We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was fully equipped and very clean and comfortable. Great shower too, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer. There’s a nice pool and you can sit and watch the sun set from the balcony. The property managers were exceptionally helpful and so lovely. The apartment is also within a short walking distance of the ferry port which was an added bonus. Airlie Beach, again within walking distance, is a nice small town with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Great location for marina and main town. Just a 10 mins walk in. Crystal was lovely and made sure our room was super clean and tidy, which was massively appreciated!

Whilst the location and staff are wonderful and rooms clean, the complex could do with some updating/modernisation, including the beds/kitchens etc. We didn’t use the pool, mainly due to it being a bit barren and dirty. Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay- ideal if you’re visiting.

First, the staff was amazing. When we arrived, we had just heard that two of our tours to the Whitsunday Islands were canceled. Crystal from the front desk spent a lot of time calling different tour companies on her own cell phone to try to book us something else. We succeeded in replacing at least one of the canceled tours. Throughout our stay, she tried her best to help us with whatever we needed. The location of the apartments is great. In a few minutes, you're at the transit terminal (Greyhound buses) and the port where many tours leave. The center of Airlie is very busy, but the apartments are just far away enough not to be bothered by this. Everything was clean, and the balcony provided a very nice view of the harbor. The apartments had everything that we needed.

The area was great - view , location ,easy access to town.

I feel that making sure all said products are available on arrival - in the bathroom there was no toilet paper, no back up toilet paper. Hand soap none there. Im lucky that i am a seasoned traveller so always have a back up toilet paper roll, soap in my bag. Other than the above all was good

The couple managing the property were fantastic, especially Jan. She was so friendly, kind, calm and happy to help. She even drove me to the supermarket when I was rushing to get supplies. Most of all, I enjoyed my little daily chats with her.

The location is ideal for anyone planning to use the facilities at port of airlie. The staff, especially Jan, went above and beyond their call of duty - even driving me to the hospital in proserpine (40min drive) at night. The rooms are also scrupulously clean

The room was small but was as described, the balcony was great and offered a beautiful view. the location was close to downtown so easy to get anywhere on foot. The apartment, although dated, was clean. The Ned was very comfortable.

there was no indication on the listing that there are no elevators in the building, which could make it difficult for some to get to their apartment. Ours was on the third floor. Luckily someone was there when we checked in to help us with our luggage when we checked in.

Lovely apartments with sea view. Good size rooms and had everything we needed. The balcony was fantastic, very relaxing to sit out there and enjoy the view. A short walk into the centre of town and good location for pick ups for trips which all stopped somewhere at the street.

It was a steep walk up the hill to the apartments and I wouldn’t have liked to have driven a car up either, not that much can be done about this, but it was something I wish I’d known in advance so I could prepare for taking the suitcase up the hill. That said most places in the area seemed to be on a hill. If I’m being a little picky the bed was a bit hard for my preference, but I slept fine, so again personal preference.

The property was beautifully spacious with everything you need. The views were wonderful and everything was clean and tidy.

The stairs, but understand to get the views you need to go up the stairs! If you have any mobility issues make sure to request the 1st floor.

I loved the property because it was in a beautiful location, it had everything I needed and felt very comfortable and safe. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. Everything went smooth and the owners are such lovely people.
