The room was fresh, clean, comfortable and had new appliances. The new manager Karen was extremely friendly and obliging to ensure she was there to greet my partner and give him our room key even though I had received a text message earlier in the day to say it was in the key safe. The room and service were excellent, and I highly recommend this accommodation. We were in Mossman visiting family and all aspects of our stay at Demi View were incredibly positive and we look forward to returning soon.

There was absolutely nothing I could fault with our stay at Demi View Motel. Everything was how it should be, and our stay there was comfortable and relaxing.

Receptionist was wonderful., very welcoming and shared local travel info. Location was great. Very short drive to Mosman Gorge visitor center and walking distance to restaurants. Room was clean and had shower and beach towels.

There's one washer/ dryer on site but the dryer was awful. We were told it only works on medium. After 3 cycles ($9) our clothes still had to be hung up to dry

Lovely staff, go out of their way to be kind and friendly. Covered parking directly outside our room, so convenient. Very clean, nice blankets, sheets. Nice pool with pool towels provided. Fridge, toaster and kettle provided. Quiet.

No cooking allowed in rooms, so no microwave to reheat. Strange that the toilet is directly in front of the door of the shower.

The management was outstanding and has made some recent big improvements which we really appreciated. Check in was easy, the room was very clean, beds comfy and lots of hot water. There are coin operated washing machines and dryers which we used. No complaints whatsoever from us !

The exterior appearance is a little rundown with a closed restaurant at the front but don’t be put off by this as the new management is making improvements

It is the first time that we haven't had to ask for extra pillows in any motel or hotel. Thank you. Also, the provision of "real" coffee bags for our morning cuppa was very much appreciated.

There was no internet connection available. Apparently, the Telstra connection is at fault.

In the kitchen equipment is missing to make own breafast (bowls, cuttlery). However, communal kitchen is ok.

The motel is located close to the shopping centre, and there are several cafes and restaurants well within walking distance. The motel was very clean and and service was excellent. Staff was always ready to help with any queries and overall it was a great place to stop for a few days

The couple who manage the Motel were lovely. The location was good and room comfortable. A little outdated and one of the most expensive of this standard motel we have paid- however you are at the gateway of the Daintree and Mossman Gorge.

We always go and stay there just for a few days or a week. Karen and her partner are lovely people, always welcoming and interacting with guests. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

The manager was extending helpful and friendly. Allowed us to leave our luggage the next day so we could ride up to the gorge. The rooms are clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and soft linen. The camp kitchen at the back of the hotel is well stocked and a nice place to sit and meet other guests. Highly recommend.
