Excellent use of living space including table and 2 chairs, toaster, kettle, microwave, so working and eating at table was easy. Short walk to buy morning paper. Half block further for supermarket. Short drive or longer walk to East Gippsland Art Gallery and even closer for a wide range of restaurants. Air conditioner and ceiling fan, plus windows that opened in bedroom and bathroom, made it easy to control room temperature, both day and night. Staff available and quick to respond to our needs, even 'after hours'. Multiple power points -- just carry an extension cord and double adapter/s so you can work at table while charging a laptop. Good wifi connection.

The electric blanket worked well on one side of bed, but not on the other side of bed. As we decided not to have the room serviced during our multi-day stay, we did not ask for the electric blanket to be replaced. Once this is fixed, it's five stars for facilities.

Wasn’t told anything about breakfast, it wasn’t advertised as such. Shower was nice and hot and the block out binds in bedroom was good. Appears to be a old place and could do with being repainting overall nice place and quiet bonus is walking distance to Woolies, Aldi, Harris Scafe,post office only 4 minutes walk plus other places.

Found the TV was hard to get programming to start with, after about 3 minutes it started working. Place needs a fresh coat of paint in the rooms, most annoying thing is the young lady who does reception also does the cleaning of rooms so front desk is not always attended and emails don’t get responded to quickly.

We ordered a continental breakfast and my 93 year old friend and I were delighted with the spread including at our request Weetbix Toast and butter, Iced Coffee drinks two apples and apple fruit juice boxes. Our host was incredibly obliging and even offered to drive us back to where my friends new electric car was being “fast” charged!!! The double family room was comfortable and quiet despite being opposite reception . Would thoroughly recommend - very handy too to centre of Bairnsdale as name suggests .

A lot of the parking space is gravel and therefore not clearly delineated.

We stayed just for 1 night to be in Bairnsdale for a netball carnival. Was a older style room but freshened up with paint and styling. Convenient to stay with the family ready for the next day.

Parking space was a little tight for a larger car. We also had our space taken up by others because it was easier for their large car (I guess).

I appreciated that there was cold water in the fridge. The room was well presented and clean. There were enough towels and cups, coffee, etc. There weren't any tea bags, but that was fine with us. In general, I found it a perfect place for a stop over during a long trip.

there's cupboards on top of the beds that are very uncomfortable. They are unnecessary and should be removed.

I found Bairnsdale Town Central Motel to be perfectly adequate for my stay in Bairnsdale. It has a great position, close to the main road through the town, yet far enough away to be very quiet. The facilities were in keeping with this style of accommodation.

The room was the cleanest we have stayed in this entire holiday. The cleaner had done an exceptional job. Every inch of the room was spotless. We were very happy

We were woken up around 10pm by people laughing and yelling to each other outside our room. When we went outside there was a box of empty alcohol containers beside our door which might explain the noise.

No breakfast but a VERY central location so finding breakfast was easy. The room had a toaster, electric jug and a microwave but only cups, glasses and teaspoons, so other items need to be brought. Jug of cold water in the fridge was appreciated. Lots of tea, coffee and sugar provided.

Towels were a little small and thin - but very clean.

Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants. I booked family room. Its value for money. Didn't had any issues.

They had provided cutlery and cups. Suggest to provided cups as per No of guests. We had 5 members only three cups received.
