They cleaned the room, changed towels and refilled soap daily. It offers free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a tea kettle. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is close to public transport and we easily traveled to Leuven and Mechelen by bus or train. Near the hotel there is a Carrefour store with a variety of products. If you want to eat, there is a restaurant downstairs or there are other options in the neighborhood. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel. At the back there is a generous garden where you can enjoy your coffee or beer.

Helpful and friendly staff. Especially the lovely breakfast lady and bar/restaurant guy in the evening. Lovely breakfast. Good sized rooms with super ensuite bathroom. We came for cycling and Leuven is only a quick 5k. The hotel had a secure area to store our bikes overnight. We had lovely beers and supper in the bar and restaurant.

We had a pleasant welcome. The manager (I think) allowed us to park our motorcycles in a secured spot behind shutters. Breakfast was adequate. We decided to stay an extra night realising we were a decent walk from the Stella Artois factory. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom/shower. All in all a comfortable stay

The breakfast buffet was basic and sub-par for Belgium, especially considering that it cost extra. No pasteries, limited bread choice, canned orange juice, rubbery eggs, lardon bits rather than bacon, basic coffee from the machine.

The staff was very helpful and the location was ideal for our family because it was quiet but also near everything (train station, bus station, restaurants). The place was lovely and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area for a few days.

The hotel is lovely, very clean and helpful staff. The location is perfect with a train station a walk away which is one stop from Leuven and 45 minutes from Brussels. Lots of choice for breakfast and a peaceful garden to enjoy.

Everything was great except wifi. The staff was very friendly. The view though the window was like in the picture. And the food at the restaurant was very good.

The Wi-Fi connection was very poor; I couldn't even check my email.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the evening meal we had at the hotel was lovely also. There is a very good choice of menu options for dinner and the prices are reasonable for both food and drinks.

The wifi didn't work in our room on the 2nd floor (although it worked fine in the reception/eating area on the ground floor and other guests who were staying on the 1st floor said that it was working for them). The breakfast selection was a little disappointing, because we hadn't been made aware that only a cold buffet would be available.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The stay itself was spacious and very well furnished. You basically have everything you need in it. The breakfast could have had more variety. The restaurant nevertheless was exceptional. The chef customised our order to the liking of our taste buds and to be honest, the food was better than some very highly rated restaurants. There is a big free public parking in front of the hotel. We were able to find parking inspite of arriving quite late. Absolute recommendation.
