It was clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed for a short stay. All of the beds and pillows we’re comfortable. The kitchenette had no cooktop or oven but did have a fridge ,microwave and there was a large bbq and outdoor eating area. Each room had indoor and outdoor area. It was just a shame the pool was out of action when we stayed. The bathroom was clean.

The pool was not open due to maintenance issues. Everything else was great

Loved the layout, with the door opening straight onto the pool. The room itself was clean, good size, perfect for me and my two boys.

Pool had been used a lot as it was peak season and the water seemed dirty. There were large families around us who took over the pool and were up late and smoking close by which was a bit annoying, but couldn’t be helped.

Clean and modern with a good size kitchenette with all the essentials you need. Direct access to the pool from the patio which the kids enjoyed. Daily cleaning service which you don’t always find in motels.

The NBN/wifi did not work during the first 2 days of our stay, making booking restaurants and checking out local info very difficult. For some reasons our Optus mobile data run extremely slow in the motel, but seemed to work great in most parts of Ocean Grove.

Hi, I'm still waiting for acknowledgement from Riverside Ocean Grove for the payment for the last night which wasn't used. I was told a 'complimentary 1 night stay' could be arranged. No return email so far.

everything about the place was amazing lovely location close to all necessities. we had the whole area to our selves. My kids enjoyed it too..

Clean, large room with everything I needed. Staff were great and let me check in early as I was not going to be back til late.

Went to make a a couple of hot drinks not hard with only one cup in the apartment which was a let down

The room was clean when I arrived. I was given a jug of fresh milk at reception for use in the room which was very handy. The area was nice and quiet and I was not bothered by any other guests. Good easy parking and close to the room.

Powerpoints were not available near the little dinner table to work, charge laptop and phone. Had to pull out the bed to find a PowerPoint that did not mean leaving items on the ground in the kitchen. The bedhead was not fixed to the bed just leaning against the wall, would suggest they look at fixing this.
