Tangla Hotel was chosen being out of the busy Brussels centre. The Metro station is Alma on line 1 about 20 minutes from the Central Station and city centre. Interchange stations connect with attractions. The Eurostar station (Midi) requires one change. It’s next to a modern university, no shops but limited food and bar by the Metro station, which is about 10 minutes walk. Large car park The staff were professional, the housekeepers particularly helpful. Wide-ranging breakfast and dinner menu (see website). There’s a fitness centre but I wouldn’t describe the pool as heated on my visit. Excellent bar. The room was comfortable. The hotel was a relaxing place to stay. Good catering in restaurant and room service.

Chilled pool

I always go to this hotel in Brussels, period. I have been many times in regular rooms or 4th floor suites, and have never been let down. It is very comfortable, quiet at night, rooms are big enough etc. Breakfast buffet is great, European or Chinese style if you want to try. What stands out is the pool, really enormous for a hotel - same for the gym room. Furthermore, the surroundings are quiet and nice, and a 10 min walk takes you to a metro station that leads to central Bxl. I do not plan to try any other hotel for future Bxl stays, for work or private. And by the way: Nespresso in the room, with real capsules. Minor cherry on the cake ;)

Nothing not to like. If anything, I see some few things in need of maintenance - better take care of it before it is too late. Like some broken tiles in the bathroom, a table with a chipped corner, small things really.

Lovely quiet location, very modern and well maintained facilities. The staff were brilliant, especially the concierge, Youssef - he helped facilitate an early check in as we arrived early, he was also instrumental in helping us plan our excursions, arranging taxis, recommending places to eat as this was our first time in Belgium. He is a great ambassador for this hotel and made our stay memorable! Thank you, Youssef!!

Property is located on the outskirts of Brussels, a good 25-30 min drive from Brussels central.

The calmness- it was such a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was exceptional and the restaurants really relaxing. The TV in our room even had BBC TV up to 11pm. Room servicing was to a very high standard. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Even gave us a lift to Subway station when we left to travel home.

The phone charging facilities wasn’t great in our room as some wall connections didn’t work. We reported it but it didn’t improve. We checked our phone connectors/plugs which were fine so it must have been the low electricity current flow that was a problem

The 50€ / day charge per dog is excessive. 350€ was charged to us for one small, short haired whippet. And we brought all her food! Some of the electric sockets in our room, 303, did not work, and it would be good to have a working bedside light each side of the bed.

I stay there most of the time in Bxl because this hotel is really comfortable, always perfectly clean, very well soundproofed and welcoming. The metro is quite close and surroundings very nice. I will come back (and the pool is really large, very rare).

A trashcan in the bathroom would be welcome, and the bedlights are ... special. Generally speaking, the lighting setup takes getting used to, e.g. going to the bathroom at night without lighting up the whole room requires some training ;) no big deal.

We have been in this hotel before. We knew the quality of the hotel, amenities and staff. This trip was also great, we had a very good staying and the staff was more than helpful. Their kindness and support during our staying was second to none. They made everything possible for us to have good time, they helped us with our special requests for transport (my husband has mobility problems). Even after we have done the check out, they supported us with additional information about our trip. We also had a very good dinner meal in the Chinese restaurant, the staff provided us with recommendations.

this is great hotel! great food, rooms, the pool is sooo clean. after all day , we were going to sauna and to pool it was great feeling. We really enjoyed the hotel! thank you! also to all visitors i recommend to visit chinese restourant in the hotel, it's worth it. To the team: in my opinion the pool should work until 22:00. thank you for your service we loved everything!

Breakfast and sport facilities (although more discretion from the cleaning staff would be desirable in the women's changing room at the swimming pool).

The breakfast staff could be a little bit better trained (e.g. clearing plates, setting the lunch table while you were still having breakfast).

The rooms are super organized in every detail . It is luxury and accurate and everything works perfectly. The spa area with sauna, pool and fitness center is also amazing ! The staff of the hotel is also very kind and helpful. Place highly recommended !!

I have no negative comments, everything was alright ! Only the location is a bit outside of the city but well connected, so there are really no negative sides honestly.
