The facilities are well maintained and interaction with all management/staff was great, whole environment really pleasant & remarkably quiet. Having a little balcony to sit outside was lovely. The unexpected early check-in was really very welcome. Information provided re eating out was on the money.

This is a cute place. We enjoyed meeting other families in the common areas. And the pool was refreshing.

We turned in our keys, and then the manager was upset with us for taking another 10 minutes to move our belongings to the car. They stood in front of our porch and barked at us because we were taking too long, and they wanted to clean. We left an hour before check-out time, so it was just odd. Otherwise, we loved this place.

The traffic noise in the mornings and the lack of privacy between the double bed and the single bed. Maybe a partition or attractive screen between them could be an option?

We had a pool side villa. We were able to watch our older child in the pool while our baby was able to play inside. The resort manager was so friendly and gave us so much information. The pool area was lovely. We had access to a cot.

The only that wasn't perfect if i was being a princess is the beds wern't the softest and lushest and three in the bed, when the baby was done with being in the cot on his own, was uncomfortable. (That's not the resorts fault, its just the only thing i didn't like about our stay).

Very good location. Close to shopping and Mossman gorge. Very comfortable beds. In quiet location.

A bit dated. Toilet seat needs fixing, no shelf in shower to place my own shampoo, soap etc. parking spaces are way too tight, especially for 4WD’s.

We are so in love with this gem! Simon is beyond helpful! The grounds and cabins are immaculate. The cabins are huge and well appointed. Super clean. We are just so impressed!!!

The lady in the office was lovely and polite, check in was so easy and stress free. We had a group of 16 people and celebrated a birthday party in the resort, the staff were more than happy to accommodate our needs without complaint. We had 4 rooms and every room was as beautiful as the next, with complementary cereal packets and a free ice machine for use at your leisure. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed the whole experience.

We were referred to the Bowling Club for dinner and it was friendly and had Bingo on the night, it kept the kids entertained. It was a much better experience than some of the other fancier hotels that we stayed at.

The pool was not heated and was a bit chilly, but nothing that would stop us from coming back.

We arrived late and it was no problem. We were very well received. They were extremely friendly at the reception. The room was big. The location was nice and close to Mossman Gorge. It was easy to drive to other sightings.

Ants. When we arrived, there was a pile of dirt in the room, probably from the ant gang on the wall. Be very careful what you leave out of the fridge. The ant gang is very quick. There was a couple of spiders and cockroaches in the room, but maybe it is to be expected in the rainforest. The couches needs a little attention when cleaning.

Staff very hospitable. Great hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Communal kitchen and bbq was very well equipped. Pool was great. Not far from Mossman Gorge,the Daintree or Port Douglas. A very relaxing stay.
