The outside of the apartments ie dirty balcony glass, cobwebs around the windows and the rubbish at the front garden at the fence of the Buckle apartment need urgent attention as well as a large hole in the eaves above the rubbish bins at the back of the apartments. This really lets down the look of the apartments down, which is a shame as this was not a problem under the previous owners.

Loved the location - a comfortable walking distance away from the restaurant we wanted to go to (IGNI) and the cafe further away (Cartel Coffee). I also liked the comfortable big bed, the dedicated parking, and the newly renovated bathroom with supplied clean towels and hotel/sample sized bathroom amenities. We booked the ground floor, so had access to the outside area which was great for a breather. I had a great sleep. Friendly host as well, who sent clear check in instructions and was easy to communicate with.

Bathroom was a little small, and right next to the bedroom. The wash basin is a little small too. Photos make it look a little bigger than apartment actually is (classic). My partner could hear the cars going down the road all night, as the location is opposite the hospital. Smart TV instructions were a little complex to connect to.

We loved the location, it was really modern and the bed was so comfortable. The place was so quiet too. Shower was amazing, huge tv and overall a spacious room.

Only 2 things. The bathroom sink was so small it was hard not to splash water everywhere. The only other negative was the toilet wasn’t clean and I got a surprise when I lifted the lid if you know what I mean.

A very nice, well equipped room central to everything in Geelong. The decor is stylish but practical and the bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in hired accommodation.

A bit of a glitch on check-in. resolved easily. The polished concrete floor could do with a rug next to the bed in winter - minor issue.

I've stayed at a couple of the other Apartments within the Nomads Nest, though this was the first time in the 'Moorabool'. It's at the back of the building on the top floor, so away from street noise. It's incredibly comfortable. Great couch, solid side tables, appropriate size TV, big comfy King bed, good size balcony and very well laid out. Really spacious for two people. I'd highly recommend this apartment for a romantic weekend or week away.

A lift would have been great for us older folks. Water pressure in the shower very weak. Basin in ensuite too small. A bit pricey. When we first booked it was $269 . Then we realised we had the wrong date and after correction the price was $269.. AQ bread knife would be good.

The room was modern and very clean the bathroom was modern and fantastic, the bed and pillows were very comfortable best nights sleep quiet location lovely helpful staff. Big cool fridge, clean fresh powerful air conditioner was a dream come true. The room and walkways smelled amazing the staff and cleaners take great care of the place and guests. I would definitely stay again thank you

Nomads Nest Geelong is perfectly located between GMHBA stadium and the main promenade and shops (10 min walk in either direction). The room had everything we could possibly need (including Netflix!), it was tidy and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! Our towels and linen were changed over after 2 nights which was a nice touch to make our stay even more pleasant. The apartment was also quite stylish with tasteful decor and wall-art. We also really appreciated having a private car space as public parking around Geelong is pretty much always capped at 2-3 hours. Could not rate this place high enough! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a Geelong getaway.

The bathroom basin was slightly small and there wasn't much room to prepare/cook food. But honestly this wasn't a problem as we weren't looking to eat-in during our stay. There was a short walk up a few flights of stairs to the top apartment (Moorabool One-bedroom Apartment) where we stayed which may make it not as accessible for people with mobility issues.

Loved the location and parking facilities. Very private and secure. The bed was sooo comfortable and the kitchen facilities were really good. It had everything you needed if you wanted to prepare a meal. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

I've stayed in 3 of the Apartments at the Nomads Nest and they're beautifully presented. With a 'no children' policy, it's always extremely quiet. Beds are comfortable, rooms are always clean and the building is a solid construction - limiting external noises further.

Toilet seat was loose, so slid around and the shelf in the shower was is pulling away from the wall, so hang at 45°. A couple of small fixes that I'd suggest doing before guests stay.
