Spacious top level with fireplace, big living room, excellent kitchen with bar stool counter, an outdoor tabled patio, King size bed with 2nd TV, a large bathroom, washer n dryer, plus extra bathroom. Free parking, wonderful restaurant, ease to boardwalk, beach and lovely indoor swimming pool with hot tub w/ hours 6am to 10pm.

personally (on a fixed income) would be nicer if today's summer prices were not so high that an a added tax amounts to $90. i'm old school and remember much lower resort costs and taxes of 30-50 years ago. I fully understand today's markets, it is what is today :) it's just the ONE thing i don't like anywhere. ( eg would have been to afford, stay here a week )

My friend and I had an amazing stay! We were upgraded to the most beautiful room on the first floor with the best view of the beach. The pool was awesome and clean and the hot tub was really big and so relaxing! We had treatments at the stone water spa and it was absolutely perfect!!!!!! The relaxation massage I had was the best massage I have EVER had. My friend loved her facial. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was awesome!!! We had a great time and will plan to do this on an annual basis!

The only recommendation I would have would be to have screens on the sliding doors and to have slightly firmer pillows thrown into the mix as an option for guests.

Our room was beautiful, view was gorgeous. Loved how spacious the deck was. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very kind and eager to help. Room service was a bonus with a special needs child.

The heating system? Coming from vent area by front door was very loud , actually woke me up in the night. There was a noise ( pulsating ) in same area around 9pm for over 30 min , we put on our headphones and it stopped eventually. Very small detail but the light on the fridge is very bright so we had to cover it we like a blacked out room for sleep.

This hotel was very attentive to our family. It made traveling with two young kids as easy as it can be!! The staff were 10/10! Very accommodating to our needs and requests. Service was very prompt when requested ❤️ Shoutout to Sara who assisted many of my queries in a prompt and helpful manner 🙏 The amenities and the additional offerings such as beach towels, carts & umbrellas were fantastic.

The elevators were extremely busy. At times we had to wait 7-10 minutes to get into one. Not ideal with young kids! In the swimming pool changing room there is nowhere to change our baby nor was there any seats to place them in to change. This made the post swim diaper change very difficult. The pool itself wasn’t the warmest either.

We love the fact that we could open our balcony windows, have the beautiful seating on the deck to overlook the ocean. We didn’t close our balcony window for the pool stay and just had the ocean breeze, even though raining into room

We ended up being content on the fourth floor however, when we were asking for the top floor, we thought that it was the tower if you want to have more of a high-rise effect, you must emphasize that and we didn’t know that also the hot tub closes Sunday nights at nine, and we didn’t realize I was cleaning nights. It should emphasize more of that in the pamphlets or something. Perhaps we have overlooked it.

Fantastic location right on a beautiful Parksville Beach Park. Walkable to amenities, restaurants and shopping. Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. The room was clean and had a small kitchenette which we found really helpful to have in the room.

The Noise was a bit of a Nuisance... Unfortunately, the AC was a bit noisy and caused a bit of sleep disruption (recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper). We were right above the restaurant and it could be noisy at times in the early morning with sounds of carts moving and staff wondering about.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Ocean. The room was amazing, the separate bedroom and living room/kitchen area was extremely comfortable. The beach and board walk did not disappoint! The tent option was a nice option for people who wanted to eat outside and not get too cold.

More dining tables outside would be nice…we unfortunately felt the tent was too hot…probably just us but we decided to eat on the patio but there were only chairs and for pots to eat around. The staff were amazing and let us eat at the fire pits but tables with taller fire towers would be a great addition to the outdoor space.

Amazing location on the beach. We had a family suit and it was lovely and very comfortable. Small kitchen, all necessary supplies, dishwasher - all that you need for a family. A gas chimney was really cool (cozy and warm). Very good restaurant in the hotel and you can order room service including breakfast. The personnel were very welcoming and friendly. We shall definitely get back here.

We had the pleasure of staying for 3 days. The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to almost Everything:) The hotel itself has a nice pool and hot tub, underground parking and even storage for our bicycles. As far as we know they also have a lot of stuff for guests to borrow: kayaks, paddle boards, board games etc. Everything was as good as it could be. The room was spacious and very clean... The personnel is friendly and professional.

The patio off of the room facing the beach was totally awesome. We loved having our coffee in the morning and relaxing at night out on the patio looking out at the beautiful scenery.

what isn't there to like....the options to borrow chairs to towels were always available and we appreciated keeping our bags safe until our taxi arrived.
