The location was perfect for our family. We were not in the middle of town, but still could walk into town for shopping and food. We didn't hire a car at all and didn't need to. We caught a charter bus from and back to the airport. The main port for the water/reef activities was only a 10 minute walk, there are some activities within 5 minute walk of the accommodation. Many activities also offer a pickup service. The staff were very friendly and helpful in booking activities, provided excellent recommendations, and great with any questions we had about the area. The apartment was spacious, modern, clean and had everything we needed. Secure behind a gated entry, and parking, not that we needed it. The area was very safe, so the gate just stops people from wandering in for a look. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and there were beach towels supplied in the apartment.

The managers were exceptionally efficient, helpful and lovely. The location is perfect for our needs. The views are gorgeous. The apartments beds, pillows and seating were all very comfortable. The kitchenware was numerous, which is helpful when entertaining. (Some apartments elsewhere are very ordinary with this.) The security system was comforting. The car park was easy to navigate with roomy parking.

The only small negative thing was no window coverings in the lounge room. I believe a sheer day blind would be nice to cut the morning glare while sitting inside, and the heat when the room isn’t being used.

Wish I could give this place even more than just 5 stars! From the spectacular views, to the cleanliness and space to the well equipped apartment from board games to spices and Tupperware containers, this place is one of the best apartments we've stayed in and we're a really well travelled family! What really topped it off for us though was the warm personable customer service from Fran and Paul. They radiate the most beautiful energy and go over and beyond to help. We were affected by cyclone Alfred and Fran went as far as helping us search for alternative ways to get to the property. She made a beautiful hamper for my father's birthday and was so lovely with our children. We will truly miss staying here! 5 nights hasn't felt like enough! Thank you so much and we look forward to visiting again one day!

From the arrival and being greeted by the beautiful staff, to the immaculate room with insane views and the cleanliness was impeccable. The owners are absolutely beautiful people, perfect location to drive or do a walk to the restaurants, great security/gate access which provides ease for vehicles being parked, this was such a beautiful stay! We are so thankful and glad to have chosen this place to stay at. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will be back and will let everyone know about this wonderful accomodation.

Friendly and accommodating reception staff, the apartments were immaculately clean, and much more spacious than the other apartments available in Airlie. Very quiet and peaceful with a very much appreciated no party policy, perfect for resting before or after a boat trip!

Honestly nothing negative to say. Just note that it is a longer walk to Airlie than the centrally located places, but nothing a very short taxi/uber trip can't solve.

The property was fully equipped with all amenities and everything was so clean and comfortable. We have young children and it was great that everything we needed was there. The views were amazing also. We really enjoyed our stay.

I could not fault the property at all. The only downside I would say, is that it is a fair walk into town/lagoon (about 23 mins) which can be tough with young kids but we enjoyed the slow walk along the boardwalk, and if we were tired the taxis were great if needed otherwise we just made sure we took our pram. There’s a few cafes/restaurants nearby to the property also if you don’t want to walk all the way to town!

Magnificent 5 star resort! The apartment and views were next level. Massive balcony overlooking the stunning marina, with 2 seperate sitting areas. Huge apartment, which had actually been transformed from a 2 brm to 3 brm by converting the study area. Just far enough out of town to be able to enjoy the solitude, but close enough to drive or even walk into the heart of Airlie Beach. Highly recommend this property, I didn’t want to leave.

Very little to complain about! If I’m going to be pedantic, the aircon in the main bedroom needs servicing as it was making an unusual noise.

This is an exceptional find! If you are thinking of travelling to this area this property is a “ must stay here”. The apartment 13 was luxurious with 3 king size beds , large lounge area , massive balcony overlooking the marina and bay with turtles arriving at 2pm 2 massive bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen The staff Francine and Paul couldn’t have been more helpful and there’s a pool to keep you cool

We had a 3 bedroom apartment on the ground floor which was very spacious! The caretakers were very helpful in suggesting where to eat etc.

We had an apartment that was modified for a disabled owner. The shower situation wasn't ideal as the water ended up all over the floor making a wet mess. The location is nice overlooking the marina, but it is a fair walk to the main town - 30 minutes, which we got a little sick of and ended up catching a taxi a few times. Great if you are just hanging around resort but not ideal if you want to be close to the action. The marina does have a few limited shops and cafes closer. The pool area is rather small.

Our apartment was spectacular, the most luxurious place we have ever stayed. Very large, superbly decorated and the views across the waters to also be enjoyed from our balcony were to die for. The gardens and pool were also lovely. Our host went above and beyond, contacting us to discuss our needs at the beginning of our booking when I made an enquiry and then spoiling us with a welcome/bday gift hamper which was very unexpected and just so thoughtful that it was remembered that we were coming to stay to celebrate my bday. Very impressed, we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Thank you for your generosity and genuine care in ensuring I had (& we did!) the best bday.
