Absolutely brilliant location, the view from our room was wonderful. The pub next door had a great vibe about it and so did the whole town so glad we stayed. The staff were happy and helpful which was great.

This hotel is really in need of being refurbished. I’ve given this was poor for cleaning but that was not the hotel itself. Our room was the worst cleaned room I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Every day we had clean towels and the bed was made but the bathroom never got cleaned once let alone daily. The coffee cups in the room were sticky and dirty so we never used them. And the strange messages telling you to wash your glasses and cups or a $10 fine was simply bizarre.

Excellent location at the far end of Airlie's main visitor area. Convenient for those using the Port of Airlie to get to/from the Whitsunday Islands. Lots of eating venues within easy reach. Car parking available. Room was clean and comfortable

Having stayed before, I knew what to expect about the level of background noise coming from the hotel's bar/restaurant/gaming facilities. If you've not stayed before then the constant high level music present throughout the hotel area may be a little off-putting. If you’re looking for peace and quiet then this probably isn't the place for you.

Unbeatable Location – Positioned right between the beachfront and Airlie Beach village, the hotel delivers easy access to both sun-soaked sands and local restaurants and bars. Ocean Views & Village Vibe – Our room featured an ocean-facing balcony, and the hotel exudes a friendly, vibrant atmosphere with live entertainment and a notable bistro-pub venue, “The Pub,” serving wood-fired pizzas. On-Site Amenities – Facilities include a saltwater pool, sun deck with sweeping views, a concierge desk, car rental/tour booking services, and secure onsite parking. Clean & Comfortable Room – cleanliness and comfort of the room. Modern Amenities: The apartment featured contemporary furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen (including a small dishwasher and a coffee machine), and a large and comfortable living area.

Late-Night Noise – Early dawn hallway and room noise, indicating a potential disturbance for light sleepers. Street Noise – While the proximity to bars and nightlife is a plus for some, it can also lead to considerable noise from the street, especially at night. This may be bothersome. Luggage: The apartment would benefit from the addition of at least two luggage racks to allow guests to store and access their bags more comfortably. No in-room laundry facilities: While we were aware at the time of booking, the lack of laundry facilities was still a bit inconvenient during our stay.

We had a very good stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely superb—just a short walk to the beach, scenic coastal footpaths, and a wide range of excellent restaurants. The hotel also has a cosy pub downstairs, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings without needing to venture far. What really stood out was the convenience: airport shuttle buses and day tour operators pick up and drop off right outside the reception, which made our travel plans incredibly smooth and hassle-free.

The hotel does not serve breakfast. Some of the hotel facilities are a bit dated. We booked a standard sea view room, but the view was largely obstructed by trees, and the balcony was quite small. Wifi was not good either.

Right in the heart of Airlie Beach, our beds were comfy, we got rooms in the back so noise from the street wasn't an issue at all, the pool was great too. Conveniently located for our sailing trip the next day from the marina. The lagoon was also a short walk (3 minutes?) away.

The hotel was great. The wait for food at The Pub downstairs on a busy summer day was rather disappointing (1 hour?), the food wasn't great either. The crowd attracted by the pokies in the same building isn't ideal for families, but there were no issues really. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location is great, close to beach and right in the heart of the shopping and eating area. Our rooms were at the back in a 2-story standalone building. Although they did not have a fancy view like the beach facing rooms in the main building, they were away from the noise of the large and popular street level bar. Beds were very comfortable and rooms seemed to have been recently renovated.

Only an issue if you’re a light sleeper — the doors/windows/walls on the entry side of the rooms in the standalone back building were not particularly good at deadening outside sounds (eg little kids talking and running along balcony, large trucks).

The location was perfect, right at the start of the town and also handy for getting to the marina for barrier reef tours. The pub was always busy and there was live music every day. The food was good and the staff at the hotel were so lovely and helpful.

I loved our stay but with a 15 month old baby it was perhaps a little loud and the rooms very bright at night because of the lights around the venue in the courtyard rooms. It wouldn’t stop me staying again but just something for parents with smaller babies to be mindful of- bring your blackout blinds and noise machine.

We liked the hotel, the rooms and the pool. We visited Airlie beach during the jellyfish season so swimming in the ocean was not recommended, the pool was most welcome. It was clean and mostly empty every day. The staff was nice and friendly. The location is ideal, with the small shops, cafés and restaurants on the same street. The view was also beautiful to see every day when waking up.

It's a bit of a shame that the hotel does not have breakfast, but there are many lovely cafés close to the hotel. The bathroom was not extra clean, especially the bathtub door. The pub under the hotel is sometimes loud but it never ends late. The pub is also quite expensive to eat or have a drink.

Locality and had everything you needed.

Bed topper was a bit uncomfortable (bulky). We had an Ocean View Room. We rinsed out our cups each time they were used (often) and was surprised that when they were put away they hadn’t been washed properly so theoretically we were using dirty cups each time. Our hand soap and shower gel ran out and wasn’t replenished so we asked the room staff to replenish when they cleaned our room. When we came back it hadn’t been done so one off the reception staff had to replenish it. The bathroom floor was dusty and didn’t look like it was washed daily….

Where our room was located. The previous times we have stayed here we have been in the main part of the hotel with a balcony. We didn't realise we were staying away from the hotel with no balcony and no separate bathroom. The cost lead us to believe we would be in the main part of the hotel . Also in Room 15 on 1st floor and no lift. Difficult to get up stairs. Noisy due to forklift manoeuvres and disposal of empty bottles and cans into skip. For the price we paid, we could have gone overseas.
