The location is pretty good if you have a car. It is near the bus stops though. All was great except the air conditioning was too loud to sleep with. We turned it off to sleep as it is loud (due to old equipment), but had to turn it on once to cool down. I felt it wasn’t safe enough to open the window at night as it is facing the hallway. Considering it was a high peak season, the price was one of the lowest compared to the downtown prices which is why we stayed. I chose the hotel for the price this time. One night is probably okay to continue your journey!

We came for the convention, and this was an affordable option for us. I liked the staff they were friendly and helpful on multiple occasions. The coffee and tea available all day was really nice on the cold weekend. As well as the bathroom had so much shampoo and conditioner. Not just tiny samples. The outside gazebo area is gorgeous, and we took some cute photos there. I'll put one in the review. I love the location as well. Lots of things a stop or 2 away, and if you're not a fan of city driving, it's easy to get around with transit and adorable fare to downtown.
Few maintenence things but it was fine for a short stay. One of the lights outside the bathroom (by the sink and mirror) burnt out the morning of checkout, and the fan in the bathroom wasn't working since we got there. Made it really humid. But AC helped. Also, the bedding isnt the most comphy. It is a top and bottom sheet with a duvet and no duvet cover. The bottom sheet was fine but the duvet and top sheet are a bit scratchy if you have sensitive skin. I'll just bring my own next time. The breakfast was fine not good but like somthing fast until lunch if you're in a rush. No vegetarian breakfast sandwiches both days but coffee and a muffin was nice.

Great place to stay for a quick trip around Vancouver! It was affordable, and the staff were great. The breakfast was small but enough to get you through the morning. We explored the coast, Squamish, and Whistler, so this location was perfect for all of that. It's close to main roads, which made it easy to get anywhere in the greater Vancouver area. Overall, great value for the price!
It gets busy on weekends, so parking gets a little challenging.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Coffee always available. Breakfast being included is such a bonus when we have events that we need to get to early. No need to stop anywhere. I usually get up early and grab a few items for the family to nibble on as they please while we all get ready. Coin laundry machines available which help after a busy day at sports tournaments.

Very close to accessing any route you need to get on in North Vancouver. It was a simple updated old school feel lodge. It was super affordable, towels and linens were new and room was very clean with all that we needed.
A kettle for tea would be more efficient and effective than the single brew coffee maker, but that is a personal preference not a deal breaker and I’ll just pack my own next time.

The proximity to bus stops, convenience store, and local restaurants. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast.
The inconsistency with when rooms will be cleaned. I believe the front desk agent said I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, but the signs in the room said that it will be cleaned every three days. My room was not cleaned after the third day/night. There were also loud vehicles late at night/early morning in the parking lot. With said noises came smoke from said vehicles and it took a little bit to clear out.

My husband liked the courtyard with a fountain, where we could have breakfast if we chose. Nice breakfast, as I recall. The place is a little old-fashioned, but my granddaughter said she actually liked that - it had a homey feel.
I can't remember anything, except that the only air conditioner was in the bedroom of our small suite. Its door had to be open for the rest of the suite to get cool. But it did, eventually.

The flexibility regarding a last minute date change. Was an honest mistake and there was compassion shown. Good price. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
One of the staff on my way out was a bit condesending regarding my deposit being returned to my credit card. She was also clearly offended by me double checking that my deposit was sent to my card.

I arrived almost midnight to check in , desk staff was so polite , explained everything in detailed . Really first impression makes you feel good.
Only thing I did not like is that I arrived midnight on 10/22 Sunday and I left on Monday at 4 pm , so I stayed less than 24 hours, yet I got charged for 2 days because I was told that I should returned keys before 12 mid-day . I explained that I arrived at midnight and I was in conference but still I got charged for 2 days , at least , I should get partial credit not full price.

Comfortable and well equipped, if somewhat well used. You could not argue that it is well located for all the major sights/attractions. We stayed over for one night before a ferry crossing, but it's also handy for both the Capliano and Lynn suspension bridges as well as Grouse Mountain. There's complimentary 24hr coffee/drinks available in reception and on a morning waffles, cupcakes etc. The staff were nice and friendly.
A/C was noisy to the point of being unusable. Not a fault of the hotels, but not much in the way of restaurants etc within walking distance.
