Great spot, beautiful bungalow. Great Cafe with great food.

There was quite a musty smell when we first arrived in the bungalow despite how clean it was. This disappated after a day. While the aircon was fabulous, we had 2 kids that wanted to play outside on their scooters. Sitting outside would have been more pleasant if there were an outdoor ceiling fan. Not only do they help with cooling, but also assist in keeping flying insects away. I would recommend you explore this idea, as there is ample space. It would make sitting outside much more pleasant. I'm in Sydney, and we have an outdoor fan. My main use for it is to keep insects away.

The bungalows are comfortable. We stayed in two different ones— the first one had average cleanliness, and the fifth bed wasn’t prepared, so we had to set it up ourselves. The second bungalow, however, was spotless and very comfortable. What stands out the most about this place is the great value for money, as well as the receptionist. She was always smiling, friendly, and helpful—she let us store our luggage at the complex, recommended places to visit, and assisted us with everything we needed. She was truly excellent!

Reception staff were amazing! Violet was so nice and friendly, they helped us get an upgrade on arrival and we got one of the new cabins! Violet also surprised us with a bottle of wine for a birthday. Thank you! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The park is great, nice and clean, shared facilities are top notch, both pools fantastic. The park is a 15 min walk into town but along the board walk which is so picturesque, Cole’s and other shops conveniently next door to the park!

The staff were amazing on checkin. So friendly and incredibly helpful. We had travelled from Sydney in a truck and it was no trouble at all to park. We had booked the Bali Villa and it did not disappoint. It had a lovely verandah, a small kitchen, which was more than adequate and the bathroom was fabulous. Super comfy bed and very quiet. Close proximity to everything. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend it.

Only that we could't stay longer!

Good value for money. Good transport links to main ports. Close to supermarket and pharmacy etc. Quiet site. Comfortable bed with fresh smelling linens and private bathroom.

We stayed in the lodgings (cheapest option) which was fine for a quick stay, however not sure I would want to stay for a week. It is a small space which didn’t receive any natural light, leading to a bit of a dingy feel. The first night the air con smelled really bad so we turned it off. The second night it smelled fine though. Overall would still book again for a short stay as good value for money in terms of location, pool and helpful staff.

The facilities were super accessible. I was able to easily find and use the laundry. The bedding provided was super clean. The bungalow that sleeps 6 was perfect for out small family. It felt like we were in the tropics. I also really liked that we weren’t right in the centre of Airlie, but a small drive into the main street if Airlie. Will definitely be back!

the front of house staff were absolutley brilliant. Very welcoming and ready to answer any question. The villa we had was very clean and tidy, great cleaning staff. I felt at home straight away. Very relaxed. The pool was awesome, even as it was winter my daughter didn't want to get out. Loved the whole experience of the resort. Pity we didn't stay longer.

The only thing that was disappointing was that the restuarant next door was not open when we arrived. We had to drive into town to find food. As there was nothing we landed up going to the local coles and cooked at home.

It was quite clean and tidy! It suits for vacations or holidays! I want to live here hehe. Also, the staffs were so nice and kind for us. The bus stop was close to this property (for about 5 minute walk). However buses don’t come on time. They are always more than 10 minutes late. Even though this property helped us spend great time on the Airlie.

The only one thing is l couldn’t use the WiFi. The staff showed us the password, but we couldn’t connect it.

We stayed in the budget cabin and it had everything we needed for a few nights. Bed was comfy, aircon worked well. Good cooking facilities. Nice and close to Airlie beach.

Wifi didn’t work whilst we were there but that was due to the weather. Washing/tumble dryers were $5 each cycle Overall would still highly recommend staying here

Maybe more plants in front of the windows? As the bungalows are very close to each other, the next-door clothing lines are right at the front of one of the windows, and so on the other side. Just more tall plants in both side patios for privacy. We had to keep the curtains down all the time during the day.
