Brand new hotel located right around from the falls/border. Got a nice letter from the GM letting us know we were the first to stay in our room on their second day of opening. The room was clean and beautiful- comfortable bed and a great view overlooking Seneca Resort and I could see Clifton Hill on the Canadian side. We had a nice Dinner on the first night and breakfast on the second day - you should try the avocado roast. We met Ryan - at from desk who took care of us. Never stayed in the US side of the falls - this was a great experience for us and scored a lot of points with the wife. Breakfast was included, lots of parking, didn’t use the gym but had some good equipments. Overall peaceful environment.

New hotel, still some inconsistencies like the cocktails- same order tasted different the second time no big deal. They said they’d clean on third day - we only stayed two - Ryan took care of us though with fresh sheets. No pool - I’d need a pool if bringing the kids. Shower water pressure was low - I guess an easy fix

Very newly built, spacious, clean, great staff, good location - close to Niagara Falls, Indian and other restaurants etc. Most important - value for money. We paid 119 for one night stay with 4 occupants in the room. It was totally worth it.

The beverage supply in the rooms could be better - there were just 2 coffee and tea pods. The previous hotel I stayed at offered unlimited coffee and tea supply and this could be something that would make the start much better. Also the management could consider having a microwave in the rooms for convenience.

Upon entry into this beautiful hotel the ambiance was so beautiful. SUPER clean. Staff is amazing! The in house restaurant great! When I got into our room, I tell you, BABYYYYYY, perfection. Not one thing out of place, dust where?! That's how clean it was. The bed super comfortable. The television that can adjust, amazing (bonus: my husband was able to use his fire stick)! The bathroom is spacious and the mirror is bluetooth, so you could connect your gadgets to it and listen to music as you shower. The guest laundry room, clean and free for guest (don't abuse it now people). The gym is spacious and clean. Love all their equipment. Now, this hotel tells a story, literally! Every floor of the hotel by the elevator tells a history fact about Niagara Falls (must read). If you're on the the floor that spoke about the person that tight roped across the falls, then when you enter your room the backsplash behind the bed will have a picture of that... did I mention, even the hallways are extremely clean with mini light fixtures that light up the hall. But the history facts is what completely won me over and made this my favorite hotel (I choose this over Seneca, my opinion). I hope the upkeep stays the same and humans don't destroy it. Housekeeping staff does amazing for the rooms to be so neat and tidy. And thank you so much for the hotel staff hospitality. Even the servers for the restaurant. I loved my chicken salad and skillet baked cookie. My husband wasn't too fond of his fish meal (but he's picky). But the restaurant manager I assume was so pleasant and fixed everything right up. I usually go from hotel to hotel and blog, and must say THIS HOTEL IS THE ONE!!! Makes me wanna try the one down south. I will DEFINITELY come back and make this my hotel home. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel right at home! Please keep up the amazing work!

I LOVED EVERYTHING!!!

The hotel is clean, and the room was spacious. The location is great and everything was in a walking distance.

Until housekeeping started knocking at 9 am. on the day of departure. They kept knocking every 15 minutes. Around 10 a.m., I had to tell them to come after 11 am., because checking out time was 11 am. Other than housekeeping, my stay was great.

Modern. Evening staff was very friendly. The older gentleman went out of his way to grab me a bag and explain where I can find ice because I came in with a air cast on from just falling on ice the other day and rupturing a few tendons in my foot/ankle.

Bedding smelled like body odor. Shower door kept opening, window blinds were off track, carpet had a stain, couch ottoman had a stain. All bedding (blankets, pillows, sheets) with flu season should be washed and smell like clean bleach! Place appeared clean until you looked at it. Table wasn’t wiped down. Place had a musty smell. Breakfast should be included. Over $400 for two days with zero amenities, breakfast should really be included.

Staff are generally friendly and nice. Breakfast is of good quality. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. It's nearby to the state park and walking distance to major tourist attractions. This is only a 3 minutes walk to visitor center which I find the most helpful people to give me the most helpful advice to have the best experience. We used the trolley (US$5) to visit all the major tourist point in the first day and hiked along the fall to the Lewiston on second day. This is priceless advice from the tourist center.

The concierge is pity useless. They just want to try to sell you the package around the town.

Professional staff: extremely cordial, almost felt guilty asking for help since they went above and beyond for each request. Clean hallways and rooms: bathroom and shower are very clean! Restaurant at lobby: Prices look like Apple Bees, but flavors are like professional kitchen. Try the spaghetti and meatballs. You should dine here at least once during your stay. Better than most restaurants (flavor & price) in the area. Beers were local. Wines were not. You can get drunk at lobby and crawl your way back to the room (convenient!) Location & parking: within walking distance for local stores, restaurants, visitor center, etc. We took our car, but since each ride was only 4 minutes, honestly walking would've been fine. Tour companies will pick you up at lobby. Parking lot is large. Also can use neighboring hotel lot if full, at no additional cost. Breakfast buffet: try at least 1 breakfast here. They serve hot food (bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes, french toast, pepper and onion) along with typical prepped cold items (muffins, pastry, cereals, fruits, etc...) Wifi: is very fast. 130 mbps maybe. Staff members at dining area were professional. I never had to call anyone since they always checked on us first. Please wait for the check (even if you're getting free breakfast) and give them a generous tip; they deserve it. I forgot to pay the tip on our first breakfast because we just walked away LOL (didn't know $0 check was coming)

Cooking time for restaurant food is long... but it's worth it! No local wines at the bar. Ice machines were available every other floor. Might be a chore, if you're not on the same floor.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cambria Hotel, conveniently located right across from Niagara Falls. The view from my room on the 7th floor was fantastic, and the room itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of all major attractions, making sightseeing incredibly easy. Parking was also hassle-free, with plenty of spots available nearby. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even more pleasant. Additionally, several others & specially Indian restaurants in the vicinity served delicious food, adding a great touch to the stay. NFTA bus 40/50/77 stops are very near to this hotel so can visit to Buffalo city. 7/11 convenient store are also available at nearby. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable visit to Niagara Falls.

When everything meets your expectations, there's really nothing to dislike

The hotel’s location is good. Plenty of towels and toiletries were provided.

I rate it 8 out of 10 because the breakfast buffet offered in the morning had very little food, it was replenished late, the selection was small, and guests quickly took everything. Plates were not restocked promptly. For $17 per person, it was overpriced for the quality and variety of food. The room was quite clean, except for the dirty bathroom door, which I didn’t like — it needs to be cleaned. Also, in my opinion, the hotel’s price is slightly high for what it offers. Overall, it was not bad.

Clean and comfy room, good communication with staff about limited mobility plan

The Sat breakfast staff (a young female) was 20 minutes late to put out breakfast items, which I can understand, but they were unwilling to get a requested item (they went back to putting items out for 15 minutes and toast was cold for the butter at that point, but she never brought it) or brew decaf coffee for my elderly mom. We had travel plans that it impacted but mostly it was rude to an elderly person and it was unlike all our other interactions with staff all weekend, which were excellent.
