The breakfast was lovely. Included choices of yoghurt and fruit, cold cereal, hot meal, bagels, bread, hot drinks, juices....really it was a lovely choice and the young man who kept the breakfast area clean was very nice. The young ladies at the front desk were so helpful. We needed a chair for our room for a portion of the afternoon and one was found for us. When I had a question, I asked the cleaning staff in a room next to us and this lady directed me to where I could get my question answered. The Comfort Inn East is a very good hotel which we will be recommending to others.

Very good location, if you arrive or depart from the bus terminal. Nice lobby, hot breakfast with many choices. The room was spacious, clean and offered everything I wanted. WIFI worked well. Air condition worked well. The bathroom was spacious and clean. A complimentary bottle of water was very welcome.

The air condition worked very well but it was a little loud. There is no elevator for the second floor. It worked very well for me but some people might not like that.

The ladies at reception were able to accommodate a room in a more quiet area of the hotel. The rooms were clean and the service was friendly and accommodating.

When I arrived, two neighbours, one beside me and one across the hall had their TV's playing so loud I could clearly hear every word even when I closed the door to my room. Without touching anything in the room aside from the door knob, I went back to reception and asked for a room in a quieter area. Perhaps with no neighbours. Reception was accommodating however warned the possibility of new arrives could be loud. Thankfully, that did not happen. I needed peace and quiet for a good nights sleep as I a long drive ahead in the morning.

Staff was very friendly and room was very clean. Also I noticed a very nice smell when entering the room. Beds were very comfortable and love the fact that there is no more carpet. Flooring is way better. A+++

The only thing I didn't like is the batter for the waffle machine. It looks like it got diluted with water. The batter was very clear and it was very hard to cook. My waffles were not cooked after the 2 mins very disappointed. The batter should be thick not diluted with water.

The room was very clean and fresh after I adjusted the AC to cool it off a bit. My room location was very quiet which I really appreciate!! I had all of the amenities I needed and the varied breakfast choices were good, other than a couple of old apples.

On the final morning of my stay I didn’t have a signal to my television for some reason. It had worked the previous few days I was there. I thought perhaps I had disconnected something by accident when I turned the screen but…..

Believe it or not I was impressed with the shower... It's a shame that more of the regular rooms don't have the shower with the detachable head... I had a handicapped room for the first time in a very long time... Thank you!

Other than the price, I know there's not a whole lot you can do about that, it's just a bit ridiculous...

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Comfort Inn East! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and friendliness, providing helpful services. The breakfast offers a wide range of choices. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, but it was the exceptional service that truly made my visit special. I highly recommend this hotel!

The breakfast was excellent except the potato "buds" were hard and not cooked properly any morning..... Room was clean and comfortable.....

Due to the piles of snow outside, parking was limited and we were not able to park outside our room. Using the rear door for entry, one had to stand under a dripping roof while using the cardlock, and the step needed some repair as there was a low spot in it and became icy. We did have a couple of dogs with us and they stayed out in the vehicle....$25 per night per dog is excessive when the dogs would be crated in the room overnight if brought in. No way to know what TV stations are which channels....a channel guide would be nice.

The breakfast was good, there was lots of variety and we enjoyed the meal. The room was comfortable, and we made use of the coffee machine and fridge.

The heating system has a very large opening to the outside, which made it feel like the window was open all the time.

Saturday morning breakfast was good when it was available. The young man they had working was useless, on his phone the whole time. People asked for items and half the time he didn’t hear/acknowledge them.
