Lovely location and loads of space throughout - definitely has wow feature when you arrive! Definitely clean and tidy, the rooms have been furnished with thoughtful and functional furniture. Spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances, lovely well kept gardens and pretty pool area. The use of the buggy is awesome!! the inclusion of Netflix great on the TV!

The fans needs some attention, some missing their dial, broken or dial fallen through wall etc. Would also suggest for a 6 night stay a few more amenities be supplied (more than 3 dishwasher tabs for example) and a lid on the bin would be great given the crawlies around!!

It was our 2nd time staying at the Pinnacle within 12 months period- we absolutely love it! Very spacious, clean, comfortable to stay in. The staff are very friendly, not to mention the complimentary buggy is a big bonus!

Not a huge issue , but It would have been great for the apartments to have some basic condiments in the kitchen- oil, salt, pepper, butter etc. It seems like previous guests have purchased some stuff which they left behind for us, and we have done the same. But it would have been even more perfect if the apartment does have standard condiments for guests.

Great view from the balcony, very quiet location and overall a very modern apartment with as new appliances. The apartment would be a bit difficult for people with walking disabilities but we were fine with the steps. The other great factor was the staff, their response rate and their caring attitude as this is what is missing in a lot of complexes....congratulations to Hamilton Island Holiday Apartment staff.

The pillows were very high and could have done with some flatter ones.....that is about it for the negatives.

Trip to Hamilton Island went very well. We were contacted prior to arrival to confirm ferry arrival time. We were met by a staff member with a bus to transport our luggage to the apartment. We collected the buggy at the same time. The apartment was spacious and clean. The view was spectacular with a mix of the ocean and trees. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, knives etc. Bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Having to leave the island.

Included golf buggy was great. Was definitely needed to get around the island. The apartment was lovely and spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs were great. Bbq on the balcony was also a great addition!

The sofa bed in the living area needs replacing, it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Apartment could also do with a lick of paint to freshen up the decor.

Nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the apartment. Well equipped and functional. The bedding is also very comfortable. The staff is helpful, clear in its explanations, understanding and conciliatory. The location is perfect and offers a very nice view at sunset. You reach the marina in 15/20 minutes walk. And it’s really great to have this buggy available.

There is a coffee machine missing in an apartment of this standing.

Quiet location but easy access to all popular locations with buggy provided. Clean. The best part is the Kitchen appliances and all utilities were almost new. Rice cooker and air fryer are the highlight of the property. Can’t rate higher.

Dinning table in our apartment is reclaimed wood with rough surface cannot be cleaned properly with tissues.

The tenants in apartment 4 held a loud party that continued until approximately 3:00 AM. The music and noise levels were excessive and made it extremely difficult to sleep or relax in my own unit. Despite the late hour, the noise persisted

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location with a limited but stunning view. Superb Vista of the sea through palms and other flora. Tranquil, peaceful yet close to the pool. Short buggy ride to beautiful marina or beach. Trip to Whitehaven and Chalk beach is a must! Make the effort to do the Bush tracks to Pinnacle point and Coral Cove. Well worth it!

A well equipped apartment but hated using metal utensils on non stick pans. Some wooden or plastic utensils please. Buggy was a but tired and slow on the hills with a full load but replaced with a brand new GT version on our last day. Next guests should have fun!
