Beautiful pools with amazing views of the Whitsundays. Rooms were spacious and clean. Large living and kitchen area . Loved the shower gel and lotion. Michelle at reception was fantastic. Michelle is an asset to the hotel ..very friendly and helpful ..from the moment we stepped into reception we were acknowledged and felt very welcome ..thank you Michelle Also maintenance staff were also very polite and friendly. Would definitely return to this hotel ..absolutely beautiful ..so close to restaurants and shops..but up a small hill just enough get the views. Transport to airport picked us up at reception ..unlike others that make you walk to the street. It’s the little things that add up to being special

Location, size of the apartment was great for a family, very clean, had 3 pools and a spa, very central and close to everything,we have found our new holiday apartment

Wonderful from the balcony of the ocean. Clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation. I was a bit worried about the reviews regarding the hill, but they were unfounded. Although a small slope and a long run up with steps to the apartment it was fine. No where near as bad as the reviews made out. We managed to walk into town and up the slope (Not hill) quite a few times.

Little bit of touch up maintenance but nothing that bothered us. Needs a pair of scissors.

The property was in close proximity to the supermarket and Main Street if Airlie Beach and had stunning water views

It had a really steep driveway making it very difficult to bring shopping back to the apartment. The grounds needed to be tidied up. The first apartment we had had a faulty hot water system so we were moved to another. My husband cleaned the filter in the a/c unit to make it more effective and I cleaned the oven. We had to get a plumber and electrician in to fix the kitchen sink and to replace a broken power point.

the view was amazing and we were only on the first floor! bed was super comfy and the room had everything we needed. we will be returning in the future. the location was spot on. we did day trips and wandered and it was centre of town with a short walk. only thing to be aware of is the huge hill. but was well worth it! the staff were friendly and helped us to check in late with no issue. hardly any noise from other guests. when arriving there was light music playing and the room was lovely and inviting!

the pillows are super thick and uncomfortable. there were a few broken louvers and the aircon was very dirty. but all still well worth the stay!

Location, light and bright, comfortable beds and overall a very spacious apartment. The pools were amazing! Parking was great.

Only chatted with 2 staff members, one was so lovely and one it was like we were a burden. We wish the cafe was open but understand maybe we were there in an off-peak time (end of March). There weren’t a lot of standard inclusions I usually see at other hotels, like pool towels, bathroom essentials (ear buds etc.) but everything that was there was great.

Great location - a few minutes walk from the main attractions on Airlie Beach and not too far up the steep hill (yay!). The view from the room was beautiful and absolutely loved the infinity pool. Comfortable and clean. Despite the little hiccups with our room, we had a lovely stay.

Room was recently renovated and still had a few kinks - e.g main bedroom door didn't close (had to prop up a chair to hold it shut), ensuite sink water taps were mislabelled (hot was cold), other bathroom door handle was loose and came off. We only stayed one night, so made it work. Few other surprises- coffee machine mentioned in the amenities yet no coffee pods available plus no wifi in the apartment (which would be a must for tourists on a longer stay)

Property has 3 pools and a spa with a great view as it is uphill. It is close to main cafe and shops street, the beach and esplanade pools. Close to Woolworths. It is uphill but manageable for the views and peace. Our 2 bedroom apartment was nice and comfortable. No issues. Washing machine and dryer was great to have. Could use the facilities before and after check in/out.

10 days later bond money that they put hold on at check in, $200.00, still not released. Also pool towels are for rent.

The property was clean and well appointed. The additional outdoor entertaining areas were excellent and the BBQ area was a bonus with plenty of seating. The view was spectacular and the location so handy to all facilities, activities and events.

The hole in the ceiling on the balcony where the water from the upstairs balcony flowed directly onto our balcony. Luckily we were not sitting at the outdoors table on the 2 mornings in a row that the waterfall occurred.

Location at the bottom of the hill was great and pools/view were great

We were overlooking the road which was a bit noisy.Overall things could do with some maintenance. The walkways between rooms were very dirty and need pressure washing. Very minimal kitchen utensils/crockery etc supplied. Would happily pay extra to have the linen/towels changed halfway through the week.
