Clean , roomy and very pleasant views

I was told my key would be at reception. When I arrived everything was locked and a cleaner let me in. There was a map of where my room was, but as the front and back of the building were not marked, I did not know what end to go to. I had very heavy bags so I parked at the far end of the resort near where I thought my room was indicated. My room was actually the total other end of the building. I was too scared to walk back in the dark to later move my car and get other things out of it. The exterior lighting at the walkway and doorway entrance (pool end of the building) appeared to be not working. I was very nervous alighting my car in such darkness. As I was travelling alone I found this distressing.

The staff were wonderful, especially Sue on the front desk - nothing was too much trouble. The bed was lovely and comfy and the kitchen was well equipped.

The couch in the room was very hard and tiny. The gym had no towels or cleaning products so you could wipe down the equipment after use. Some of the equipment could use a service too. This is the only resort I have ever stayed at that doesn't provide pool towels! Found this very poor given the resort title and price. Couldn't find the walkway to the beach as there was no signage to indicate the appropriate path through the golf course.

Lovely rooms. Bed was comfy and huge, could probably fit 3 medium adults. Lol. Pillows were soft. Apartment had everything you need. They came and replaced the towels everyday and made the bed, which was nice. Smart TV was handy. Was a great location if U like golf and if you have a car. We didn't have a chance to swim or eat at the restaurant. My husband did use the gym. I didn't walk to the beach because I couldn't find the walking track. Lol

The only thing we didn't like was the couch wasn't all that comfortable, but that's not a huge downer.

It is a lovely place. The only damper for us was the weather,which has nothing to do with the place. Due to the weather we could not make use of the pool or go to the beach so we'll have to come back again in summer.😅

I think they could add a few more utensils like bowls in their kitchen. My kids love cereal in the morning, and it would have been lovely to have these. Paper towel would also be a good addition if possible.

Fabulous small apartment for a couple. Close to driving range and chipping/ putting area. Located within the 13th Beach golf course resort. Wonderful golf course and facilities. Only complaint- no breakfast available at the accommodation. However, short 10min drive into Barwon Heads.

Convenient, clean and easy to access

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with configurations made for four friends (4 beds) the pool looks fabulous for a hot day! Huge and great lounges around it!

Not sound proof enough as when 2 families left early before checkout the noise woke us all up which wasn’t great! The toilet was in the bathroom so that made it difficult! Wish the pool was heated!

Rooms were spacious, full kitchen was very handy, nice balcony to have breakfast and dinner on. Netflix/wifi was great for the kids. Washing machine and dryer were also very handy as well.

The pool and BBQ facilities are great however the pool would have benefited from being covered by a shade sail.

The proximity to the golf course. Friendly staff. Cleanliness

When we saw the state were great, so friendly. But when we needed extra towels we couldn’t find anyone. There were no spare blankets or towels in the room. The couch was not very comfortable. The bed was average.

Great apartment and location

Charging $30 extra for a flimsy portacot seems a bit steep in my opinion. The portacot that was setup for us sells for $59 at baby bunting and is definitely on the poorer quality side. If I had of known this was the cot offered I would have brought my own

We enjoyed our stay at Barwon Heads Resort. The people are friendly and the place is clean. We enjoyed our room with the view overlooking the golf course in tranquil surroundings listening to the waves in the ocean which wasn't far away.

Heated swimming pool rather than unheated and a ladder for climbing in and out.
