Staff were pleasant and helpful, room was nice, lovely view of Gibson Park, great location (subway station within spitting distance, North York library etc in the same centre, supermarket and mini shopping mall across the street). Would happily stay again.

Bath/shower tub clean but could do with descaling, edges of room missed the vacuum cleaner as bits of a child's puzzle still tucked behind curtain, but cleanliness absolutely fine overall. Group spread across our floor on the last night with children knocking on each other's doors and jabbering loudly way past bedtime for some of us - them's the breaks in any hotel.

This is a nice, reasonably priced hotel. It is present in North York so slightly far from the city centre. However, its big positive is that its a 5 min walk from the subway station which will connect you to the heart of the city so its extremely convenient while being reasonably priced. The room is comfortable as is the washroom, with all amenities that you would need including iron/ironing stand. Great for a business trip.

The outside/facade could be better. The reception area could be improved. Althought the rooms themselves are very nice.

It was very well located with a direct access to the subway.

The bed was too hard for our liking. The parking fees (21$ per day) seems excessive. Also, the parking had automatically been charged and paid on my room, but when we attempted to get out of the parking the gate wouldn’t open and the attendant made us back out and go all the way back to the front desk for them to confirm it was paid for even though I had my room receipt which clearly showed it was paid for (luckily there was nobody behind us in the parking).

Good location being extremely close to subway, but a bit of a travel to reach downtown and other sites we were interested in. We didn't partake of the restaurant this time as we found the prices to be very high, though we had enjoyed it on a previous visit. We usually tend to stay here when in Toronto.

The rooms are kinda small, but that's fine if you only use the room to sleep in. It's not near any main attractions, but luckily it is very close to subway access and lots of restaurants. The in-hotel restaurant seems to have become even more expensive since the previous visit. Our car was secure in the underground parking.

The location. Close to the 401 and really close to downsview Park for veld, outside the hotel is the line 1 TTC subway station. Lots of 24hr food spot to eat at in those late night getting in from the bars. 30 min drive to downtown Toronto. Many areas around that you can go on spot hero and fide parking cheap

Only complaint I have is hotel parking is $21 per 24hrs and they automatically charge you for the whole stay instead of per day

Room was extremely comfy, I like the fact they had cold water in the lobby to welcome guest. I think the room was a bit pricey - but overall had a good experience and the receptionist were nice and extremely helpful with every questions I had.

The body wash soap in my room was empty. I think folks needs to check on that and refill when cleaning the room - I know they probably have limited time but that really is my only major complain

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN! THE PERSONNEL WAS VERY NICE!

I ASKED THE LADY WHERE WAS THE PARKING...SHE SAID JUST GO ON YOUR RIGHT AND IT'S RIGHT THERE.....??? NO......WE LOOKED FOR THE PARKING FOR 25 MINUTES..WE WENT AROUND THE STREETS......FINALLY, WE FOUND A PARKING WHERE THE GENTLEMAN TOLD US WHERE TO GO...UNDER THE LIBRARY!!!!!!! ALSO ,THE LADY DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE REGISTERED MY CREDIT CARD PROPERLY....SO I COULD HAVE LEFT THE HOTEL WITHOUT PAYING. I came back after my marathon to make sure everything was ok. ALSO, WE GAVE OUR KEY BEFORE WE LEFT FOR THE MARATHON IN THE MORNING. AFTER THE MARATHON , WE CAME BACK TO THE HOTEL AND THE LADY WANTED TO CHARGE US A SUPPLEMENT FEE BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT WE STILL HAD THE ROOM.... BUT....THE 2 LADIES WERE VERY NICES!!!!!!!!! LITTLES THINGS THAT CAN BE FIXED EASILY! HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Great location. I was on the 18th floor, which had an amazing view of the neighborhood. The room was very clean, nice and inviting. The staff was attentive and very pleasant. The check out time was 12pm, when most places are 11am. I was very pleased by this and did not feel rushed to leave. The hotel also has access to North York Centre and is across from Empress Walk, so great food, movies, and many shops are at your convenience just a few minutes away. I will definitely be going back.

I didn't enjoy the parking fees, but $21 for 24 hours is pretty good for Toronto.

The receptionist that helped us was very nice she was fast as well and very clear with everything. Got into the hotel room and very clean and comfortable beds all security and staff were nice said hello, happy new years and smiled. Check out was easy just a drop box very basic.

The pool could have been open for the price paid on just one night to not have something small like this kinda sucked, even a hot tub would have been nice. Also wish there was complimentary water at least one bottle. Me and my friend resorted to the ice machine and waited for it to melt to get water. there was a vending machine that had water well was supposed to but was all sold out and everything was closed due to the holiday a small grab and go store in the building would be nice.

Very central for North York. Close to shops, restaurants and underground. Room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff were very welcoming and looked after us. Reception staff were generally good but check in for my friend wasn't great with a lack of insight into the fact we had been travelling for 20 hours. A bit of understanding would have been nice.
