We loved the staff !!! Walked in the door from the rooftop carpark to be met by Michael and 2 others, my husband commented that our welcome was rockstar level ! Not bad for a couple from Armadale. Reception was wonderful, Maarja-liis and Grant , well wow , give these two an award, wonderful, professional, friendly, and just lovely. They were so helpful, we got into the room early, Grant made sure i got a bottle of red for my birthday. It really is the little things that count. We went to ZZ Top on the first night, the next morning we were asked how the concert was. Staff that actually care and take notice of clients are irreplaceable. We have cancelled our staycation in august to crown in perth to come back. Thank you so much to all that made us feel so special on my birthday escape, august is Wayne's birthday...... LOL just saying.. he drinks ssb 🤣 Oh and you really do have the best steak sandwich.
Nothing. Was just devine

I like everything about my stay. I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff; everyone was friendly, smiling, and ready to help with my luggage. The entrance was beautiful, and my room was spotless. Everything was well organised. And I appreciate the stuff. For the hard work they do there. And the cleaning lady is super nice, she comes and helps move the towels, well, extra towels.
I didn’t like that I had to pay for the drinks, including the sparkling water and the chocolate, as well as for the snacks in the fridge. I thought these items would be included in the stay, except for the wine, which I understand is expensive. This was the only aspect I didn’t like; I believe they should clarify this policy. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience for me.

Everything was great looking, same as in the pictures which was a great start. Our room was facing west so the city and river sunset views were great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed there for my partners’ birthday and our second anniversary and we got spoiled with a bottle of sparkling and a really nice card. Special mention to Laura from the staff at breakfast who came to us for a little chat and congratulations when she heard us singing Happy Birthday. The hotel in general is well decorated. Rooms are comforatable, with nice linen and a good bed. Bathroom and shower nice as well. Great location too. Close to the cbd in a walkable distance and really close to the river for a nice walk. Thank you so much for making our stay so special! We highly recommend and will be back!

"The hotel's location was fantastic, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. They even offered a nice touch by bringing our bags to the room. The in house restaurants were top-notch, and we enjoyed the complimentary wine or beer at check-in. Plus, the free water in the lobby was a thoughtful amenity to re full your plastic bottles.
"Parking was conveniently located in the Wilsons parking building attached to the Pan Pacific, but be aware that it can get pricey - up to $40 per exit, which adds up quickly if you're coming and going frequently. Luckily, we were able to leave our car parked and enjoy exploring the city on foot. On a separate note, we were incorrectly charged for minibar items we didn't consume, but fortunately, the overall experience was still fantastic."

The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The staff at the facility were so friendly and professional. The breakfast was amazing. There was so much choice. It's a very quiet location, ideally located near the foreshore. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy that much as the weather was terrible but we will return when the weather is better and we can take full advantage of the location.
We chose to have dinner at the Hill St Bar within Pan Pacific. This was our only disappointment. The service was very slow, they got the order wrong, we had to remind them that we had ordered drinks a few times and when the food came out it was cold and serving sizes were small for the price. Very disappointing for a facility to be of such poor standard within this amazing hotel.

Located in the heart of the city, the hotel was close to everything. I paid only $12 taxi to get to the Market Street shopping area. My room was super spacious. The bed was huge, soft and the pillows lovely to sleep on. The casual sports bar, Hill Street, is open for cheap weekday lunches and late evening coffees. The pool is not big but is a good facility to have available. I was impressed with the fitness centre. Plenty of tea and coffee available. The bathroom toiletries were a bonus-toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, mouthwash. The handbasin and body lotion felt high end. Free wifi worked well. The valets, housekeeping and other hotel staff were always friendly. The free water refill station came in handy.
Considering the premium price per night of my stay, I was disappointed that I had a locked connecting room with families. Some who were noisy. I can't fathom why management would think it sensible to put families in a guest room next to a single person. The connecting door set up filtered nothing. Across from my room was a housekeeping area and it was busy during the day and noisy as well. Noone in the hotel can close a door quietly. Everyone slams them with force! I don't know why. The tv was great- big screen, but I couldn't access my paid TV streaming channels. I would have loved a chair in my room, but the sofa couch was ok.

The upgrades in decor have really improved the comfort and impression of the hotel. Our room was exactly as it is shown on the website. I loved the Jo Loves bathroom products, along with the bathrooms decor upgrade(marble) really elevated the bathroom experience. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
The hotel advertised soundproofing however I don’t believe this is exactly correct. As there was a lot of banging which could be heard from outside or downstairs ??? Also voices in the foyer. While they offer a range of pillows it was hard to find a soft one. However these are small mentions in an over all lovely stay.

We stayed 6 nights (Dec 29 - Jan 4) in the riverview room, floor 15. The view from the room was spectacular. The room was recently refurbished, so it was fresh and new. The club lounge presented tasty afternoon canapes. The pool was lovely and warm but could do with a refurbished as paint chips were in the water from peeling. Staff were friendly and informative, particularly housekeeping.
The bedding made sleeping hot and uncomfortable, so we removed the topper and duvet. The breakfast was repetitive, a good standard. The parking was advertised as $40 per day, but you were charged much higher if you made multiple entries in one day. That was disappointing.

The hotel has recently been refurbished and looks amazing. The rooms were pleasantly decorated and high end furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was tastefully decorated with an ample sized shower and lovely amenities on hand. The check out was 11am which is good, as you don't feel like your being pushed out.
The in room dining could be better... I rang just after 11pm for a hot milky drink and something light to help with nausea.. they couldn't accommodate which I thought was a little out dated, as they have food delivered all night, they said kitchen was closed!! So not given the hotel top marks because of this. Also the windows didn't open, I like fresh air... they were locked, probably for safety but would have been nice to have the choice to open if desired.
