The view from the room was great.. beds were comfy.. staff were friendly..

Would have been great if they had a kettle and some tea coffee in the room so u don't have to keep going down to the lobby.. I think parking should be cheaper for hotel guests - $45/night is way too high..

I paid to stay at the oaks hotel, but unfortunately they had. Some booking or rl renovations,going on so they put me in their sister hotel, which was the Hilton, which was a total upgrade, and everything about the Hilton, was awesome. I don't have anything to say about the oaks, but their customer service experience was great, excellent. Thank you for the upgrade. The wonderful experience, and they took well care of me between the 2 hotels

The pool view to the falls on the US and Canadian size. It was very clean, awesome. The service, the customer service, the restaurants. Everything it was nothing to not love about it.

The view of the falls and the room was clean, very comfortable, and I liked the layout of the room.

The parking was a little scary and needs to be transparent of the charges when booking your room. TV could be bigger with music channels.

The location was unbeatable – just a short walk to the Falls and the market area, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The Falls view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding a special touch to the entire experience. The hospitality at the reception during check-in and check-out was warm and professional, making the process smooth and welcoming. A special mention to the bellhop services, which were efficient and courteous, helping us with our luggage and making us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. The hotel also features excellent amenities including a clean and well-maintained swimming pool and gym, perfect for relaxing or keeping up with your fitness routine. Having a Starbucks on-site was a great bonus – very convenient for a quick coffee or snack.

The only downside was the price, which felt quite high for the overall value. While the experience was enjoyable, I do think the rates could be more reasonable.

I came for one day to celebrate my twin sons' birthday. It was a wonderful day. The location was excellent and the room was great except that I saw an unclean place between the bed, but the bathrooms were very clean... I wonder why we couldn't use the pool and sauna just because we booked Arafa for three people. They could have at least made it a birthday gift for the twins after a long walk in the area. However, it was an excellent stay and I will definitely come again.

There was a small aspect that was not clean and also not having access to the pool and sauna was annoying after a long day of walking just because we booked one room for three people this is unfair

Location was much better than expected. When checking in we were offered an upgrade from the ground floor to a river view room for only $20 CAD which we gladly took. We had an incredible view of the river and the very top of the falls and the fireworks later that night. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful with a great sense of humor. We felt the parking, although pricey was in a secure area in the rear of the hotel. We could see the truck from our room which was reassuring.

Although large and clean, the room decor was quite dated with wallpaper curling at the edges. We didn’t mind for the price and unexpected great view and location.

Above all, I loved the incredible view of both Falls from our floor to ceiling windows. Being mobility challenged I loved the convenience of the handicapped parking. I appreciated the luggage trolleys (unbelievably they are not always available). The safety railing in the bath is SO important.. thank you. We needed clean sheets during our 3 day stay , as well as towels and they were immediately provided. We found the fridge really useful and the furniture suited our needs perfectly. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.. and the sauna is a great addition.

There was no coffee or tea in the room it was provided downstairs in the lobby.

The view from the room was phenomenal. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. We stayed in a 2 room 4 queen bed suite with loft (loft had a sofa bed and tv) and it was wonderful for our family of 6 adults! But were caught off guard that the loft is when you enter the room and you must walk downstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom and we had our elderly parents.

Only one bathroom for the number of guests. No lounge/lobby bar area or any breakfast offered for the price. The additional taxes to the room charge made the cost somewhat unreasonable.

The room was large and very clean. The view of the Falls was spectacular. The small fridge was very handly. Staff were welcoming and the facilities (pool, etc) are very good. Restaurants are close and good. I might well have given this a 10 rating if I hadn't been blindsided by the $60+ tax parking fee (which significantly increased the cost of the room). Would also have been good to have been advised about the $100 holding charge, to be repaid in ten days or so. It's never good to surprise people with significant extra charges. I recommend this hotel and the tower fallsview rooms in particular to anyone who wants to have breathtaking views.

The beds are a bit high so somewhat awkward to get into. The desk chair rolls on the slippery vinyl flooring, making it a bit dangerous when sitting down if it isn't braced against the bed or desk. Oakes hotel is perfectly located near Niagara Falls, with direct access to the falls via an inclined railway at the back of the hotel (with a fee). It’s a big time-saver, especially for families who want to avoid the long walk. The pool and fitness area were also great, clean, and great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The hot tub wasn’t working on our first day, but thankfully it was up and running on the second day. The viewing deck offers a nice perspective of the falls, though it could use a bit more cleaning, especially after rainy or cloudy weather. The glass could be clearer for a better view.
