The hotel was considerate to provide an ottoman and movable stand, which I rarely have seen with Holiday Inn Express. The layout of the room and furniture made it easy to spread things out. The room surface was visually clean. But usually this hotel brand provides free breakfast, which was not the case with this one. The manager was very patient and communicative with me, explaining my misunderstanding about the payment. On the whole, it was a nice stay if one doesn't mind the relatively high price.

Shower pressure could be a little higher.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious for two. Our bellman, Omar, was very friendly, attentive to our needs, and made our stay feel like we were honoured guests in someone's home. The cleaning staff were also thorough, respectful, and efficient. Front desk staff were also efficient, thoughtful, and helpful. The third floor room by the elevators was remarkably quiet - we didn't even hear much of the air traffic landing at the nearby airport.

I wasn't given that room instead the room I got I couldn't have a shower because it was in the bath and I can't lift my leg that high. The bed was so high I had to sleep on the chair. I spent a lot of money to not be able to have a shower and not sleep on the bed. I was going to book that hotel on my way back but I don't want to sleep on a chair and not have a shower.

The room was very spacious, even had a pullout sofa, so it would have slept 3 people! It was new or newly renovated. The shuttle came in time, staff was very friendly and helpful! 24 hour front desk, wakeup-call, all there! Food at the restaurant was very good, something you wouldn't necessarily expect from a "airport hotel" where people often stay only for one night. Meal was also good value for the money. A glass of wine (a special) was $ 5! They have a nice gym. All in all a very good experience!

Nothing comes to mind! Hotels in Vancouver are generally a bit on the pricy side, but value for the money was good!

I ended up arriving way past my expected time due to flight delays but I had called to say I'd be late. The person who greeted me at 4 a.m. was very nice and accommodating. They also gave me an extra hour for late checkout.

When I called from my layover stop to say I'd be late they had quite a lot of trouble finding my reservation despite my having the confirmation number and providing my name. The heat light in the bathroom didn't work nor the fan. I'm assuming there was supposed to be a fan because there were 3 switches in the bathroom but only the one light went on. I didn't have the opportunity to have breakfast so can't comment on that.

The staff were really welcoming and attentive, very friendly and settled our questions in a timely manner. They offered complimentary breakfast for the mishap. The room size, range of lighting and king bed was extremely comfortable, would stay again based in location to the airport as well however it would be reluctant due to room rate only.

We booked a 'mountain view' room however this room does not exist and there are no mountains to view. We got a view of the carpark! We were offered a complimentary upgrade due to this but did not take it. However we did accept the complimentary breakfast with thanks and we did receive a discount for the room rate which we appreciate. Just please note that there is no 'mountain view room' if you see there is one to book. We didn't love how narrow the parking was. If you have a lot of bags or heavy luggage, please drop them off at the lobby near check in so you can use the elevator to your room. If you drive your car up into the car park you have to take your bags down the stairs to the lobby in order to take the elevator up to your room. Just some advice to those with big bags!

Initially stayed for 2 nights, then rebooked for another 6 nights on returning from a 2-day trip to Vancouver Isl. The room was perfect, the front desk and housekeeping were extremely polite, and the shuttle was fabulous between the hotel and the airport, which I could use for my connection with the 'flyover' train to Vancouver. My only mishap was on my last night's departure to the airport to catch my flight home; I was booked on the shuttle, it turned up at the hotel, dropped its passengers off, and sped off without me. The front desk tried to stop him but he was too fast. The hotel kindly paid for a taxi to get me to the airport, apologising for the inconvenience.

The night-time shuttle driver who used the shuttle as a speed car between the airport and the hotel. One night, he stopped so quickly that I was sent flying forward in the seat, and my bag scattered on the floor. Why? Because he was driving very fast, dodging between traffic. The day time shuttle drivers were excellent.

Fantastic staff, super helpful. The attached restaurant was very convenient (I had both room service and ate in the restaurant), very good food and lovely staff. Comfortable, clean room, great shuttle service (as others have said, they’ll call a taxi if the shuttle isn’t available). Would highly recommend

The bed was way too soft for me so unfortunately didn’t sleep great, but everyone is different / it’s very subjective.

Exceptional young woman on Reception. My first room looked out to a wall of a autobody shop and she was great about changing me to another room. The hotel is attached to a Fogg & Suds for dinner. Good airport shuttle.

This hotel is on the freeway, but I didn’t find the noise bothersome.

Great staff that pride themselves in service.Well groomed and so incredibly helpful. The facilities were exceptional. The cleaning staff were gracious and thorough. This is service done right! The restaurants "Fognsuds" was exceptional. The food was so amazing..I had the Cajun salmon bowl twice because it was happiness in a bowl. Drink specials at happy hour..This is an airport hotel so each room has a white noise machine. Superb!
