Great hotel, has been refurbished and is very clean. The doorman was the nicest and most welcoming person on the planet, reception team very helpful and the location in the heart of the shopping area was very central. It has a good coffee shop on the corner and a bar and grill on site if you want one. Overall a good stay.
Breakfast is served and there are 3 choices, food is fine but after 3 days its repetitive and could be more flexibile. Our room at the back overlooked roof top airconditioning, so it was noisy at night. No issue with the view but sound proofing the windows would be a good idea. Stay was good but this could be a sensible improvement.

Lovely clean room. Excellent location for access to downtown Vancouver. City centre location was reflected in the price. Lovely helpful staff. Great breakfast. I did find the pillows too deep but when requested these were immediatly changed. Front desk very helpful. Really enjoyed my stay and I would not hesitate to both return and recommend.
Not within the hotels control and unfortunatly reflective of any big North American city these days but there were a number of homeless people sleeping locally. As a single lady traveller it was a little unnerving at times, but this is a social issue not the hotels.

We arrived off our cruise ship at 10.30am and only had to wait an hour to access our room (we were expecting to wait until 3pm). We were given a complimentary upgrade from Queen to King. Our room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. On our last day the staff were very happy to store our luggage and then let us use the lounge and facilities to change into our travel clothes and kill time before heading to the airport for our late night flight. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a good location, only a 10 minute walk to Canada Place or Gastown. Being a coeliac I was also happy that gluten free bread was available for breakfast (the breakfast staff were also friendly and cheerful). We enjoyed staying here.
We would have liked the water to be a little hotter in the shower, but that is just our personal preference. It was still hot enough to be comfortable.

Staff were all super friendly and smiley etc, especially reception and the door person. Nice room, clean and modern enough. Good location in walking distance of the Canada skyline train + seabus to North Van, the harbor + Stanley Park, and Gastown. Comfy pillows!
We felt breakfast options were a little limited, would have been nice to have a few more things on the menu to choose from. My sister is vegan and all she could eat was hash and toast. Pastries would have been a lovely addition as well. Nice to have it included though! There were 3 of us but only 2 bottles of water and gowns in the room- only one of us wore one but still, little things to consider for your guests. It is quite expensive but everywhere seems to be in Vancouver!!

The location was amazing! Perfectly located to take either the Canada or Expo line on Skytrain. Easy walk to several theatres, lots of eating locations nearby. Breakfast was delicious. The doorman was so friendly and nice. Great service from front reception and door staff. Two sinks in bathroom was so nice and bathroom was huge! Beds were very comfortable. No noise at all from hall or outside.
Waiter for breakfast was a bit rude. Seemed to brush us off even though we were one of only 2 tables there. No fridge or microwave in the room, that was okay for 2 nights, but if we'd stayed longer would have been nice to have.

The breakfast was good and the staff friendly though the menu options were limited. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious and well appointed - the shower was excellent. The nespresso coffee machine was good. The location was great for downtown, minutes away from Gastown and close to bus routes to get across the city.
Our room was at the back of the hotel with large beige wall view and below the window, a mass of AC units which was noisy all the time and did impact our sleep.

The staff truly make this small boutique hotel. We considered larger chain properties, but the level of service, attention to detail, and friendly personable team members is what sets the St Regis apart. Prices were high for the area during our dates due to a concert. We were hesitant to pay higher rates and considered staying further from downtown. We are really glad we didn’t. The location made everything accessible by foot, which easily made up for the slightly higher price. 10/10 would stay again

Extremely polite staff; every employee was always smiling, helpful and enjoyed where they worked!! We enjoyed the clean room and contemporary classic bathroom, the breakfast inclusion, and the daily water/chocolates. I rushed out one morning and left brochures and notes all over my unmade bed and returned to a made-up bed with all my "papers" put back in the exact same position - can't get any better than that!!! Thank you to all for making our stay an enjoyable one.
Nothing, everything was just great.

The staff were all friendly immediately. The concierge/doorman saw us pulling into the side road in our hire car and immediately he offered help, took our luggage and took it to our room whilst we returned the car. We had no USD on us so couldn't tip, but wanted to recognise his friendly and warm nature. Breakfast was taken to order.. fresh and tasty. Room was clean and large. Bedding crisp. Bathroom nice also. In good spot for restaurants. Hotel had nice lively bar with a fab friendly barman We also walked with our large cases to cruise terminal which took 10 to 12 mins downhill. We overtook taxis and ubers on foot! Some people may chose a hotel closer to the pier but the prices are a lot higher than the St Regis and walking was not an issue. A friendly personal property.
Nothing at all. We would definitely stay again and recommend. 10/10

The breakfast menu was excellent. We had three choices for an entree, choice of juice, and plenty of coffee. The service was excellent! The room was spacious for two people, very clean, in-room coffee and water bottles provided. Staff was exceptionally pleasant. The location was great for walkable attractions and we felt safe. We would highly recommend this hotel.
