The view was fantastic. Reasonably close to the main street. Well equipped and plenty of space in the apartment. Never felt cramped in there for a family of 4 (except the couch)

Cutlery and crockery were not clean…they had been used and put away dirty. Put us off using the items and therefore did not cook in the apartment. Previous guests soap was still in the bathroom. Television was temperamental and had to be disconnected and reconnected most days. Not a deal breaker…but the previous guests soap had the same issue with the tv. Apartment accommodated a family of 4 …. But only enough room for three to sit on the couches. Disappointing.

The views were great. It was quiet , the pools were nice.and it was close to the shops and restaurants . The management were friendly

The unit itself was a bit dated and could use updating. The sofas were quite dirty , one looked as though someone had had a bathroom accident on it. Every pot and pan plus cutlery were dirty , with foodstuff still attached , or smudged. The dishwasher smelled bad and did not wash properly,, I doubt it has ever been cleaned , which possibly explains why the pots and pans were dirty .

The apartments were quite, pool was fantastic, secure parking onsite and a large apartment with all you could need in a convenient location, spacious balcony with beautiful views

If I’m being picky… it was a little dusty upon arrival, mattress in master definitely needs an upgrade, charged $50 for checking in two hours early only to find one of the rooms were still locked and it took some time to have staff open. But all in all, very little to dislike - would recommend and would definitely return

The apartment was spacious & very well equipped. It was 10min walk to the supermarket & Airlie Beach. The small hill wasn’t an issue for us. Secure underground parking was a bonus

A couple of issues. We found the WiFi very slow, couldn’t watch streaming TV in the evenings when we wanted to. We were in Flat 17. The flat above had some building work going on, which is fine, but using hammers & power drills long before 9am was unacceptable. I know the day starts early but being in holiday, being awoken at 730-0800 when one is in a relaxing holiday is a bit much

Fabulous location. Amazing view. Comfortable apartment. We loved the balcony. I highly recommend hiring a car. The Azure is within walking distance of town, but it's a steep walk back. In holiday mode, we found having a car made things really easy. Plus there is secure parking. We would stay again.

Some mornings, there was quite a bit of early morning noise with the leaf blower, etc. Also, this area is shared with permanent residents who might take an early swim or do garage work bright and early (7 a.m.). The apartment soundproofing was a bit average.

Clean, everything supplied that you needed, well decorated and beds comfortable. Accommodation situated near beaches shops etc and the local people were very kind and friendly. Lovely pool to swim in.

Only one little issue the trip switch for electric in the kitchen went off took us a while to find electric box to turn back on but it was only a little issue.

Exceptionally large apartment with absolutely beautiful views from nearly every room! The pools were beautifully maintained and a great place for a decent swim. Lovely sheltered balcony. The apartment was well appointed although bathrooms a little tired in places.

I couldn't find an airer in the apartment so draped clothing on the balcony chairs. The apartment does have a tumble dryer but in the heat it seemed crazy to use one! Perhaps check in details could be sent sooner than the day of travel. Every place we stayed sent details a few days pre arrival so we had access to Wi Fi to receive the info. We had huge problems with phones whilst travelling so did not receive the check in details. The office was closed on our arrival and it was just luck that another couple who were checking in were in contact with the management team.

The 3 bed penthouse was spacious for a family of 5 with the bonus of 2 carpark spaces. The apartment was very quiet and the apartment was well appointed. The pools were great with one long enough for laps. The carpark was easy to access and use compared to other complexes where the parking can be pretty tight. The complex was well maintained. We loved the huge deck and spent alot of time taking in the view.

The staff and the great view from the penthouse. Nicole and Yvonne were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The penthouse has everything we need as family of 4. It has enough amount of plates, glasses, cutleries, cooking utensils etc. The bathroom is dated but it's clean so we don't mind it. The beds were comfortable, they have blankets in the WIR if needed. The apartment has 2 pools, kids love them. There's also a gym but we didn't use it. The penthouse has everything, it is definitely a home faraway from home.

This is not an issue, but if you are not hiring a car for your trip, please be aware that the apartment is at the very top of the hill. We walked down to the town centre 2 times during our 4 nights stay, but I think it is not very kids friendly as there is no crossing path at the runabout. We didn't hire a car so we travelled by taxi. The taxi ride coats around $8-$13 each way from the apartment to Port Airlie/ boathaven beach/woolworths, so it's not too bad! I would recommend downloading the taxi app on your phone it is very convenient.

I liked the size of the kitchen, spa and view. And the close proximity to the town. About a 12min walk down the hill.

The tv was not always working on abc or iview, the shower didn't have enough pressure and needs to be updated. It would be nice if there was more service in the apartment resort like a shuttle to town.
