I had a lovely stay at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by many aspects of it such as the friendly and professional staff. They were all willing to assist with a smile. Also, the location is very convenient. It is close to the city centre (City Hall, parks, supermarket, museums etc) yet it is peaceful enough for a restful night. It has adequate sound-proofing (double windows). In addition, the common areas are inviting and well-kept, offering a nice place to relax or get a bit of work done. Last, the room was comfortable and generally clean.

If I were to mention one small area for improvement, it would be housekeeping. While the room was clean and tidy, the towels weren't refreshed during my stay and there was noticeable mold in the shower that could benefit from more thorough attention. That said, considering the price point, the overall value was excellent. For a 4-star hotel, it delivers a very good experience with a strong sense of comfort and convenience. I’d gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a well-rounded and affordable stay.

The location is ideal... Less than 10 minutes on foot from the rathaus and votivkirche... Also from metro stations. Opera and stephansdom around 20 minutes. Its literally in the center. Recommended 100% for the location and the price. Also the stuff is very kind. And in general is a clean and comfortable hotel.

The walls are a bit dated.. They need some renovation.. The color specifically... Also some of the towels were a bit dated (but clean!!). The last thing doesn't have to do with the hotel especially. But in our last night the new.. Neighbors were banging the walls of our room and also of the room on the other side.. Strange...

The breakfast was tasty and there was some choices - for couple of days of stay it wasn’t monotonous. There wasn’t any problem to prepare breakfast for morning travel - waitresses explained everything. The room was clean, fresh and sunny. The location wasn’t crowded and had a good connection to city center (around 10 min) and the most important touristic places.

Some of the staff could operate better English (not everyone). The towels should be white (matter of hygiene) - that’s the basic requirement in every hotel/hostel! The waitresses should pay more attention when served food (especially baked food - bread, toast bread) is finished. Also milk in coffee machine - of course guest can refill the container, however the staff should take care about it and keep an eye on buffet.

The room was quite big with all necessary things available. clean and comfortable . Nice and helpful staff. Overall the hotel was very interesting. With paintings in the corridor and antique furniture. The reception is on the second floor. The elevator was not working but I did not have a heavy luggage with me. The only thing is that the building where the hotel is located looked a bit old. But inside it was really good

The hotel is very old, and we only stayed there for a couple of hours, but we got everything we wanted: the room was spacious and comfortable, and well equipped. Good shower, good bed, good reception service even late at night.

It is stated that it is a 4 star hotel. It certainly was back in the day, but be aware that today it is a very regular hotel, very old, smell of mold, and the likes. However, you get what you expect for the price. Just don't expect luxury, and you're in for a good stay.

Good location, close to the city center. Polite and helping staff. Very good and tasty breakfast. Nice old-fashioned European style of rooms and building.

AC did not work (probably because it was winter). Warming batteries worked only in the morning and in the evening and were not really hot. Sounds from adjacent rooms are clearly heard. There is a gap between the entrance door bottom and the floor, as a result of which it is not dark enough in the room in the night, because the light penetrates from the corridor to inside the room. The Wi-Fi was not stable. The most important for me at least: the hot water in the shower was not really hot. At the maximum hot level, it was warm enough to take shower, but not really hot.

I was there for two nights in July it was 36°c so I was really thankful that the air con was really good the room itself was very clean with good storage and a fridge the bed was very comfortable the bathroom was a bit dated but clean with excellent water pressure I liked it the room was quite and the tram stops were on the streets outside also cafes a supermarket and bars.

Exceptional staff and service. Very clean as well with daily housekeeping if wanted. The location was perfect as only 2 stops from the city centre via tram service 43 amd 44 along with services 5 and 33 going north and south. The continental breakfast is great value for money if you pre-booked it or pay on daily basis depending on plans. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable on just about everything and can tell you how to get anywhere or what things to see or do. I won't use any other hotel in Vienna due to all the above.

I liked everything.

The hotel is very well located having everything nearby as well as a tram stop right across. The facilities are nice and the room size was satisfactory. The room was also very clean. Additionally they let me let my lugagge there at the day of the check-out.

The single bed size was very small and the options on the breakfast were very limited.

I liked everything. Great location, clean & comfortable rooms, nice staff and quiet. The breakfast that you can add onto your booking was well worth it and well presented, modern decor throughout and found my room had more than enough space and very comfortable. Tram lines 43 & 44 right outside into city centre makes it a fabulous location. The staff has made sure there are plenty of pamphlets for concerts and things to do right in reception and they also have maps of inner Vienna for you to use. I can't say enough of how good this hotel and staff are! It will be my go to hotel whenever in Vienna. They also have apartments available to book through Vienna Comfort Apartments for large families or if you just want more space.
