Our stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver was overall very enjoyable. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, perfect for scenic walks along the harbor, through Stanley Park, and into Downtown Vancouver. One of the highlights was the stunning view from our room, overlooking the harbor and the lush greenery of Stanley Park. The room itself was very clean. The gym is well-equipped, though accessing it through a parking deck was slightly inconvenient. The pool area was another highlight, offering breathtaking views of the harbor while relaxing. Breakfast at the hotel was rich and varied, catering to different tastes. A big plus was the hotel’s flexibility and excellent service. Due to an unexpected situation—my husband breaking his leg while skiing—we had to adjust our travel plans. The hotel accommodated us seamlessly, allowing us to check in three days earlier than planned and ensuring we could stay in the same room. A special shoutout to doorman Peter, who truly went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did he provide a wheelchair free of charge, but when another guest accidentally broke my husband’s crutches, he made every effort to find a replacement in the hotel’s storage. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference during our stay.

Unfortunately, the room was a bit noisy. We had a connecting door to the neighboring room that wasn’t well insulated, making conversations from the other side quite audible. Additionally, we could even hear sounds like the shower running from another adjoining room. The design of the restaurant, bar, and lobby felt somewhat dated, which might not appeal to guests looking for a more modern atmosphere.

Excellent location. Clean. Staff was friendlier some more than others. Amazing for boarding a cruise, they take your bags from your bedroom to the ship. Close to all the main attractions in the city.

When we first entered the room it smelled as if the place had not been aired in a long time. Almost asked for a change. We got used to it, and it stopped being an issue. Noisy air conditioning. We arrived 11pm without having g had dinner. Front desk was not helpful with any suggestion, we crossed to the hotel on the other side of the street and has some great snacks with super friendly staff.

I can not express the amount of appreciation I have for this hotel! It's next to the Cruise port, Canada Place, with an underground entrance that will take you straight there! Your bags are taken to the ship area for you! Remember to tip appropriately for each bag! The area is thriving with eateries & shops including a tunnel to Waterfront Center that has a drugstore for things you may have forgotten. The hotel itself is beyond fabulous! The room is cozy, bed is comfortable, shower/bathtub is relaxing, the bathroom products are top tier. Staff was helpful and amazing!

Not really a complaint but an observation. The breakfast was a bit overpriced but you you have other options available at the Waterfront Center.

View was amazing and staff very accommodating. Bellmen were especially helpful. Iker came & got our bags to be delivered to our cruise ship as we took Alaskan cruise from next door. Iker also helped me with some other bag issues. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if taking a cruise out of the ship terminal. It was the wonderful start for our 25th wedding anniversary trip.

I haven’t looked at the bill yet but it is a bit pricey but YOLO & Vancouver is very expensive everywhere. For a fancy hotel, I guess you get what you pay for. Thanks Booking.com for getting us hooked up on our anniversary trip.

Perfect location for a few nights stay before departing on a cruise. The hotel is in Canada Place with direct access to the cruise ship boarding areas.

The hotel decor is dated and the rooms are not as contemporary in design as the photos on the hotel website suggest. That said they were comfortable and very clean. Housekeeping make up the rooms late in the afternoon, presumably as they prioritise vacated rooms to get them ready for new guests checking in. We came back late afternoon after a day sightseeing and our room was still being cleaned.

It was near perfect stay. Being able to walk around and enjoy the city, getting to our concert was so easy. We showed up on an incredibly beautiful day to enjoy the pool outside and the hotel. It was beautiful. Spacious room with clean, cozy beds. We watched the ships come and go in the harbor and the planes land in the water all from the most amazing view from our room. We'll worth the cost. Everyone to include my husband felt spoiled and special. I would definitely look this place up to stay again. Highly recommend for making a family trip memorable. Thank you so much.

This was our first time staying, being unfamiliar, it could have been helpful to have a resource. Thankfully, there are friendly staff in the spa to help us out. I would've loved to have been able to get in the pool at check-in time 4 PM. But we couldn't because our room wasn't ready until after 530pm. A key card is needed to get to the pool. So that cut into our game plan on the day. But so what, it was a beautiful day. Also to be fair, I couldn't quite find the coffee until we were checking out, when I was looking in every drawer. The coffee was in the drawer. All good to know for next time. 👌

We were made to feel welcome even before we got to the door, with staff greeting us, offering assistance with luggage, and giving directions to lobby for check-in before we even asked. Quick, efficient check-in. Immaculate room and facilities. The beds were very comfortable and everything down to the temperature of the room was perfect. The location is great, easy transit to and from the airport on the Canada Line. Near to attractions such as the Flyover and there is a booth very near that gives info and sells tickets to attractions. Convenient access underground straight from hotel to mall with food court, pharmacy, trains.

The location is amazing if you have room with views across the harbour. The location is also good if you are going or coming off a cruise as it is above the terminal so a very easy walk under cover and no need for taxis. Also good for sightseeing and bars and restaurants as all within walking distance or there is a hop on hop of bus just outside which is worth doing. The breakfast was very good. Also a nice bar area. There is also a nice outside pool area with plenty of seating.

Lamps in room were hard to turn on and off. Jacuzzi not working that well.

Dedicated check in meant we avoided the queue at reception. Saif was great and nothing was too much trouble. View from the room was simply spectacular - possibly the best in Vancouver. Jepp in the Club Lounge was also excellent and, once again, nothing was a problem or too much trouble. Really excellent service from every one and a great experience on my last day/night before flying back to work.

Not a criticism, but perhaps some kind of pool side drinks service would have been nice. This is a minor observation rather than anything negative

The hotel is located right at Canada Place, one of Vancouver's best areas. The hotel is close by to many food options, and close walking distance to the Waterfront Train Station. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean, spacious, and had great views of the city or the mountains. Rooms had comfy beds and housecoats were supplied for my stay. Outdoor heated pool, several restaurants and a lobby bar, and the lobby was amazing views of the bay and the mountains.

Area can get quite congested due to it's location to iconic areas, so high-tourist seasons can get very busy. The hotel has a massive convention center downstairs, so navigating the hotel to the lobby can get quite confusing.
