Staff were nice and very helpful, the hotel presented well, very neat and tidy. the room was large and the bed was comfortable, plenty of storage space. Breakfast was great. Lots of information available for local attractions. location is great, short walks to some excellent places.
our room was upgraded but the view was just a wall (room 219), so not overly good. the aircon was a bit noisy and the elevator key card reader was a intermittent. the underground carpark is very tight fitting. Small issues that should not be a deterrent from staying at this hotel.

The location of the hotel are not very close the city but close enough to walk abt 10 to 15 mins to the central. I like that its not noisy at night. The staff were really friendly and polite. The bed and pillow are really comfortable. They provide lots of tea and coffee in the hotel room with milk.
It does makes me feel unsafe to see homeless people sitting nearby the hotel especially at night when the offices are closed. The sofa in my room were stained and looks a bit old. But the other funitures in my hotel room was okay. Sadly, my room doesnt have a view and I'm facing the other building wall. They didnt have a shower cap or other toilettries like toothbrush and toothpaste.

Very clean beds, and very comfortable. It was very good to have 2 large beds in the apartment. The staff on check-in were wonderful. Very polite, provided excellent information on parking options, friendly and professional. Great first impression. Easy check in process and great location. Walking distance to shops. Easy drive to Perth Mint or 30 min easy walk.
There was a very odd smell when we opened the door. Someone had cooked or burnt something in the microwave. This is where the smell was coming from. Unfortunately, windows can't open to air out the room, we turned the aircon on dry and that seemed to help. The dishwasher didn't work, but that may have been the user 😊It would not turn on. We only stayed 1 night, so it wasn't an issue for us.

Service staff were great. Room was always clean and tidy. Location was within walking distance to the convention centre and King's park. The breakfast was good, with a nice coffee machine in the breakfast area.
I was there for business, so the in-room wifi left something to be desired (1-2 mbps). It would be nice if the in-room fridge was stocked with water or some simple beverages and an in-room coffee machine would be lovely. Furnishings were a little dated, and the bathroom area could use some updating (shower head, stall, etc. needs cosmetic work).

It was a great room, l had to leave aircon on as it was so warm in Perth, lovely bathroom&attentive attendants, def a business man's type room. Adore at Reception is adorable&very helpful as thankfully l scored a "Reserved" bay on my second night.
The TV is too small; the shower vent is full of fluff (needs cleaning as the motor could burn out); the brekky buffet is too expensive (l bought cereal, but no bowls or plates); parking is expensive and l don't believe l was aware of the $30/day, very tight parkbays as well.

Everything, especially the comfy pillows. Buffet breakfast was great
Same breakfast choices on offer every morning. Would've been nice to have a change Eg,. Pancakes or waffles Couldn't prebook an onsite carpark, yet when checking out a guy was asking about any parks yet and they're telling him no.i mentioned we were checking out so a spot is available and to that they said no sorry that's booked. Hmmm strange since apparently you can't book them.

The location was excellent and the room very comfortable. Whilst very close to the freeway traffic noise was not a problem until morning peak hours and I was working office hours so not a bother. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
I paid $30/day for parking which I presumed was included in the room price. This could have been clearer at time of booking. The space I was allocated was very hard to get in to and only allowed limited space on one side of the car.

I loved the convenient location near restaurants, bus stops, and the central area. The hotel is also within walking distance of Kings Park, which offers excellent vantage points to observe the Perth city skyline. The breakfast was scrumptious, and the al-fresco setting of the dining area was also delightful.
The room was quite dim, and the mattress on the sofa bed was also a little thin - I could feel the rods beneath the mattress. But fortunately, I am not a fussy sleeper.

Very large room with fridge and kettle, room was quiet, good bathroom facilities, excellent buffet breakfast, luggage storage, working telephone in bedroom, seating area and a desk area in bedroom. Big cupboards for clothes in bathroom and a safe. The sewing kit and shoe polisher were a good bonus! Nice big foyer (with bathroom close by) where we could sit and wait before our departure to the airport.
Room was cold, no proper heating. The lightning in the room was not sufficient.

I would have liked clearer instruction on how to walk to Elizabeth Quay . And also we were unaware that there was a Marathon running in Perth on the Sunday of our departure so we couldn't get a taxi to collect us at the hotel. The staff member called us one and arranged for him to meet us several streets away but we would have liked to know that when w checked in. The staff need to be able to answer questions like that for guests,
