So many positive things to say about this hotel!! The location couldn’t be more perfect! Old Falls street is unlike anywhere else I’ve ever been (in season). Bands & entertainment on the closed off street, quaint cafe’s, you can walk around with adult beverages and even ping pong and giant chess and a bunch of other games on the sidewalks. We stayed on the brand new 6th floor of the Sheraton. VERY clean, beautiful rooms. We ate at both the Rainforest cafe and Starbucks on the main floor of the hotel; very convenient! They had 2 GIANT hot tubs and the pool was huge as well. It’s only about a 5 minute walk to the Falls and we used the tunnel between the hotel and Casino to walk over to the Casino one evening. & if you wanted to you could even walk over to Canada on the bridge to see the Falls.. maybe a 10 minute walk from the hotel to get to the bridge. Staff was very friendly & helpful! I will be back for many future trips!

Not a single bad thing to say!!

The room was clean and very spacious (two queens), the check-in was fast and easy and they even gave us a free parking since we were staying for 4 nights. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. They have an indoor pool, hot tub and a small gym but we didn't go to those, it's just nice option when it's cold outside. The internet was free and worked well for most things. They also have a Starbucks and and Rainforest Cafe inside the hotel which is pretty convenient.

The walls between the rooms are very thin, to the point that you can hear pretty much everything, even the TV from the other rooms. They were renovating the rooms on the 5th floor, so there was a lot of dust and even more noise in the morning, which they should've told us before. Maybe that's why we got such a good deal when we booked, luckily we left early for our attractions. Another thing was that the housekeeping was only done one day that we were there even though we were away for most of the day every day.

The location and facilities were very nice and clean.the shaded street out back had a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool and hot tub area was very nice along with the fish tanks. I found everything I needed within walking distance on the us side of the falls.

I did not eat breakfast at the motel as I felt it was expensive for a buffet and I was confronted rather rudely as I was looking over the buffet. Like I should have paid before knowing what the options were. I thought the rainforest cafe was a little pricey also . Food service and atmosphere were good tho . Just gimmicky to me .

While traveling with a young child, I loved not having to plan out every little outing with a kids’ arcade and Rainforest Café on site. Also, of course, loved it was on pick up routes for tours and taxis and such: everyone knows it. The elevators were speedy, even when the property was sold out. Close to rapids and food truck village on foot. Just to add on: I don’t understand the intense negativity around this part of town. If you want to pay 3 times as much to access the same waterfall, nobody’s stopping you.

It’s worn, truly. The AC was doing its best, but the halls were hot and muggy. I had these weird local houseflies in the corners of my window and a few in the room. Bathrooms quite dated. But I will say, I’m not the kind of traveler that looks for every bell and whistle when the price is right and I’m just passing 2 nights.

The check in/check out process was super simple and fast. the lady at the front desk who I wish I would have remembered her name was very very polite and very nice.

My flight arrived at 9:30 the morning of my check-in day and I called repeatedly pretty much every hour to check to see if there was an early check-in time but I never got to a live agent the online chat Bots never responded to me so I had to wait around all of those hours with all of my luggage so that was really the only horrible part but other than that I would definitely stay there again though but I'll make sure my flight comes in closer to a 3:00 instead of in the morning.

Good place was quiet and nice, I was able to sleep well.

I lost a personal cleaning bag and two cables to charge my phone. I asked the front desk about them, but they held me for an hour and a half without finding anything. I recommend implementing a system for lost or left items. We arrived to find only my brother's bed unmade, with dirty linen left strewn across it. However, the bed on my side had been made.

Good breakfast on the 6th floor and nice to have the lounge. Great location with being walking distance to the Falls, Casino and eateries and our convention center where everything took place. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable room and nice hot shower. Parking compensated was nice.

When I booked the room, the price was $113 per night but when I checked out I was charged $116 and didn't notice until the next day. It was through Priceline but during the time of the National Grange Convention. $6 extra plus taxes was not the price that I booked at. Also, my companion and I went to swim in the pool but every time there were a lot of young children in there as well as the hot tub, so we weren't able to use and enjoy that facility and it was late at night. Very disappointing as an adult.

The proximity to everything in downtown Niagara as well as the Falls. Parked once and walked everywhere. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Loved having multiple restaurants and Starbucks on same property.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve stayed in, but was pleasant for the two nights we were there. The pool area itself is nice, but the pool wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped (mainly build-up on the sides, etc. The water itself was great.)

The place was amazing. The staff was great. Ashley and Breanita took such great care and service. They made me feel like a queen. This was the best birthday trip. The elite room update was amazing. The cleaning staff was on top of everything. The staff in the lounge area was so caring. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was great Can't wait to return.

The restaurant closed to early. The arcade room was a little high price for kids
