Loved the views, infinity pool and comfortable decor but 0wouldve loved more privacy. The indoor spa was good but being on a bottom leveI we couldn't utilise it with the views.

Privacy and quietness is a big issue for us, so when we got the apartment on the bottom overlooking the affinity pool it took a bit of adjustment. We managed but felt the need to keep the curtains drawn or a makeshift curtain to let in some light, which blocked those marvelous views as the bed and bathroom could be seen from the pool during the day.

The room was fantastic, and the staff had take the time to put on the air conditioning and balcony spa ready for our arrival. The room was extremely clean, had plenty of towels, a well stocked kitchen, and even a small complementary cheese platter waiting for us in the fridge. Absolutely outstanding. The views are amazing, and there is a great mix of undercover and full sun spaces on the balcony which worked brilliantly as we had one quite rainy day. Arriving outside of the office hours was no problem, the staff had messaged and provided clear instructions.

The hill to the property isn't great, but this is clearly called out and we were aware before booking so was not a surprise. The walk down the hill is not bad at all, though the walk up wasn't great, and while all of the taxis will take you up the hill for less than $10, there are times that taxis are not available. We hired a car to explore the area for the last couple of days, and this made things much easier. A small thing, but a number of the documents and signs mention a sauna, but it doesn't seem to exist anymore.

Spacious apartment with jacuzzi bath. Lovely balcony to watch sunset. We found washing machine very helpful with sachets of washing powder provided. The swimming pool area has fabulous views. We found staff very helpful. They also left a welcome cheese plate for us on arrival which was much appreciated.

The location is very close to the town centre but the property is located at the top of a steep hill. The views are worth it but you really do need a car - the walk up is not for the faint hearted!

The apartment was lovely and spacious. The pool area was amazing. The walk to the town was only a short walk, you would need to get a taxi back as it is up a big hill which was a struggle in the heat. It did not bother us as taxis were cheap and they could bring you to the door. Taxi drivers did mention pinnacles was the only drive way in that area they were allowed to drive into. I will be staying here again when visiting Airlie beach. It was lovely and peaceful which was what we were looking for.

This was a great place to stay in Airlie Beach. It's set up on a hill with lovely views over the seafront. An easy walk down to the main strip, but a harder walk back! The apartment had everything we needed, including a spa bath and washing machine, and the resort had a swimming pool and gym. Reception staff were friendly and helpful

Only the weather.... we had three days with no sun, apart from the sunset on our arrival! cloudy every day! But we'd stay at Pinnacles again, no probs...

Clean, safe and quiet. Close to the town. Woolworth is only several hundreds away. There are some restaurants and bars too. During the stay, we were very unlucky to have typhoon. Have to stay in hotel for whole 2days and store some food. The location brings lots of convenience.

As room service is not a daily biases service, there are some back up towels, blanket and toilet papers in the room which is very considerate. But there’s no napkins( to wipe mouth and hands). We went to reception and being told they don’t supply napkins. I personally think it’s bizarre. Why not put a small box on table? If it’s empty by the guests, they need to pay for more. Is this Sounds more reasonable? After all, napkins is a very basic requirement. And there are some guests brings alcohol to the swimming pools. I think it’s on the prohibited list, isn’t it?

The steep hill! There was an uphill climb to get to the reception and further uphill climb from the reception to the apartment… definitely made us double think the number of times we left the apartment ! Staff - didn’t really see anyone apart from check in and check out. They were not rude but could be warmer when receiving guests.

Beautiful apartment with amazing view. Infinity pool is superb. Love all the thoughtful touches such as complimentary cheese, dip and crackers, beverages, and lavender spray for your pillow! Hosts are helpful and friendly. Rooms are lovely

It’s a very steep hill and driveway but that is why the view is so fantastic. You can be transported up the driveway by golf buggy though

Beautiful location. Simply stunning. Picture do it justice however the hill to walk up needs some youth and energy. Plenty of taxis though if you can’t make it up there or want to save your energy.

Loved it. Would have loved a bar and restaurant there as well but plenty in the town centre.

The infinity pool was amazing, apartment very very large and clean and staff were lovely and accomodating.

Nothing, (well maybe walking uphill but worth the views). This is our second stay.
