Great Position-5 min walk into main street Airlie Beach and main Mariner area. View was awesome. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed in Apartment 11B. Bathroom lighting is poor. Some maintenance issues, Kitchen tap needs attention, main door handle and lock into room was loose. Furniture is dated. Shutters had been broken and replaced with ply wood. No blinds to keep room dark at night, only shutters which let light through. Communal spa area is average,needs some maintenance. Deck was roped off and unusable.

Room was quiet, comfortable and well located. Well soundproofed and room felt spacious (helped by strategic placement of good-sized mirrors). Good shower. Lovely view from balcony and very pleasant and helpful staff. Short walk into town, Whitehaven beach and Port Airlie marina but short steep driveway. Local bus runs past the front. Unit 8 (poolside unit) has microwave and stovetop but no oven.

Nothing much to dislike. Sandwich toaster would have been nice. Room could probably do with a paint touch up or clean in some places

Exactly what it said on the ad, and extremely good value for money, quiet, good air con, accessible pool, good sized room, clean.

The rooms are getting a bit tired. Little things like the toilet seat being very old, the shower having no curtain or screen (the whole bathroom floor was awash), not being able to cast to the TV could be fixed. Also, although we searched for a room with 2 beds and booked accordingly (we were not a couple), only one of the beds was made up with sheets and there were no other sheets in the room. Fortunately we had a set with us. Having said that, the accommodation was still good and it was fantastic value for money.

Very nice stay! The apartment was lovely. Nice balcony, comfortable bed, enough wardrobe space. We didn’t try the pool facilities, but especially the jacuzzi looked nice. It’s only about a 5 min walk to the start of town. Would definitely book again!

Their laundry facilities were not good. They were free to use, but still don’t recommend using them. The spin cycle didn’t work, and we had to restart the maskin and do an extra spin cycle. And then the drier took more than two hours to dry our clothes. So just go somewhere else to get your launch done.

The receptionist when we checked in was amazing. I think her name was Hailene. She was so sympathetic as we were on our honeymoon and just had our flights to Sydney via Brisbane cancelled due to the cyclone hence had to extend our stay in Whitsundays. She was so lovely, made us feel welcome and even upgraded our room. Overall the hotel was very clean, the pool was lovely and relaxing. Very comfy couch and beds. Plus point is its approx a 7 minute walk to the town and away from the noice in the night.

Lovely greeting on arrival, excellent spacious rooms with great facilities and amenities. Beautiful view of the harbour, nice pool and most convenient location for the harbour for excursions, just a few minutes walk away and the centre of Airlie Beach is also only a few minutes walk away too, excellent value for money, shall recommend this place to anyone staying at Airlie Beach, especially if using the harbour for excursions.

Spacious comfortable room.

Weird having supermarket trolleys provided to move luggage. Walk from property to town or beach is 700-900m as advised. However due to water culvert in front of hotel you have to walk that distance to get anywhere. I made a mistake when booking, I advised hotel within minutes. Hotel stuck to non-refundable, non-changeable policy. I found this dissapointing, especially given the room type was empty for the following week.

Lovely lady Helene on reception let us check in early. We had a one bed apartment overlooking the Harbour, the view was stunning. Extremely well equipped kitchen, it had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was a short walk into Airlie Beach. Lovely clean swimming pool. Our stay here was perfect.

You would struggle to make any improvements, the steep climb at the entrance was challenging, but not a lot you can do about that!

For starters, brenda at reception was amazing to deal with and so helpful and then we got to our room and it was so comfortable and clean and the pool is amazing. I would 100 percent recommend boathaven bay holiday apartments. We decided to stay the night in airlie after a long day doing a trip to Whitehaven and the stay was perfect Will definitely be back 😁 Thanks Brenda for a fantastic night away

There wasn't anything we didn't like. It was a great night stay

We had a well equipped room with a balcony and a fabulous view over the pool and port area. Just an easy 10 minutes walk into the town and beach area, it was a great location. Very comfortable bed. We used the BBQ and pool, loungers to catch some sun were great.

The decor is a little outdated but it was clean and comfortable. Not a big deal.
