Nice space, close to main street so excellent for getting out and about. Comfortable bed and well equipped space. Really good air conditioning system so kept space nice and cool after days out in the sun.

The bedroom was quite bright even when the lights were out because the building next door was illuminated all night. The curtains on the window next to the lighted building were just below the window frame and the bed rests against that wall (cabin 18) so let a lot of light in. Some kind of blackout curtain or longer curtains would have been ideal

Absolutely fabulous location! The apartments are only a street back from the foreshore and main strip, with a supermarket, bottle shop, retail stores, and restaurants just steps away - everything you need is within walking distance, so there’s really no need for a car (though parking is available if you need it). The room was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The gardens were beautifully kept, and the pool was a great spot to cool off and unwind.

While the room's fixtures and decor were a little dated, this was reflected in the price, and it was clear that care had been taken to present everything nicely. All room amenities worked exactly as they should.

We loved the Balinese-style room. It had a nice fresh feel to it. The location was exceptional, 2 2-minute walk to Woolworths, a few minutes to the centre of everything! All walking distance. We are not fussy people to start with, we like clean and simple rooms that have all the amenities we require. We are out all day,so coming back to a room that doesn't feel like home, but it makes you feel safe and comfortable, was a plus for us. Customer service was fantastic, charming and hospitable. Thank you, we will return.

The Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough, we also couldn't get a strong enough signal on the TV to watch the NLR on channel 9.

- great location, walking distance to pretty much everywhere in Airlie - Bridget was a lovely host and super helpful! - well equipped space with a little kitchen area which was great and bed was comfy.

- wifi was pretty poor - we were the apartment closest to the office (where I assume the wifi comes from) and could still only really get connection when sat outside. - bathroom could do with an upgrade particularly the shower - bit of a damp smell in the room which I think is because you can’t open any windows.

The perfect place to stay. Central to everything. It is so nice to enter a property & find it super clean so, 5* to the Cleaners. The beds were comfortable & the property was semi self contained (no oven) which, was of benefit to us. 5 min walk to Woolworths. Having a full size Fridge was another bonus. Bathroom was a little dated & it turned into a sauna with minimal ventilation however, use of the Pedestal Fan provided alleviated this situation.

really loved this place , I live in Mackay so we do travel to Airlie a few times a year to getaway , but this has been one of the best locations I have stayed in Airlie! not even 3 minute walk to the beach and not having to walk up big hills is such a plus!!! Thank you Bridget for the surprise upgrade. was really nice when we arrived after hours and was so easy to find the room and get the key. we really enjoyed our stay thank you !!

the only complain was the floor dirt was sticking to our feet.

The location is just unbeatable. It’s a very short walk to the Main Street, lagoon, both marinas, Boathaven Beach and surrounds and is not uphill. The kitchen, crockery and utensils are very handy. There is also a Woolworths directly across the road. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The wifi didn’t work at all in our room but might have been where we were situated on the property. The road nearby can be a little noisy with trucks in the early morning but didn’t cause too much of an issue.

Location was spot on. Walk across the road and you were on the main St of Airlie. Room was huge with plenty of beds. Reception lady was very helpful so thankyou once again. Nice pool and BBQ area was great with a nice view. Great value for the price. We will be back again for sure as everything is at your feet. Pubs, clubs, places to eat with that cool relaxing Airlie vibe...

Can't fault the place and not going to make up an excuse not to like the place or be picky. Thanks again for the stay..

The property was clean and tidy. It was close to everything but far enough away from the hubbub to be peaceful. The staff were amazingly friendly and very helpful. The room was fully equipped and spacious and the ability to make a few meals at home was nice. The pool was refreshing. Over all it was a good place to stay and park for a few days

We didn’t have TV nor did we have access to the WiFi which was disappointing. A few plants or something spread around would detract from the starkness of the place and a bit more outdoor lighting would be good.

Such a convenient location. Private parking. Good communication. great price point. Manager was kind enough to have air con on for our arrival. lovely touch. BEST SHOWER EVER!!! BLISSFUL :) Special Mention to George (Manager) who was a friendly and attentive person to deal with. Thank you

The sofa"Bed" was very uncomfortable. I wouldn't book this room again for more than 2 people but otherwise, we had everything we needed at a lovely, convenient location.
