplied with everything you could need.

The rooms we stayed in was a little small, but for the price we paid no complaints at all. Everything else was amazing so made up for it.

Straight when I walked in it smelt amazing, everything is so clean and in the room there was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and even a small sample of a lip balm. It also has heaps of other things! Will definitely be staying again. Beds were also so comfortable

There wasn’t much I didn’t like, but I guess the room was very small (looked smaller and different to the picture).
