Check in was swift and easy, room was ready and well prepared. The suite is big enough to accommodate (with a but- see below) having friends or family to come over after hanging out in the casino. Ice machine is by the elevator which is super convenient. Also a plus that the hotel also has a connecting walkway to the casino but outside walking distance is also very good. Tons of parking space.

While the suite having a large open living room space and close to the elevators, I do think adding more chairs and having a much bigger table can make the room much better. And the door separating the living room and the bedroom should have a lock for privacy.

We absolutely love staying here, one of our favorite properties in Winnipeg. Great beds, incredible sleep, easy check in and check out.

Unfortunately, this hotel still has some noise issues at night. No matter what floor we select, seems the party is right above us or in the hallway. Also, I'm hoping this hotel will one day embrace basic technology and have USB lamp chargers placed beside the beds.

what didn’t you like? : Altos not that I expected to pay buffet breakfast - $16 something not really I expected. Pancake are hard (Saturday) morning. I stayed in a hotel across Canada / US that breakfast is included for staying in the hotel and much better for free for breakfast they served. Coffee and tea always available on front entrance counter 24 hours for guesses complementary.

Good. The beds were comfortable. Nice to have the Casino

Unfortunate that we could not grab a quick bite to eat and had to eat the buffet. Ie. Could not just have a cup of soup or salad and had to pay the full buffet price. Our room had an odour like it had a dog in it before or carpet was cleaned and had a mildew odour.

I like there are 3 restaurants to choose from . I had a handicap accessible room where the bed was low enough for me to get in and out of with little trouble. Bathroom had a walk-in shower which was perfect for me at this time

I was in a power wheel chair cause had surgery a few weeks ago. The hallway access to the rooms didn’t have handicap access and I found the doors heavy and awkward to open

We requested a room close to the elevator so my husband would have as few steps as possible. We received exactly that. It was nice, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

. Not very up-to-date as far as location of plugs for charging devices and the room took a long time to warm up

I asked for a room away from the elevator and not facing Regent Ave. My room was at the very end of the hallway not facing Regent. Nice and quiet for a Friday night.

I prefer a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom fan didn't seem to work. It made no sound and the mirror fogged up. Minor stuff.

The restaurant was very good. Good food and great service. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. The shampoo and soap were very lovely.

The hotel room was good , but the view from the room was of a wall. We heard the elevator motor running quite loudly in the room. A different room would have been nicer.

Fridge door didn't always stay closed. Homeless people picking through the garbage at the front of the hotel.

Lots of parking. Ease of extra amenities. Housekeeping great. Casino smoke free.

Workers should encourage smokers to be in their designated area, not standing right by doors.
