The apartment itself is great, the view from the balcony is stunning. The view is worth the price and climbing up the hill. Bath tub is a bonus.

Shower doesn’t have a glass door, so water is spilled all over the room, you have to deal with a paddle each time you have a shower. Toilet was filthy and stinky. But the most disappointing thing was when I asked for the coffee and extra shampoo (only 2 shampoo for 2 people for 4 nights stay were provided on arrival) a lady at the reception in quite a rude manner advised that we have to supply all food and toiletries ourselves as this is a self serviced apartment… for this price an extra 50c shampoo should be provided. Other self serviced apartments supply quite luxurious toiletries for each day which makes the stay comfortable and guests happy.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and has the best views in Airlie! Yes it’s up a massive hill but that’s made clear in the description and you don’t get views this good without having to put some work into it! Plus taxis will take you from the town for $10 if you can’t face the walk. The apartment was stocked with everything you could need, Paulette really had through of everything, and it is spotlessly clean. I really appreciated the jug of chilled water in the fridge and the little box of milk so I could have a cup of tea. Paulette is also super helpful and is on hand if you have any questions or issues. You can also leave your luggage there if you check in early or have a late flight and need to check out. I would absolutely stay here again, there is nothing that could be improved in my opinion.

The unit we stayed in was very spacious, open and had a fantastic view, comfortable and quiet. The unit was also well equipped with almost everything for the duration of our stay. Perfect for a small family. The only things I could say weren’t great were minor things like the smell inside the laundry, there was a full on odour coming from the laundry so we kept the door closed pretty much the whole time and we didn’t want to use the outside lounge because the covers were quite dirty (I’m assuming from the days of heavy rain) but other than that it was a lovely unit and despite those few things I would stay here again. Lovely and helpful staff too.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the friendly reception staff who stored our luggage until our apartment was ready, we knew we would have a wonderful stay. The view from Reflections is stunning overlooking Airlie Beach. The 2 bedroom apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable 5-night stay. The pool was lovely. The property is on a steep hill and the walk into the main street of Airlie Beach is about 15 mins downhill. The walk back up the hill is challenging taking a little longer. A taxi or Uber to/from the main street is around AUD$10 one way. Woolworths is just down the hill and close to the main street with great shops, cafes, restaurants & tour operators. We would stay at this property again when visiting Airlie Beach. Thank you and we can't wait for our next visit.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was enormous! Unit was tastefully decorated and very homey. Incredibly gorgeous views of Airlie Bay from our room # 10 balcony. Loved the king size bed and huge 60 inch living room flatscreen TV with YouTube, Netflix, local channels, etc. Our large kitchen even had a full-size oven. WOW! The huge washer and dryer was also wonderful. Blazing fast WiFi as well. Several beautiful pools onsite.

Office staff pushed us to provide our credit card over the phone to check-in after hours. Turns out that you can get the key and then just provide this information the next morning.

The location-hillside. Tired to climb. Difficult and uneconomical to take a taxi. It is completely dark for the road to hotel at night with animals nearby. The service-the working hour of weekend is too early and short. I didn’t get any service these two days and I need to clean all the staff myself which makes checking out in the morning difficult especially when I have activities after and no one can help with the luggage when I go ocean rafting (start at 8am). The reply is a bit slow on booking messages.

The accommodation was fantastic and definitely had the wow factor!!! It was lovely and comfortable, has washing facilities and a dishwasher. We loved eating at the table on the balcony overlooking the view of the sea. The staff were really friendly and tacos to the town were $10. Would recommend a thrip to Notherlies.

The only criticism we have is that the air on in the bedroom wasn’t working very well and the internet connection was rubbish meaning that we were unable to watch the smart TV. It took us 2 hours to watch 40 mins of a film with the kids 🤦🏻‍♀️but it didn’t ruin the holiday

This property is very centrally located in Airlie Beach but UP the hill. A fairly steep climb but absolutely compensated by the amazing views. In our case, having a car, was a great advantage. Our premium ocean view apartment was exceptional- large and beautifully appointed with superb views across the water to the islands. The balcony, with comfortable deck chairs, provided a calm and relaxing place to soak up the sun and take in all the activity on the water.

If only the lovely pool was heated during the Winter months and perhaps some increased heat in the spa, as we observed only 1 person brave enough to use these facilities during our 1 week stay.

Very luxurious for the price, well worth it. Well thought out for guest arrival, the apartment smelt amazing, the lights they selected to have on created a luxurious and beautiful mood. They also had soft calm music playing, which you don’t get at a lot of other places. Not only did the apartment look stunning but it was very practical and well designed.

We recently stayed at Whitsunday Reflections in Apartment 5 for two nights, and it was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how spotlessly clean and modern the apartment was. It appears to have had a complete makeover with stylish, new furniture and state-of-the-art appliances that made our stay both luxurious and comfortable. The highlight was undoubtedly the spacious balcony that offered breathtaking views over Airlie Beach. Sitting out there, taking in the serene beauty of the area, was an experience in itself and one we won’t soon forget. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights after our days of exploring. The team at Whitsunday Reflections clearly take great pride in maintaining a high standard, and it shows. The combination of a stunning location, pristine accommodation, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We can’t recommend Whitsunday Reflections highly enough and will definitely be back for another stay!
