We loved the set up of the room and the convenience of having a kitchenette with a full fridge. The double desk area and the living room area was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding! We also enjoyed the pool and exercise area.

Although the breakfast was very good it was very awkwardly placed near the front entrance/lobby/elevators, some mornings it was annoying to wait out in hallway. The dining area could be bigger. Some areas could use a little TLC it was a bit outdated. We did have an issue with the valet parking and our vehicle was damaged and although we reported it within the hour of checking out it took over a week to get a response and the hotel took no responsibility for it. That was a big disappointment given we paid a nightly fee of over $60 and were there for 5 nights. We would consider retunring but will think twice based on the handling of our car.

A couple of days before the check in, i was asked if the stay was for a celebration. It was my wife birthday and our wedding anniversary. The staff left a letter and amenities for us, to celebrate. We loved the on line check in. The room was larger than I was expecting and at the last floor. Fantastic!

We usually get our breakfast early. This time we went late, at 9am. And it was really busy. The staff worked really hard to welcome all the client and allow us to have breakfast. Maybe 1-2 more employees dedicated to the breakfast would have avoided people skipping the line. But who was working did a really Excellent work in difficult circumstances. We loved our stay

The rooms are nice. The hotel is very clean and modern. The breakfast and the coffee were good. It's in a great location in the middle of the entertainment district. It's also easy to drive to, and the valet process is pretty straight-forward.

The breakfast area is too congested. The hotel has the food at one end, and the coffee at the other end. The volume of people made it difficult to move. The coffee station is also right at the entrance to the dining area, so you end up with a queue of people in an awkward spot where other guests are lined up waiting for a table. I think it would flow a lot better if the coffee was in the same area as the food.

We loved and enjoyed the hotel facilities, anemities, helpful/attentive staff, full kitchen, location and a well apponted buffet breakfast for a variety of taste buds (hot oatmeal with a variety of toppings/dry cereal/fresh fruits/juices/plant-based sausage/pork sausage/English muffin/bagel/scrambled eggs) etc. We were celebrating my son's 30th birthday and was there to visit the Scotiabank Arena for the Raptors vs the Washington Wizards' game. We walked 20 minutes to get there and took a taxi back to the hotel for $12.00 cash. The hotel gave my son a goodie bag and a hand-written birthday note upon the same day of arrival. When we went to the sauna and swimming pool, we had it all to ourselves for 45 minutes on Tuesday at 1:30. We will definitely return to this hotel again if the price is right. We stayed in room 1905 for 2 nights at $573.00 - March 10-12th.

The price of a bottled water was too costly in the hotel. I placed 8 bottles of my own Eska water in our suitescase but ran out. We had to walk down to the convenient store at 270 Wellington to buy a large jug of the same brand.

We walked from the hotel to dinner to the Royal Alexander Theatre, the location was idea! I was celebrating my birthday and I was pleasantly surprised to find a gift and a birthday card in the room when I arrived. I’m holding the chili I got free for my birthday. The gift they left me was not something I could eat so they let me have whatever I wanted from their marketplace. The room had a full stocked kitchen including a stove and dishwasher. There isn’t an ice machine, but the staff were quick to bring up a bag of ice. The breakfast buffet was hot and one of the best hotel buffets I’ve been to. Tip-they have premade omelets with cheese and salsa at the end, so don’t feel like you need to take the scrambled eggs

The strong perfume smell in the hallway. $60 for parking, they only have valet

Loved the breakfast! King bed was superb! Shower was lovely and the kitchenette was perfect …even a dishwasher! We could easily see the CN TOWER from our room 🙃. Location was perfect for us as we were using VIA rail for travel!

I think it’s fantastic when hotels keep on hand one or more memory foam pads to put on the pull-out sofa beds especially when a senior is using it! Kids don’t usually care as much 😊! Hotel did provide a mattress pad and a blanket which helped tremendously! Thanks for that!

Location was fantastic, really close and easy walking distance to the attractions we wished to see (CN Tower, Ripleys Aquarium, Nathan Philips Square, Hockey Hall of Fame, St Lawrence Market). We could see CN tower from our room window!! Room was spacious, having a kitchen with cutlery and plates was perfect for us as a family. Breakfast was OK, plenty of options, just a little busy. But we went earlier on the 2nd day and was able to sit at a table (took breakfast to our room on the first day). Swimming pool was a good size, water was a little cloudy. Hot tub was fantastic, lovely temperature. Staff were friendly, we messaged a day before checking in to ask if we could early check in, and we were able to when we got there. If not, we could have stored our luggage until the room was ready and that would have been good enough for us. They did store our luggage on check out day too until it was time for us to leave for the airport.

Cloudy water in swimming pool. Hot tub timer was far away from the hot tub. Pool area flooring was very slippery.

The hotel is in the heart of the entertainment district and close to tourist attractions. There were a few amenities in the surrounding area such as a coffee shop, convenience store, and restaurants. The studio room was spacious but the furniture was a little jaded and the pull out couch had seen better days. The included breakfast was plentiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The aged furniture and pull out bed.

Good location for what we were doing. Our 2 suite room was great for the kids. Very spacious and loves the option of being able to make your own meals. We were there for 1 night so we didn’t take advantage but if we were there for longer we would have.

My son didn’t like the sofa bed too hard. lol Breakfast was crazy busy and long line up, having said that it was the first Sunday of March break and they did post the best times to come down. The staff handled the crowd really great.
