Enjoyed a clean and very spacious apartment with a stunning view. Helpful staff who easily accommodated a late check in.

Pillows and bed were hard and uncomfortable, think they’re a bit old.

Great apartment stunning bedrooms, terrace, views. Well equipped kitchen with big fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Much appreciated

There was no oil to cook with, no salt or pepper grinder just cheap saxa salt pot. The sinks in the main bedroom did not drain properly, the white curtains separating bedroom and bath area were grubby. The tiles in main bedroom were super slippery and not designed for a wet area There were 3 sachets of laundry liquid provided plus 3 dishwasher tablets which were not sufficient for a 6 day stay. We asked for one extra sachet of washing liquid and it was refused These small items would have made the difference between a standout stay and an ok one

The apartment itself is great, the view from the balcony is stunning. The view is worth the price and climbing up the hill. Bath tub is a bonus.

Shower doesn’t have a glass door, so water is spilled all over the room, you have to deal with a paddle each time you have a shower. Toilet was filthy and stinky. But the most disappointing thing was when I asked for the coffee and extra shampoo (only 2 shampoo for 2 people for 4 nights stay were provided on arrival) a lady at the reception in quite a rude manner advised that we have to supply all food and toiletries ourselves as this is a self serviced apartment… for this price an extra 50c shampoo should be provided. Other self serviced apartments supply quite luxurious toiletries for each day which makes the stay comfortable and guests happy.

Fabulous Views from inside and outside the apartment. Balcony is huge so plenty of room to eat out on the table provided and also enjoy a book from the sun loungers provided. Sliding doors from each bedroom and the living room lead out onto the balcony. Quiet area, no traffic noise. Comfortable couches in lounge area. Pool area great and nice to have a heated spa to use on those cooler days. Very friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable.

Having to pay extra for dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent after 3 days. We stayed a week. The kitchen was a little under supplied re utensils and knives etc but was adequate.

The facilities were fantastic, it had everything we needed in an apartment including a washer and dryer (didn’t end up using but the option of having it was great!) AND THE VIEW!! Wow, we were expecting to get the ‘garden view’ so weren’t sure what that included but we still had an incredible wide view of Airlie which was stunning. It is a very open plan bathroom which we were okay for as a couple of course but just something to keep in mind.

The bed was really big which was great but quite hard, I didn’t mind but my partner struggled a bit with his back. Other than that, the hill was quite steep to walk up (down was easy!) but can’t help that when you get the view! It was around $10 from town anyway in an uber so was easy.

Absolutely amazing. We were blown away by the space, decor and facilities on offer. We arrived late in the evening when Reception was closed and found the keys with information left in a safe box with a text sent explaining everything, which was so helpful. Thank you. The apartment was high spec and very clean. The beds were comfortable with a lot of storage space available. Close parking space to apartment was also a bonus. Our only regret … we needed more time to savour and appreciate everything on offer, particularly the outside living space. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely be back for longer this time!

The accommodation is up a very steep hill. We were okay because we had a car, but walking would be a challenge!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and has the best views in Airlie! Yes it’s up a massive hill but that’s made clear in the description and you don’t get views this good without having to put some work into it! Plus taxis will take you from the town for $10 if you can’t face the walk. The apartment was stocked with everything you could need, Paulette really had through of everything, and it is spotlessly clean. I really appreciated the jug of chilled water in the fridge and the little box of milk so I could have a cup of tea. Paulette is also super helpful and is on hand if you have any questions or issues. You can also leave your luggage there if you check in early or have a late flight and need to check out. I would absolutely stay here again, there is nothing that could be improved in my opinion.

The unit we stayed in was very spacious, open and had a fantastic view, comfortable and quiet. The unit was also well equipped with almost everything for the duration of our stay. Perfect for a small family. The only things I could say weren’t great were minor things like the smell inside the laundry, there was a full on odour coming from the laundry so we kept the door closed pretty much the whole time and we didn’t want to use the outside lounge because the covers were quite dirty (I’m assuming from the days of heavy rain) but other than that it was a lovely unit and despite those few things I would stay here again. Lovely and helpful staff too.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the friendly reception staff who stored our luggage until our apartment was ready, we knew we would have a wonderful stay. The view from Reflections is stunning overlooking Airlie Beach. The 2 bedroom apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable 5-night stay. The pool was lovely. The property is on a steep hill and the walk into the main street of Airlie Beach is about 15 mins downhill. The walk back up the hill is challenging taking a little longer. A taxi or Uber to/from the main street is around AUD$10 one way. Woolworths is just down the hill and close to the main street with great shops, cafes, restaurants & tour operators. We would stay at this property again when visiting Airlie Beach. Thank you and we can't wait for our next visit.

Walking back up the hill to the property in the heat.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was enormous! Unit was tastefully decorated and very homey. Incredibly gorgeous views of Airlie Bay from our room # 10 balcony. Loved the king size bed and huge 60 inch living room flatscreen TV with YouTube, Netflix, local channels, etc. Our large kitchen even had a full-size oven. WOW! The huge washer and dryer was also wonderful. Blazing fast WiFi as well. Several beautiful pools onsite.

Office staff pushed us to provide our credit card over the phone to check-in after hours. Turns out that you can get the key and then just provide this information the next morning.
