Well located, less than 500m from the Belfort towers and St Michaels Bridge. Very clean and comfortable for my stay

Self check in. On a personal note I like to bet greeted at reception. This caused a slight issue with dropping the bag off in the room earlier than check in, although this was accommodated. Paying the city tax, should have an option to pay online, emails from the hotel infer this should be possible but when I made contact, I was asked to leave cash in the room so anyone travelling should have cash to accommodate this.

OK location, within walking distance of the old center.

No breakfast, no contact with anyone. Pretty impersonal. The hotel cancelled my reservation because I had received a new credit card (which I had to change due to a scam from someone pretending to communicate from the Heirloom/Booking.com). I then had to rebook the same room with the new card. Surprisingly, I got a much better price the second time - thank you the Heirloom for cancelling my first reservation.

The hotel was very nice. I hadn't realised it was a hotel without staff until the day before, it worked really well! I was given was a code for the doors and easily found my room. The room was clean and well equipped. It had a tiny fridge, a set of cutlery and a coffee machine. The beds were comfy. I would definitely stay again, very good value for money!

In my room in particular (I don't know what it is like for the other rooms) the sliding doors for the toilet didn't close properly and looked a bit precarious. The sensor lights in the shower and toilet were very strange. They would turn off every few seconds while I was in the shower. It wasn't a huge problem as I just waved my arms. But it was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a very nice stay though and I would definitely come again!

Great location, close to a parking place on the street where we could park the car on Sunday. Quiet street. Very clean, spacious and everything was renewed. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. Bright with nice ventilation. Big windows. Hair dryer, cutlery and small fridge available. Easy checkin and checkout and good communication via WhatsApp. I don't agree with the bad reviews, everything was good.

I missed hangers to hang towels and clothes.

Loved the modern design of the room, the private (almost secret) balcony formed within the roofslope and the rooflight over the bed. The shower cubicle opening directly off the room was an ingenious use of the limited space but the room didn't feel overly small.

Not many surfaces for putting toiletries etc. Not really a complaint but be aware to look out for the email soon after your booking confirmation which gives the code you would need to access the building and your room -it can be fairly easily missed and there is no reception for checking in.

The room was cute, very clean, and quite big. The position of the hotel was very good as well: just next to the oldest part of the city center. I particularly appreciated the automatic check-in and check-out and the fact that no key was needed to access the hotel or the room (code-based access to the room).

Minor inconveniences: my room did not have hooks to hang towels or clothes. Furthermore, the door chain was broken.

The location is great. It was clean but a little small.

At the same day we arrived, I received a message that I need to pay unless they will cancel my reservation. The strange thing that I was already paid the whole amount one month ago! We couldn’t enter the facility and coulnd’t reach any one else for a while. After 1 hour they only send me a message that it was a fake message which was un reliable! They were going to ruine my vacation.

Very nice place, comfortable and clean. Close to city centre.

Hard to find initially. We did not realize it was a virtual reception and with spam messages to keep confirming proof of payments before staying there it made it stressful when arriving to know if the place was booked or not. Otherwise very happy how it turned out.

The room was very clean and new. The bed was wide enough for two of us and very comfortable! The owner was very kind and helpful.

The shower room door is made of glass and others can see through when I take shower. The bathroom door is very heavy.
