Our room was very clean and tastefully decorated. I was impressed by the original paintings everywhere in the house, probably the owner loves the art. Very central location, 200 meters from St. Baats Cathedral. Coffe for free is in the breakfast room. We didn't book breakfast room, we choose to eat croissants in The Bakery, 3 houses from La Ducale. We are very satisfied. Everythink was perfect. Dina told us that she keeps prices at the level of low budget hotels. What we received and comparing to our other trips, La Ducale deserves a higher price. Thanks Dina for everythink!

Location is fantastic and very easy to reach. The room had a lovely balcony we could sit out in and relax, surrounded by flowers; a really thoughtful touch. Dina was lovely and couldn't be more helpful. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but enjoyed both the bakery down the street and the cafe on the corner.

We were unlucky in that the room above ours was playing music late into the night, but that could happen anywhere.

Very clean with a cozy homely feel, place in the very center of Ghent. A beautiful terrace filled with blooming flowers, it was very pleasant for my morning coffee. (Coffee is for free any time). I even worked on the terrace in the evening to prepare for the upcoming meeting.  The internet was very good even on the terrace. I can't think of anything more I could ask for a short stay in Ghent.

Property has a great location right in the centre of Ghent, everything you need is in walking distance. Staff was very friendly and fast with the check in. The house is a clean, authentic Belgian building and the room had a beautiful design and was very clean. Overall it was a perfect stay that exceeded our expectations, can definitely recommend!

Unfortunately we only stayed in Ghent for 1 night and had to leave early in the morning, so we did not have time to enjoy the balcony and the lovely eating/living room - will definitely do so the next time we stay here :)

The big advantage of this B&B is the location, as it is next to the center, right next to the most famous attractions and you can go everywhere (sightseeing, eating etc) on foot. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the place was lightly and nicely decorated.

Ideally the bathroom needs a floor mat for the water.

The room was nice and clean, the locarion is very convenient to visit the center and all atractions.There is no breakfast (even though it is called B&B) but there are good places to eat just outside the property.62

The WiFi connection in my floor was not working and I had to connect to the one of the floor below but the signal was very weak.

Was very cozy clean, the location is perfect in the city centre of the city of Ghent. We could make coffee in the morning for free in the breakfast room and drink it with a nice view from the balcony looking to the cathedral.We hadn’t everything we needed for 4 days.Dina is extremely friendly and welcoming. Well recommended to our friends.

Perfectly situated amidst vibrant surroundings, with an array of dining and shopping options nearby. The complimentary coffee at the breakfast area is a thoughtful touch, ensuring a comforting start to the day. Undoubtedly, a place to return to for future visits.

The B&B was in the most perfect spot in this lovely town, everything was absolutely perfect, for a honeymoon night that we had, the town was beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a perfect place to stay.

The age of this building was absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful. The scenery on the balcony was absolutely stunning, Clare and I were on our honeymoon.

A wonderful place that feels more like a home than a hotel, located right in the heart of Ghent's historic attractions in an old historic building. The lady who takes care of the building is very warm and helpful. Sometimes, all we need when traveling away from home is a friendly smile, thats what you can find in here.
