This is a great property. It's very spacious. Fully self contained. Very comfortable beds. Comfortable lounge chairs. 6 seater dining table inside and a balcony with a table outside. Parking is just outside. Very easy close walk to town and all the shops. It exceeded my expectations because last time we stayed we had restricted views of the water, this time we had great views and we could see the water. And we couldn't believe how inexpensive our stay was! Overall it was a great place for 3 of us that stayed here and 1 of our friends who visited us. 10 out of 10 and a little more!

That we were only there for 1 night! It would be a great stay for anyone staying longer than 1 night! If I had to say what I didn't like it would only be that one of my friends found it difficult to walk up and down the stairs. Other than this, no complaints.

Great location, friendly and very helpful staff. Clean. Great view from the balcony, When we reported an issue this was dealt with promptly and a solution was provided. The lady at the reception is absolutely fantastic,

The sofa bed we paid for to accommodate 2 more quests were terrible (staff sorted that for us pretty quickly though). Also the tap in the bathroom was loose. The owner should really think about replacing the sofa bed and also time to think about a new mattress for the queen bed. The iron board also needs replacing.

The location is great. Tahnee was amazing, her recommendations were so good! Had the best dinner and cocktails at Mika thanks to her!!

We booked for 5 people but there were only 4 towels at the property. We checked in late so by the time we realised, reception was closed. Beds weren't the comfiest and there was mold on the roof in the bathroom but overall for a last minute booking we couldn't really complain. We also had additional vehicles and parking was accommodated which was appreciated.

The apartments are super, very big rooms including living room. Everything you need is there. No noise in the evening and super close to the restaurants/beaches etc. The owners and staff were super friendly and helpful (anytime), great people. We had some special requests and they fulfilled them all. Would definitely come back and recommend this place!

Wifi wasn’t very good, but that is literally all.

A wonderful little apartment, good-sized kitchen and rooms and a nice balcony sitting area. Somewhat away from the main tourist spots so quieter at night, but easily within walking distance of the beach/shops/harbor. Appreciated the washing machine, saved a trip to the laundromat. We had planned to spend our final night in Airlie at a place more central to town, but we liked the apartment so much we messaged the host via Booking to see if we could extend our stay an extra night instead. Communication via messaging was excellent and the host was able to secure an extra night for us in the same apartment. Would definitely stay here again for the value and convenience.

There is a minor ant invasion, though they mostly kept to where the walls met the ceiling and didn't move around much. Never saw them crawling on the floor. It really wasn't an issue for us, but thought it worth mentioning in case it's a concern for some. Ant spray worked just fine.

The ground floor apartment is modern and spacious with cooking facilities and a private balcony that overlooked the pool and a lovely view of the marina. Easy walking distance to the shopping strip in Airlie Beach, the fabulous Saturday morning market and the marina ferry terminal. The property manager was very helpful and obliging with my requests for some extra supplies for my apartment and when I mentioned there was mould in the shower, she arranged for it to be cleaned thoroughly while I was out the next day.

I was unable to connect to the internet on the free wifi in my apartment for 5 days, then I discovered that the wifi signal was good if you stand outside in the carpark. The property is located close to the road, so expect traffic noise when outside on the balcony. If you plan to cook occasionally, be aware that there were no basic cooking supplies like oil, seasoning, foil, paper towel etc.

It is well positioned At Airlie Beach to access everything easily. Everything in the apartment was clean and in good condition. Parking at the rear of the complex. Bed comfy and good shower. Not that we had a need, but good to see in-unit laundry facilities had we been staying for a longer time. We would stay again.

Considering its name Seaview, it didn't have a water view. It was a tad noisy during the day with the traffic close by and the fact it is situated right on the roundabout that some cars seem to not slow down too much for. But at night it was very quiet.

The room was a great size. The management are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room balcony connects straight out onto the pool, fantastic for the kids. Nice and big for a family. Location is fantastic.

Room needs a mop as the floor gets very slippery from going in and out of the pool.

Spacious, in exactly the right place and with parking. It has all you need to be self sufficient. It is near the edge of town quiet but very easy walking to the action.

Maybe needs redecorating. But it is fine and far from tatty.
