Great location for marina and main town. Just a 10 mins walk in. Crystal was lovely and made sure our room was super clean and tidy, which was massively appreciated!

Whilst the location and staff are wonderful and rooms clean, the complex could do with some updating/modernisation, including the beds/kitchens etc. We didn’t use the pool, mainly due to it being a bit barren and dirty. Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay- ideal if you’re visiting.

First, the staff was amazing. When we arrived, we had just heard that two of our tours to the Whitsunday Islands were canceled. Crystal from the front desk spent a lot of time calling different tour companies on her own cell phone to try to book us something else. We succeeded in replacing at least one of the canceled tours. Throughout our stay, she tried her best to help us with whatever we needed. The location of the apartments is great. In a few minutes, you're at the transit terminal (Greyhound buses) and the port where many tours leave. The center of Airlie is very busy, but the apartments are just far away enough not to be bothered by this. Everything was clean, and the balcony provided a very nice view of the harbor. The apartments had everything that we needed.

Lovely apartments with sea view. Good size rooms and had everything we needed. The balcony was fantastic, very relaxing to sit out there and enjoy the view. A short walk into the centre of town and good location for pick ups for trips which all stopped somewhere at the street.

It was a steep walk up the hill to the apartments and I wouldn’t have liked to have driven a car up either, not that much can be done about this, but it was something I wish I’d known in advance so I could prepare for taking the suitcase up the hill. That said most places in the area seemed to be on a hill. If I’m being a little picky the bed was a bit hard for my preference, but I slept fine, so again personal preference.

The room was small but was as described, the balcony was great and offered a beautiful view. the location was close to downtown so easy to get anywhere on foot. The apartment, although dated, was clean. The Ned was very comfortable.

there was no indication on the listing that there are no elevators in the building, which could make it difficult for some to get to their apartment. Ours was on the third floor. Luckily someone was there when we checked in to help us with our luggage when we checked in.

The property was beautifully spacious with everything you need. The views were wonderful and everything was clean and tidy.

The stairs, but understand to get the views you need to go up the stairs! If you have any mobility issues make sure to request the 1st floor.

The view from our room was amazing. Very close to everything so you could walk. Staff very accommodating for us as we had a boat with us so they arranged for garaging it.

Being an older complex we could here people above us walking around. The neighbouring room was so close we could hear all there noises until 3 am some nights. People smoking on there balconies made it a little in pleasant to sit outside.

May be difficult for older travellers as steep entrance and no lift but this wasn't a problem for us. Outside the apartments could be updated

cleanliness was ok but not great floor was a little dusty. Public areas eg staircase floor walls in need of broad cleaning. Whilst we didn’t have an issue we’re not made aware that the property was walk up as opposed to a lift need to inform clients as those with limited mobility would have real issues. We were in Apartment 4A. Access to property very steep plus stairs makes it challenging

The property was in a great location (quite end of town) very roomy apartment, clean and Crystal was amazingly helpful for anything that you needed.

There was no lift so if you have problems getting up stairs then it maybe a bit of an issue. Crystal was more than happy to help with your bags if you need a hand.

Beautiful spacious apartment with a gorgeous view. Was perfect for our group of friends - each of the three couples got a lovely room. Full kitchen and laundry in the unit was a huge bonus. Made good use of the communal pool and bbq facilities as well. Great location, walking distance to the main town centre of Airlie Beach. Crystal at reception was so lovely 🙂
