We loved everything from the minute we arrived. We were greeted warmly by Mike, he suggested we go settle in then come back to the cellar door for our wine tasting. Mike was so easy to chat with about the wines, food and the surrounding areas. Our dome tent was amazing! We were blown away by the comforts supplied. The cheese board was delicious as was the wine. We went for a wander through the vineyard on dusk. As the sun set we sat on our very private deck with our fire raging and wallabies jumping all around us. We were woken by a beautiful sunrise. Breakfast at Moon Lily was amazing. We were given a $25 voucher by our host.

There is nothing to dislike.

Every little detail was thought of and comfortable in every way. I started with a wine tasting at the cellar door which was a great opportunity to meet the hosts and made me feel welcome straight away. It is great to have hosts hands on, which ensures a good experience. The setting both inside and in the vineyard is so peaceful. Even with some rain, I woke to the stars and didn't need to go outside to see them. The voucher for breakfast is a nice touch and the location I chose received me warmly. I will be back when visiting this part of Tasmania. The hosts have created a gem of a tourist attraction.!

Brilliant, the location was very central. The dome was a lot of fun!!! But the true experience is the host, Doug and his wife Corrie and Hannah. Nothing was unobtainable, they personally pick up pizza so you are well fed in the evening and vouchers are provided for the breakfast recommendations in Beaconsfield and Exeter, both were excellent! Doug produces a very rare amarone ( the only one in tassie, I think) the 2024 will be released soon….. This stay is value for money!!!! Don’t miss it.

Loved the venue. Doug the owner was unbelievably friendly, warm and accomodating, making you feel at home. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The cheese platter waiting for you in your dome was such a wonderful touch, plus pizza delivered to our dome after an afternoon of wine tasting was so convenient.

If you're looking for a spectacular getaway, Domeescapes Tasmania is the perfect destination. From start to finish, everything about this place is amazing. The accommodations are comfortable and stylish, and provide a unique experience that's hard to find elsewhere. But what really sets Domeescapes Tasmania apart is the beautiful surroundings--the stunning views, the warm sun, and the relaxing winery vibe. I only wish I had stayed longer to soak it all in. Overall, I would highly recommend Domeescapes Tasmania to anyone looking for a truly special vacation. Whether you're a wine lover or just seeking a peaceful retreat, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing wine tasting before a short drive to the dome. Beautiful cheeseboard and bottle of wine on arrival. Toasty fire with marshmallows included was the perfect way to settle in for the night, we also arranged for the add on tasting platter which was incredible.

Doug from the swinging gate vineyard was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the wines during our tasting . He also delivered Puzzas to our Domescope to enjoy with his fabulous wine , sitting outside around the fire pit ,under the stars . It was perfect !!!!!!!

The serenity. The pods are luxurious. Has everything needed for a wonderful stay. Go to the cellar door and check out the lovely wine and then go back to the pod and enjoy the stunning cheese board left in the really cool fridge. We sat out on the deck and enjoyed being close to the vines and watching the sun set, it was beautiful.

Loved staying at Domescapes. Enjoyed the complementary wine tasting, bottle of wine and cheese. Lovely people at the cellar door. Close to lots of other lovely wineries.

The linen was a little dated e.g. the towels need replacing. Cleanliness could have been better. There was a mark on one of the pillow cases and an item was left under the bed from a previous guest.

The location was amazing and the owners looked after us extremely well. We had a complementary wine tasting at their wine cellar and a cheese board in the room. They also went into town and collected pizza for us. Was an amazing experience. The domes were unique, with great views and very clean.
