room was clean and spacious and beds were comfortable. Rooms facing away from main road are quiet
I had a nice quiet room on the first floor, but unfortunately saw cockroaches in kitchen. staff were great and moved me immediately to opposite side of hotel where I had no issues except it faced the air conditioning unit at the front which rattled all night long and could be heard from 5th floor thru closed windows

The bachelor suite is the right size for me and it’s comfortable and I enjoy the swimming pool but wish the hot tub works.
The air conditioning and heater is really noisy.

Pool was great. Opening hour very convenient for a swim before breakfast. Very friendly staff, good breakfast with real porcelain dishes. Clean and comfortable rooms.

The layout and size of the family suite was perfect for our family of 5. It was great to be able to cook and we really appreciated to have 2 bathrooms. The staff was really attentive and offered good customer service. The breakfast selection was great, everything was really clean.
I was just sad that the spa was closed, would have been great to use while the kids played in the pool.

The staff was amazing! They made you feel like they really wanted you to have a great stay. Always friendly and helpful. Amazing job to the staff! Also having a full kitchen plus 2 bedrooms both with bathrooms made the stay so much easier.
Pool area didn't have enough towels for the family but we did go later in the evening so very understandable.
