Stylish property set in THE best location in Airlie, just a few minutes walk across a grassy area to the lovely Boathaven Beach and the marina. Only a 2 minute walk to the Main Street and ‘front’. A lot of holiday apartments in Airlie are situated on VERY steep inclines - so we felt quite smug we’d snagged an apartment at Portside! Lovely spacious rooms. Generous balcony (wonderful views) with access from both the lounge and bedroom. Provisions of tea/coffee were plentiful, along with the more practical stuff too - dish soap and tea towels 😊. Reception staff super friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stay and I would definitely return!

Some plug sockets in the bedroom would have been handy for charging our phones but we just used the ones in the lounge.

Loved the pool and outdoor areas. Apartment living area, kitchen and bedroom were spacious with quality furniture and kitchen units, very comfortable king sized bed

Apartments described as Luxury, although it was very nice there was nothing luxurious about it. Bathroom incredibly basic, no luxury touches, just the bare minimum. Tiny soap, sample size shampoo & conditioner, lacking towel rails, soap holder in shower. Kitchen & living area though very well-fitted also only had bare minimum. No oven gloves, no coffee for plunger, only sachets of instant coffee, tiny container of longlife milk.

The location was great. Just off the main strip and therefore it was quiet at night. Right by the marina. 25 Minute or so walk down to where all the boat tours start. Many restaurants and bars nearby for all occasions. Great value for money. Owners were very friendly! Views were beautiful. Provided with pool towels which was very handy meaning we didn’t need to pack our own. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We booked the biggest residence, and two 2-bedroom units for a family of 14. The large residence was excellent with large bedrooms, living area, bathrooms and walk-in closet, as well as a large balcony and its' own swimming pool. The other rooms are obviously smaller, but quite nice with balconies and the common facilities are good. The location is perfect with a short walk to all the great things that Airlie Beach offers.

Fantastic apartment,really spacious,on site safe parking and everything you could have asked for. Really comfy beds,nice large lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating and nice wide screen tv. The balcony leading off the lounge and front bedroom was a lovely large place to sit with fantastic views over the harbour. The upstairs patio area with the hot tub was so nice and a really good place to enjoy a cold beer after a busy day out.Colleen and John who look after the complex couldn’t have been more helpful. John even offered to give us a lift to the marina across the road one morning for a boat trip we had booked as my wife was struggling walking. It’s nice to meet such friendly and helpful people like that when you are travelling in a different country and don’t know the area. If we are ever in Airlie Beach again this is the only place we’d stay at

Lovely apartment (13a) which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Quality furnishings, bed and linen. Great views from the living room, terrace and bedroom over the coast and harbour. The pool area was great. The managers were friendly and helpful with suggestions for tours etc.

While the apartment is in a great location for access to beach, restaurants etc, it is right on a roundabout, so there is traffic noise, particularly in the early mornings. It didn’t worry us during the day and we overcame the noise in the mornings by shutting the bedroom windows at night. Overall the noise wasn’t enough to put us off. Other reviewers commented on the steps which there are many due to being built on a slope. we had access to the lift so it was not a problem.

The property was perfectly located. Close to restaurants, supermarket, shops and across road from marina for tour ferries. Loved the location.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Beautifully furnished and really well equipped. Washing machine and dryer also. Beds so comfortable.

This is a lovely, spacious hotel with great parking, a nice pool, great views and it's just a stones throw from the centre of town. The staff are lovely and really helpful.

The only down-side is the proximity to the road, so at about 5am and onwards you get to hear all the tradies flying past in their V8's.

Rooms were spacious, we had the 3 bedroom option which had 3 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Nice clean balcony overlooking the port. Pool and bbq area was clean.

Beds a little soft, quiet a bit of road noise but that’s because of it’s central location. Furniture a little outdated but that wouldn’t stop us staying there again

Spacious apartment which was very well appointed with great kitchen and good washing machine and dryer. Large balcony with view of the port and the sea. 200m from Woolworths and all the shops and restaurants. Even the post office was only a 1.9km walk on a nice path. Municipal pools just 5 minutes away but a lovely pool at the complex. Complimentary pool towels. If you book excursions there is a pick up just 3 minutes away. Air conditioner worked well (in lounge and bedroom). Good hot strong shower. Nice bathroom condiments. Overall a fantastic apartment and well worth paying a little more for the view, location and comfort. Oh, and covered parking for our 2 motorbikes (or car if you have one) with a lift going right to the door.
