We had the deluxe king room (room 18) and it was fabulous. It had recently been updated and it was so clean. We loved how it was decorated. The room overlooks the pool with the sea beyond. Everything is provided, even a washing machine! The café downstairs makes excellent breakfasts and lunches. It was a 20 minute walk into the main part of town along the boardwalk. Highly recommend this place!

I loved everything about the property, but if I had to critique something, I would say the toilet paper needs to be improved. It is single ply, like tissue paper. A higher quality would be appreciated.

View from the room was excellent, with a nice balcony and plenty of space. Spacious room with 2 beds, walk in robe, spacious lounge overlooking Shingley Beach and nearby park. The front outdoor pool was nice and refreshing (cool water, however, outdoor temps were 30 degrees, so it didn't matter). Stunning blue colour at night 💙. Outdoor spa and plunge pool were in a different section, with warm water. The hotel felt like you were in a European country. Airport bus was at the doorstep and Whitsunday boat tour was only a 15 minute walk away.

Outdoor spa didn't have any outdoor lights on at 8pm nor a way to activate spa bubbles (if there were any). The bathroom was a little dated without an extraction fan. The main shopping precinct was a 25 minute fast walk away, some bicycles for complementary hire at the hotel would have made the experience a bit more accessible.

We had such a lovely stay at Shingley Beach, the apartment was stunning with great ocean views, it was really spacious with a good lounge and kitchen area and a really generous balcony. There are two apartment buildings, one at the front and another behind but on a steep hill, we were in the front building but based on the steep hill i assume the apartments behind also had a good view. There was also a lovely restaurant and some cafes within a short walking distance which was great.

Great place to stay. Facilities were clean and kitchen well equipped. Coffee shop on site is very good. Pools lovely. Air con awesome. View great. Position good just out of busyness of town but not too far too walk in.

We weren't aware there are lots of stairs to get to your room And no lifts. That's ok when it's just you walking but hard to navigate with your luggage. should be mentioned also in case potential guests have inability to navigate so many stairs.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment (No. 9) The view was stunning and the 2 bedrooms upstairs were a great size each with their own spacious bathrooms. The resort is out of town but not too far so it's nice and quiet and very pretty.

Having to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to our apartment & then another flight to get to our bedroom, The living area is tiny and there is no way 6 adults fit in it. Kitchen had no space. Chairs around the dining table were squashed in to fit 6 chairs. 2 pools one a plunge pool which was heated and the other in the front of the building so after walking down 2 flights of stairs to get out of your apartment you had to walk down a steep driveway or more stairs to get to the main pool.

We liked everything about this resort. Our apartment was fantastic. Very spacious with a comfortable interior for relaxing in the evening. An excellent kitchen area which had all that we needed to self cater. The bedroom and bathroom were really nice and big. The pool was very clean. Easy access along the boardwalk made for a lovely stroll into town. Shingley beach is at the quieter end. We would recommend these apartments.

There was nothing.

The views were spectacular from both balconies. It was spacious and very clean. Very well equipped with detergent provided and the bag of ice was a lifesaver! The staff were so lovely and friendly and very helpful. The pools were an added bonus. Very good value for money. Would highly recommend this property.

Nothing. It was a little dated but this did not take away from the enjoyment and comfort.

No restaurant (although stated restaurant in advertising) and very steep walk up to the top 2brm apartments with access to a pool with no seating...only front rooms have a large pool with seating etc Also very little interaction with staff and very little information given at check in regarding local places to eat etc

The staff were brilliant. We made this booking at the last minute as my wife became sick and we needed somewhere for 2 nights. The property was immaculately clean. Whilst it is dated they are in the process of upgrading the units and everything you need is there. The studio was large enough for us. It is quiet as the road it’s on is a cull de sac so not a lot of traffic.

The only negative is the mobile signal is bad there but the complex wifi was great.

We absolutely loved our stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. We were so impressed with the abundance of supplies....eg coffee, toilet paper, etc. The beds were comfortable. The lovely lady at reception was very welcoming. The pool areas were beautiful and clean. The views were incredible. We will definitely come back and l will tell all my friends about how amazing the resort is. Thanks so much.
